"Yes I am. My name is Shalen, your daughter sent me. Don't worry I will help you with every breathe in my body. I will not let these chaos members reign of terror fall upon you anymore. With what little time remains, lock up your shop and stay in the back till I come for you, please." She said, hoppping into the nearest tree and fixing a bolt to her bow string.

Before Shalen could clip the bolt onto her line, a spiritual holy arrow appeared in its place
Only you can weild this bow, and the arrows are purely based on the light inside of you. The stronger the light, the stronger the arrows become.

Gray immediately reacted, moving through the cheering crowd and towards the throne. As the darkness flooded his body, his eyes darkened and his stride became more exaggerated, shoving through the others in complete arrogance. When he finally got to the front, he turned around to face the crowd and lifted his sword above his head triumphantly. He let the crowd cheer loudly and waited several minutes while they hollered and applauded. Finally, he broke the noise by yelling.
"This is the blade that slew Jayden! This is the blade that will slay many more of the Order! This is the blade that will bring Halei to her knees! This is my blade, and I will strike true with it again!"

*Shalen looked at it mesmerized(sp?) for a few seconds before turning her attention back on the issue at hand. She raised the bow and waiting for the first sign of any Chaos memeber to appear.*
They will pay for their sins and their arrognace.

Just as the sun began to settle behind the horizon, men dressed in black began to approach the shop. The owners had locked up the best they could, but stayed towards the front to protect their belongings. A group of five Chaos members walked, each of them with a different weapon. One carried a staff, another a sword, another with a spear, another with a bow and the last with a warhammer. They all had the look of death in their eyes, and the shop in their sights.
The crowd cheered as Gray exclaimed triumphantly*sp* about his fight and victory over Jayden. Everyone rallied to support him and applaude his ascention through the ranks. Priestess Nilti was especially pleased with Gray.

*Shalen aimed for the archer, knowing that if she took out their distant attacker, she would have a chance in the long run. She drew back the bolt and released, making sure to follow through just like she always did in practice.*

Gray waited for the crowd to calm down before speaking again. "We will wait one month! In which time, I expect everybody to be in prime condition and ready to storm the Temple of Order! We will take the priestess by force and slay any who get in our way! We will move by cover of night and hit them when they're weak! We will strike swiftly and savagely, leaving none who fight back alive!"
Even Gray couldn't believe the words that were coming out of his mouth. The taint of Chaos had indeed infected him deeply, but taking life in cold-blood was still beyond him. And yet, he continued to shout. He cried out for vengeance. He cried out for bloodshed. He cried out for death. For murder. Perhaps it was the rush from the feeling of power and control he had over the crowd, perhaps it was the immense satisfaction he got from Nilti's pride for him, perhaps it was simply the heat of the moment. No matter what the cause, Gray did not stop.
While he shouted, his eyes scanned the crowd for his love.

As Gray scanned the crowd, his love Lacey was not to be found. The crowd rallied louder and louder with every word Gray said, and soon they left to train or sleep. Priestess Nilti smiled to Gray and left to her chambers. Gray's sword resemebled a darkened katana every day, and it got lighter and lighter. At this point, he could wield it with nothing to hinder him.
As the figures approached the shop, one face in particular grabbed Shalen's attention. A female that took Shalen's friend away from her and into chaos. Lacey, along with four other men, were attacking the store.

After the crowd had dispersed, Gray went to his room. Lacey was nowhere to be found. Finally, he reached out with his mind.
Lacey, my love, where are you?

The arrow pierced the heart of the archer, and the light arrow disappated inside of the chaos member, killing him instantly. Lacey knew excatly where and who shot it. She then heard Gray's voice inside of her head.

One more shot and I'll have to change locations.
*Shalen wanted to kill Lacey, but she wanted to fight her face to face, so she aimed for the spearman, then released her shot. She followed through and then lowered her bow.*
Time to move.
*Shalen quickly jumped down from the tree and moved through the shadows so that the shop was to the left of her. As she moved she notched another bolt and ducked behind a tree peering out with her bow at the ready and waiting for her next target.*

The light arrow struck the spearman and killed her instantly. The other two, frightened, ran off, leaving Lacey there to fight. She drew out a darkened spear. This spear grew a crimson aura as the sun set, and Lacey got into battle ready position.
"Come on out Shalen, Jayden was the only one that knew where that bow was, and I am here to pry it from your cold dead hands."

*Shalen emerged from the shadows glaring at Lacey. The bow was not strung, it lay at her side gripped firmly in her hand. Shalen grinned slightly at Lacey and sniffed at her remark.*
"That's right, that would be the only way you would be able to get it from me, but I don't see that happening tonight love. You're too simple, too evil and lustful to know how to kill me, let alone too stupid to know how to take this bow out of my cold dead hands that MY Jayden gave to me." Shalen said mockingly. She felt where her knife was, to be sure it hadn't unclasped itself and fell out somewhere. She then in one fluid motion, notched her bow and aimed it at the ready, making sure to stay on her toes incase Lacey came at her.
