((Dead.))
Unfortunately for Roy, she had seen the ice disappear out of the corner of her eye. After that, it was only a matter of looking for the moving outline, and she had her culprit. She kept tabs on the mysterious nin as they moved behind her, and when she sensed movement, she moved. She grabbed the ice that would've otherwise been in an uncomfortable area, and watched as Roy attempted to flee.
Tossing the ice up and down, she calculated her chances, decided they were pretty good, and threw the chunk at Roy. Enough to stun, surely, but not enough to knock him out.
((I think it hit without me having to do all the math, unless you decided to try for (and roll) a twenty.))

((I don't know tumble so there's no defensive roll envolved with taijutsu. so it hits))
Roy gets clocked and soon hits the floor. He slides to a stop and looks back. A grin covering his face for a few moments between his twinges of pain. He was caught, he knew it'd happen with him repeatedly trying his luck but eah, least he had one more plan if she tried to hurt him any more. He looked up to ehr and laughed, "Ummm hi...Kage...-dono...how are things?

Kei quietly walked out of the bathrooms and looked at Roy. Seeing him on the floor made her look at Kinami, then back at Roy. "What did you do...?"

Kinami walked over, hands on her hips. "Well, now, mind telling me why you decided to put ice down my shirt? And who you ensnared into your plots?" She tapped her foot, showing her slight impatience, and then looked back at a voice. "Never mind the last. Hello, Kei. How are you doing, this fine day?" She turned back to Roy, keeping him in her sights so he couldn't leave.

"Hi Lady Kage...I'm doing ok I guess." She shocked at Roy. "You put ice down her back? Why the heck did you...nevermind...you wouldn't have a reason."

Roy was still laughing a bit. "Ahhh come on. It was just for fun. I really don't need a reason do I?" He laughed a bit. He was still in a bit of pain but his focus was coming back now. He looked up to the two women and smiled to them as he sat there." Now come on, can't we jsut let it go?" he grinned playfully and soon innitiated his other plot. He brought his hand up to the seal of the tiger and eyed teh ball of paper behind them on the table. A poof of smoke filled the air for a few moments and he had switched places with the paper. He couldn't bring himself to rat out Kei and so he simply ran from the cafe as hard as he could.

Kei turned and watched him go...At least he didn't tell...She looked at Kinami. "Who was the angry guy earlier?"

Kinami let Roy go as she turned to Kei. "Oh, him? That was Tai, one of the owners of this cafe. He's rather...annoyed at me for certain events, and he's never had a really good control over his temper." She beckoned Kei back towards the bar, walking over there herself. "He has an uncontrollable temper, but that's smoothed out by Mat's non-existent one. They compliment one another perfectly, so most times, Tai doesn't get so bad as this."

Kei followed Kinami to the bar. "Oh...He scared me...I felt like I was gonna cry when I got that death glare..."

Kinami shook her head as she took a seat in front of her shirt. "Tai is all talk and no steam. He wouldn't hurt a fly. Just wait until he calms down." In her mind, Kinami corrected herself. Mat would be the one doing all the calming. "He's completely different while calm. Mat, on the other hand, you never want to get angry. He's the one to watch out for, of the three of us, when his temper flares up."

"But you just said his temper was nonexistant..."Kei looked confusidly at Kinami. "What would he do?"

Kinami sighed, running a hand through her hair. "His temper is non-existant. It's only flared up once in all of my knowledge, and the one time it did, Tai's life was in serious danger." She heaved another sigh, leaning on her elbow. "See, if Tai's anger is volcanic fire, flaring up and dying at any given moment...Mat's is a simmering frost that's so cold it burns and never leaves. Does that make sense?"

"I don't want to scare you," Kinami hurridly assured the girl next to her. "This is more of a warning on what people are capable of, and an explaination for Tai's behavior. He'll be back to being the giant teddybear that he is, and Mat's little more than a puppy almost all the time. I think the only time he'd really lose it is if something happened to either Tai or me, and only then if our lives were hanging in the balance."
