You know crack? That stuff punks and all-out emos smoke? That makes them go weird and googly? Yeah, that's crack.
Well, in fandom context, crack is something that is both humorous and definitely unlikely to happen in the manga/anime. Or something that is REALLY funny and not normal to the characters in the manga/anime.
It's something that rabid fans write/draw to ease boredom and make other rabid fans weird and googly with laughter.

I guess it would be kinda funny if all the boys had naturally pink hair while the girls' hair was black. But they would all have black eyes, since they're Uchiha.
