Im Roxy, Im 18 years old, and i love the Anita Blake series. I love to read, and if its science fiction or has anything to do with vamps or weres im all there, lol. I play the drums, flute, and violin and im learning to play the bass. Ive been reading the Anita series for about 3 or 4 years and the first time i read anything by Hamilton was an anthology with part of Incubus Dreams in it. Ever since then I've been an Anita addict, lol.

I'm Leonie, aka Desert and I'm 16 from England.
I only found the books the beginning of this month. I've been reading the Dark Hunters and the Black Dagger Brotherhood. I wasn't sure about this series but it soon dragged me in. I'm on the seventh book.
I write myself so I can say she is brilliant.

Ive known about the series for about 4 years and its safe to say that I am pretty obsessed with the entire series. My favorite book would have to be Circus of the Damned. It think it is just amazing. I have bought all the books and read them at least 3 times (never gets old).

Hello all! My name is Cobra (really, that's what people call me in real life), I'm 23, and I love some Anita Blake.
I first got interested in the series when a friend of mine told me that since I like Buffy so much (I've adored that series since it first aired. I even get the Season Eight comics) I should pick up an Anita Blake book. Eventually I remembered it at one of my many trips to the local Books-A-Million and grabbed one to take a look at. First thing I did was read the inside flap to make sure that I started with the first one (I don't care if it's a series you HAVE to read in order, I want to), then I noticed that it was even compared to Buffy by a reviewer. I quickly picked up Guilty Pleasures and the rest is history.
I think it's less that the Anita Blake series is like Buffy, but more that Buffy is like Anita Blake. As much as I love Joss Whedon, I can't help feeling like he must have read the books and worked them into his plotline...
Anyway, I'm a big reader, I always have been. I tend to lead more towards supernatural things like witches, weres, and especially vapires, and mythological things. My other favorite books are anything that Neil Gaiman had anything to do with.
And that's a long enough post for me!

Hi, my name is Lauren and i am almost 15. 3nodding I LOVE to read about vampires and werewolves and thats what made me get into this series.
I got into the Anita blake series by chance. Found it at the book store and started to read it. I love what i've read so far and can't wait to read the rest

My dear friend Cheyenne got me into the Anita Blake series like 4 years ago. Read the series at least 5 times already, I never get tired of it.

Favorite bad guy: Olaf (Use to be Gabriel)

I wont go into anything more than that since I have a tendency to rant and/or ramble.

I'd recently joined the guild a while back but didn't get much of a chance to post.
In any case, I've read up to Danse Macabre and damn, do I love it. Not so much as I do with Blue Moon, which is my all time favorite and the first book I got my hands on.
I adore Nathaniel and Micah. I actually created them on Sims 2 hehe, gotta show ya sometime :]

Hi all! I'm Sarah, but friends on Gaia know me as Kaiya. I'm a huge vampire/were-animal lover. I've been reading Laurell's Anita Blake series since the Uncorrected version of Narcissa In Chains was given to me by my teacher in high school. And from then, I was hooked. I bought the book when it was finally published and then started from the begining on buying and read each one. And when she brought out the Merry series, i couldn't stop. Other authors i recremend to everyone are Kim Harrison and Keri Arthur. What's cool, is my husband likes to read them with me and we've started writing our own series. But we aren't sharring them yet, Still got a lot of revising to do and such. Wel, hope everyone has a great night and talk to you all later.

Hello, my name is bo-bo and I've been an Anita Blake fan since August of 2007. I just turned 18 on tuesday and I've read all of the books in the series so far and I am currently reading skin trade because I just got it from my friend today to read. I am also in love with Edward and Jean-Claude. In love with Jean-Claude for obvious reasons and in love with Edward because he's a bada$$ friend of Anita. Edwards awesome. heart heart

Hii Evelyn, but on here my friends cal me Lily. I have been reading Laurell K. Hamiltons stuff for a very long time now. I finished skin trade last week and now I am reading the series all over again. I am 30, yes 30. I know it's old right. *sighs* I love reading and writing and music. If my life could consist of those three things most of the time I would be the happiest women on the planet,

Hi, I'm an Anita Blake Vampire Hunter fan. Last year I picked up the Sookie Stackhouse novels and read all 8 in a matter of 3 weeks. Bought #9 in May read in a day. I needed something to tide me over to the next one so I went to Boarders Bookstore and asked for something related to them. The clerk pointed directly to Anita Blake I have been reading them about a month and I'm on The Killing Dance and I love it!!!! They take me longer to read (I'm not sure why) but they are intense. I can't wait to see what is coming in the next book and I'm looking forward to the movie next year. (I just hope the next duty station my husband is stationed at has a theatre!!!!)

My name is Selene, called 'Sel' or 'Selly' for short. I've been a huge Anita Blake fan ever since my boyfriend introduced me to the series when he compared me to Anita. I became curious....I've a terribly curious nature, and became completely hooked on them. Last year I bought the comics as well! XD
Actually I keep hoping there's a chance of a movie....A girl can dream, can't she?
