"Oh...I see..." Xol covered his face slightly, it was burning and hisright eye was twitching from embarrassment.
"I have some guests over and I thought it would be nice if I showed them the traditional human holiday of Christmas...before I uhhh...killed them!" It was a lame cover-up, but it allowed for him to stop blushing for the moment at least.

Raven lay on the bed in the heart of the room. Her knees were bent as her bare feet placed themselves flat before her on the ruffled bedspread under her. Her tail twisted off the edge of the cot, swaying and flicking calmly. Her claws tapped on a small box that she held in a light manner, it had been nonchalantly placed on her stomach, thinking to herself.
After a moment or so had passed raven decided. She slowly shifted, sitting up, looking down at the box in a tired manner. Being indoors for so long had truly depressed her... Winter always brought grey skies and never seeing the moon at night was just horrible to describe for her kind. The true spirit of her kind wasn?t to be incarcerated or set to limitations.
A wolf on a leash will never be a dog. I won't stay here much longer, even if it's only been six or seven days.
Rave smirked slightly to herself. "I wonder if that Master man is gone... If not, I suppose this will help him get that creature out of my way. Then maybe I can get my life back in order with their help."
She rapidly pushed herself up to a crouch, looking up at the ceiling as she curled her arms around the box against her chest.
"He better not abuse this..." She growled lowly, pressing her feet against the bed as she shadowed, propelling her up as her body dissolved against the ceiling and into Xols room where she reformed; landing against the floor slowly as her feet set down.
She opened her eyes, looking up as she observed the room before walking over to his bed with the package in her right hand by her side. She placed it on the pillow closest to her and turned towards the door; deciding to walk her way back to the room she had once been in.

"Of course I'm not blushing! I don't blush...and you shouldn't be here either. Something bad might happen to you, all alone out here in the wilderness..." He grinned, dissolving into a plume of black mist before reappearing in his lab. Scratching his temple, Xol walked over to a work bench and picked up three boxes before dissolving into a plume of black mist once again and reappearing in Raven's quarters.
"She better abuse these..." Xol chuckled, laying two boxes on her bed and turning to lay the third, smaller one, on her dresser drawers.
Feeling satisfied he again dissolved into a plume of black mist , reappearing in his chambers. His crimson eyes locked onto a present that was situated on his pillow. He didn't remember giving Raven access to his personal chambers...were his feelings for her manipulating his actions? With a shake of his head, Xol walked over and sat on the edge of his bed, taking up the present and holding it in his lap.

Rave opened the door of her room, looking over her shoulder slightly down the hallway as she stepped in. She turned her gaze towards her bed, noticing something had been different.
Boxes?
She took a few steps before shadowing, re-appearing on the center of her bed with her legs crossed in an indian like stile as she held one of the shiny wrapped boxes in her hands. It looked as if a child had wrapped it. She shook the box slightly and whined.
Why are there boxes...? I never get Christmas.
She shrugged and opened the first one. She dug around slightly until she pulled out the gift.
Her eyes widened and she growled in a high pitched manner. "WHAT KIND OF SICK JOKE-..." whee
She shoved it in the box and looked up at Xols room. -.-;
*flings a ball of wrapping paper up at the ceiling.*
"Jerk..."She snapped then looked back at the other box. She opened it next. "I'm sure this is just hilarious to him." She blinked, holding up another skimpy cloths item. sweatdrop

He was grinning so wide that he could have been mistaken for the Chesire cat. Every time he thought of Raven opening the presents on her bed, he couldn't help but laugh to himself. Her present still lay in his lap though and with a deep intake of air, he ripped at the wrapping paper.
It was a box, and a heavy one at that with a latched top and intricate engravings etched along it's entirety. He lifted the latch and peered into the depths to see a...gauntlet? Not any gauntlet though...it was the very one that Lucifer wore when they combated against each other for the final time so long ago. How in the hell did she get this? And...how in the hell could she have possibly known that he wanted it for so long.
Xol hastily removed his right gauntlet and replaced it with the one Raven had given him. It was a crimson red in color with black runic markings. With this, he could control a small portion of very powerful fire magic. Through time and patience he would be able to wield untold destruction. Why, though would she give this to him? Didn't she want him to be a pacifist now?
"Only one way to find out..." He shrugged, dissolving into the floor and appearing at Raven's bedside.

