now Sarahs eyes went wide. She didnt know this was a magic school. She wasnt aware she was magic at all. She thought her dad just wanted to ship her off somewhere. But now that she thought about it, she did tend to unintentionally know what a lot of people were thinking, word for word. Maybe she could read minds? "I- i dont know... I didnt know it was a magic school... I- i guess i do accidentally know what people think a lot...."

Sarah was slightly in shock. I didnt know things like this existed. I cant believe I can read minds, I thought I was just a good judge of character and like, movements. Sometime I hear it like they said something though, rather than just somehow knowing what they were thinking.... She realized she hadnt said anything to Sheila in a couple minuets, and zoned back in. "Thats awesome, I never really thought I could be anything more than a human..." she trailed off thinking of her father again, wondering if meagan was okay still.

Sarah nodded thoughtfully. her father had taught her that she was nothing, that she wasnt worth anything, and thats why her mother left. She doesnt know where her mother is at all. "Yeah, that would be cool.. I dunno, I somehow doubt i can do anything else though." She said quietly.

Sarah thought to herself for a moment about whether she wanted to practice or not. She didnt want to make a fool of herself. Suddenly, she could almost hear what sheila was thinking, about being tired. "You should get some rest. Youre tired" She answered hesitantly.

Sarah nodded in understanding. "okay.." she paused for a moment, thinking to herself quietly "So... you mean... I was right? you are tired?... That means i knew what you were thinking, right?" maybe i really am special or whatever...

Van walked onto the rooftop slowly letting the wind gently caress his face as it blew his dark purple hair from his face revealing his crystal eyes. The warm sun made the silver chain around his waist and stars on his gloves and jacket shine and glisten with every movement he made. The ringing resonance of the links sounded off and floated into the air slightly before disappearing. The black fender and amp on his back seemed to be the only things that were keeping Van's lanky and wiry frame from being carried of on the wind. Music ran through his ears from his headphones that still remained unheard. Van's attention was solely on a dark figure that sat at the edge of the roof peering down ominously onto the school grounds. Van shoved his hand into his pocket feeling on the pack of matches within that could vary well be his salvation if something went wrong. He moved next to the figure, "Hello brother. Did father let you out of your cage or does the league actually have business here? I didn't realize that the drug trade reached here. Issac."
"Ivan, Ivan, Ivan. I thought you were smarter than that." Issac looked back up at Ivan with his slick smile. Ivan had always hated that smile and those dark blue eyes that almost seemed inhuman to him. He hated the way he wore baggy dark clothes that betrayed the muscular figure beneath them as well as the way he slicked back his light blond hair that was too well groomed for its own good. In truth everything about his brother sickened Ivan, especially the way that he constantly kissed up to his father and the league as if they were god incarnate on earth. "You see father has a bit of a problem and you are sadly his only solution."
Ivan new what his father wanted. A dealer inside Koi High in order to better improve his profit. "What makes you think that I would be so low as to stoop to your level."
"Now, Now Ivan. Father has made a more than fare proposal in this contract that I would advise you take. This could vary well earn you favor with the league that you obviously do not deserve." Issac held out a thick packet of paper in a yellow envelope that held the contract.
Ivan held the contract in one hand and pulled out a match with the other. "Give father my answer." He lit the match and soon the contract and all its sinister fine print were on fire. "I refuse to worship your false gods with silver tongues. Now leave my sight before I strike you down where you stand."
"Yes my brother. Just remember that the league was more than fare and we will still find away to get what ever it is we want." Issac stood still with his sinister smirk that truly angered Ivan.
"If I see any League men here I shall kill them one by one till no more stand. Even in death." Issac turned and walked away laughing as he left the campus.
Ivan sat on the ledge and stared out onto the campus realizing what he had just done. He felt queasy at the thought of the army that he had just provoked.

Van stared off into the sky. The sun had set since he had first walked onto the rooftop for the confrontation.
How long have I been up here? He felt so strange, so detached from the world. His brothers menacing laugh rang in th back of his mind silent but loud enough to keep Van from from being able to drown it out. His guitar and amp were now on the ground beside his prone figure. The stars made him feel so small and just served to remind him of what he had just done to the league. His body felt weak almost as if it could not move. He thought back over the events of the past few days and started to wonder if they had been watching him then waiting till he let his guard down to reinsert themselves into his life.
Van closed his eyes and started to whisper a solemn prayer allowing his tongue to slide into the dialect of his family that had been taught to him at a young age, "Beschämte Vorfahren der Vergangenheit, kommen Sie und geben Sie mir die Kraft ich muss mit den Kämpfen kämpfen, die Sie verloren haben und zum Recht das von den Siegern getane Unrecht.
