Charlotte looked up,startled by the girl who had seemingly just poofed over.
The small kitten gave a yawn and jumped to the table top only to lay down again and close its eyes contentedly.
oh,hi Charlotte said,smiling.The girl seemed friendly enough and cute looking with her brown locks in the loose ponytails.
gingerly pressing stop on the recorder and stopping the tape.
I'm chalotte,nice to meet you, she added,glancing at the black shape on the table.

Brylea laughed softly as the kitten jumped onto the table. "I'm Brylea...Nice to meet you." She smiled again at the cat and pet it softly. Again, it reminded her of Artemis and she coudln't help but sigh happily.

Charlotte ignored the girls wistful sig and looked at the small cat with her.
Bryela...Charlotte tried out the name
I've yet to come up with a name you know
stroking the small kitten she thought of her own ideas.though none truly spoke out to her.'perhaps I can find one in a book' she though dully,gazing around at a multitude of shelves.A sudden urge to go to the fictional section rose up with her and she gazed towards that area,it was decorated slightly more vibrant then other areas with a duck and a few clouds but otherwise was no diffrent.
She flicked a few strands of hair away from her face and turned back to Brylea.
So...what brings you here?

"Oh, I don't know...I'm not great with choosing names.." Brylea shrugged a bit. "I..I really don't know. My sister told me I should start reading something..I don't see why though." She frowned. "How about Arya..For the kitten..It's pronouced Air-ee-a." Brylea shrugged slightly again. "If you don't like it- that's okay."

Charlotte smiled,it was pretty
I like itshe turned to the cat and stroked it,Arya would do nicely.
She motioned towards the fictional section
would you mind if we?...
Charlotte took a step towards the area,hoping that Bryea would follow.

Brylea smiled. "I've always liked the name." She nodded and stood, following Charlotte. "I want to ask real quick: do you have any nicknames?"

Charlotte turned back,she had never happened to have a nickname before so undurre of what to say,she hesitated turning over shorter versions of her name.
you can call me char or whatever you like,I haven't really got much a a nickname.Though you could call me cat lady
Charlotte poked her tounge out layfully then began to make her way to the fiction section again,a small thud let her know that the newly named Arya was followig as well.

Brylea nodded. "Ok, Cat lady." She said jokingly. Then on a more serious note she said "If you want you can call me Bry...I don't know many people here to give me nicknames, but that's what everyone called me back home." Brylea looked down at the cat and pet it again.

Charlotte giggled at the joke for a while then followed suit in going into a more serious tone.
If Bry is what pthers called or call you then I shall as well.
Charlotte nodded then turned on her heel while Arya purred more like a lion at Bry's touch,then playully nipped at her hand.
Charlotte just seemed to know that Arya would stop if shr harmed Bry,she seemed that sort of cat.
Oh gosh what am I talking about? thought Charlotte it IS just a cat right?of course!
relising she had been staring at a while for the last minute or two she blushed a little then smiled back at Bry,
well I'll just head towards fiction,follow if you wiil?

Brylea smiled at the cat, then stood up and followed Char to the fiction. "That's fine." She looked at a few books and decided nothing seemed good so she watched Char and pet the cat.

Charlotte seemingly ignored Bry heading straight towards a shelf,
picking out random books and looking at them,cinderella,the little mermaid,sleeping beuty,alice in wonderland.
at this she halted.looking over to Bry she smiled
This was my favourite book when I was young
she flicked through a couple of pages,smiling all the way.

She laughed. slapping the book shut she held it under her arm, I used to read a lot since I didn't have many friendsCharlotte looked sad for a moment but was soon cheerful I think I'll borrow this bookshe said pointing to alice in wonderland