The third box, after noticing it on the Dresser, shadowed and reappeared in her lap as she looked down upon it. She opened it, expecting another gag gift until she pulled out a locket. She turned it over on the back, reading the small inscription. She turned slightly blush, feeling something odd inside of her soften; smiling faintly without realization.
She set the locket quickly back down in the box, noticing Xol had appeared in the room. "...h-hi." She blinked, trying to swallow the knot in her throat. "...I- um.." She turned flush once again, looking down at the box before looking back up at him once more.

"I take it you liked your presents? Well one of them anyway...heh." He chuckled lightly, sitting down beside her and placing his left arm over her shoulder, pulling her close.
"Your present on the other hand confuses me. It wields such enormous power and yet...I thought you wanted me to give up my evil ways."
Xol turned to her and kissed her gently on the forehead.
"If you haven't felt it already, Master is gone. You're free to leave the Keep whenever you want now. There will always be a place here for you though..." A warmth filled his face and he could feel himself becoming flushed again. It wasn't a familiar feeling, but it was a good one all the same.

"Being evil isn't always bad...very true, but in times like these one must know where his or her alliances are. Right now the amoutn of evil running over the land is far too powerful for whatever the BC can muster in defense.
And the more I think of all the good times I've had with all the people that populate the Black Company, the harder it becomes for me to destroy them. I don't know what to do..."
Xol hung his head low and tilted it slightly so that he could nuzzle Ravens neck.
"Because I want you to come back...I..." He stopped himself and gently kissed her neck, letting his hot breath cascade around her.

Ravens ears turned rigid, looking up as she turned towards him. She stared at him for a moment; her narrow shaped eyes were piercing as she thought. She had a very hard time trusting the man that sat next to her. She felt rigid and unsure, but then again-..
"I-.. I what...?" She questioned, curling one of her claws under his chin to lift his gaze back up to hers. Her ears tiled back once again and her tail curled off the edge of the bed as it flickered. She was curious, wanting to know how he could change so fast when he hardly knew her. Why she could feel so differently when she hardly knew him.

Heswina ~earth~ was submerged in the ground, watching and listening. It's information would prove vital to the golam master, if it ever got a chance to report back...but the information was pointless to her. Something felt odd to the golam...it couldn't feel it's legs!! When submerged in the earth the golam became earth, but now it couldn't reform it's legs! The feeling of loss moved upwards, into her torso and pain rippled through her non-existant body. She was comeing, and she had to fight to make sure she could live longer. The pain was unbareable as the feeling of loss spread to her arms and then her neck. She tried to scream, tried to cry out, but earth muffled her non-existant mouth, and soon she was gone. Only to help further her rebirth to this plane of existance.

Raven waited a moment, though maybe not enough time for him to answer. Her eyes closed slightly as her lips bowed into a soft smirk as she leaned forward, tipping her chin vaguely as she kissed him momentarily. She leaned back slightly, sliding her hand down from his chin as it slipped around the side of his throat; running her tongue across her lips as her fangs faintly showed. "I'm sure you'll figure it out... I am." She purred her lips merely centimeters away from his. She ran her thumb over his jaw line as her eyes fluttered open, looking down at is lips before her gaze rose to meet his eyes. She noticed the knot in her throat again; his breath running over her neck moments ago was almost unbearable. She bit her lips as the familiar warm blush crept upon her face. "Hmph.." She huffed lightly, keeping herself from smirking once again, an amused glint sparking in her eyes; blindly giving her self away as she gathered herself, droping her hand back down to her lap as she looked away.
