Another case for why the Batman sucks: Have you heard Tom Kenny's voice for Penguin??? It sounds like he's doing the Burgess impersonation....Really, really poorly.

It's just shows again how ridiculous it is. I mean Penguin moves like a ballerina. He fights off Bats, Joker, and Riddler in one episode.

I could understand the Riddler, since he has no fighting experience asides from getting the s**t beat out of him by his dad and Batman, but Joker and Bats? Joker has no threshold for pain and Bats is like a black belt in everything. He's dependent on his umbrella weapons, henchmen, and schemes. The only way I could see that is if they were going by queens-bury rules or fencing.

I would agree there, allow me to explain. In one of the eps that I could actually stomach to watch. Joker, Riddler, and Penguin combine forces to see which one could get the Bat killed first. Things go awry and at the end of the ep they all fight. Penguin is doing all these flips and kicks, kind of like the killer in the "Piertou Le Fou" episode of Cowboy Bebop. Also Joker has like this...Super agility, moves like Nightcrawler.

I haven't really watched any after the premier til recently. It's the next show after Justice League Unlimited. So I've only seen a couple, the art style reminds me of the Looney Tunes Unleashed crap (EXTRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEMMMMMEEE!!!) It's weird how Clancy Brown and Dana Delaney will come back to do the voices of Lex Luthor (he also does Mr. Freeze in this show too.) and Lois Lane again. But...no Mark Hamill...It's not like he's working or anything.
