"Really?" Kaori asked, trying to picture him in her place. She laughed, unable to do it too well. Instead she turned her attention back to the ride, nodding. "Yes, let's hurry!" she cried, bouncing up and down again. This ride, which didn't seem to go that high off the ground, didn't alarm her as much as the rollar coaster had before. She frowned at the realization and patted Kei softly. "I'l have to get over my fear once you get bigger," she murmured to herself.
Kai didn't respond, and instead just hugged her a bit tighter, resting his head at the base of her neck, partly on her shoulder. "It's ok," he said again, voice soft. Slowly, he raised his head and looked her in the eyes, smiling faintly. "Come on, cheer up." Her tears made him uncomfortable. He reached out and held her face in his hand, gently wiping some tears away with his thumb. "You'll be ok, I'm here..." He felt odd saying this, but at the same time, couldn't stop the words from coming out.

Sai nodded as the ride stopped, people laughing as they got off. They piled out a metal 'gate' on the opposite side of the conducter than them. As everyone got out, the conductor opened their side of the gate allowing everyone in. He smiled to Kaori, gently leading her over to a pink teacup, holding the door open for her. "Your teacup, my princess," he bowed, smirking to himself.
[awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww]
Meghan nodded up at him, smiling. "Thank you, Kai-chan," she said softly, the tears slowing down. She felt silly, crying over something she wasn't sure of, in front of him. "I'm sorry," she said faintly, biting her lip slightly. Why... am I crying? she thought, not really knowing why.

Kaori watched the people trail off, noting their expressions carefully. From them, she realized the ride must not be that bad... She shrugged and walked forward as the conductor allowed them, trailing slightly behind Sai. As he paused and spoke, she laughed, covering it with her hand. "Th-thank you," she said through the barely contained laughter, and then slipped into the ride, patting the seat next to her as she grinned.
Kai shook his head, closing his eyes for a moment. "Don't be sorry," he said quietly. "There's no reason for you to be." He smiled softly at her and hugged her again, briefly, just to make sure she was ok. But he almost didn't let go. He managed to keep himself standing straight again, and looked down at her, then arround at the tunnel they were in. "Why don't we get out of here?" he asked, leaning forward to wipe another tear of hers away. All the while, his mind wouldn't slow down. Why did Sora retreat like that? She had no reason too... Did I... do something?

Sai smiled, slipping in as well, closing the door behind him. He sat where she had patted moments before and turned to her, laughing. As the ride slowly started, after everyone had shut the doors and the conductor made sure, they gently spun in small circles, the whole ride itself going in another circle. "Not so bad, is it?" he smiled, Monkichii popping off his head and onto Kaori's lap.
[[yes, you said a magic word outta like, 1000]]
Meghan laughed, nodding her head. "Yeah, I think we should get outta here, too," she said, another group of people coming towards them. She blushed faintly as he wipped a few more tears away, smiling up at him. "You're so nice," she said softly under her breath.

[Sorry for the delay! Had to get ready for softball practice, and now I'm leaving for it. ><;;]
Kaori laughed as well, then watched the conductor make sure everything was in place. She jumped as it started moving, at first feeling a little dizzy. But she quickly got used to it and nodded, smiling. "No, it's fine," she said, eyes following Monkichii as he finally awoke. He scratched his back softly, causing Kei to jealously slide down her shoulder so she'd rub him as well.
Kai nodded, following her gaze towards the group. Then he straightened and began to leave the tunnel, pausing at her words. He turned, blinking at her. "Nice?" he echoed. In his entire life, he'd never been described as 'nice' before. He'd always been the cold hearted, horrible one. Losing your touch! Becoming weak~! the voice mocked, but Kai pushed it away and smiled at Meghan, holding out his hand for her to take.

Sai laughed, watching the two creatures. "Kei, you're the jelous type?" he teased, reaching over to pet the dragon softly. He hoped Kei wouldn't bite him or anything, but felt that he might from what he just said. Monkichii mewed, jumping on sai's hand and running up his arm to res on his shoulder.
Meghan nodded, smiling. She laughed, reaching out to take his hand before they started back off again towards the outside, the group of people not far behind them. She felt safe with Kai, even with those feelings erupting in her[sora]. The group of people quickened their pace, going around the two of them, a few turning around and looking at them for a moment before heading off again.

Kei's head swiveled around to face Sai as the male spoke, with Kaori standing by to intervene if he tried to bite him. But Kei simply snorted and then rubbed his head against Sai's hand, completely unaffected by the ride, and his urge to be pampered overriding any one to bite. Kaori laughed quietly as she continued petting Monkichii's back gently until he darted back towards Sai. She watched him go, smiling faintly.
Kai's hand tightened gently over Meghan's, his fingers curling around it carefully. Kai walked forward calmly, letting the group pass by. He was in no rush.. But as some of them stared back to see, his eyes narrowed and he glared back, wondering what they were looking at. He breathed out slowly as the group headed off again, and then glanced at Meghan questioningly.

Sai watched Kaori, smiling to himself. He pulled his hand away from Kei as Monkichii ran around his shoulders, once, twice, five times, until he stopped, resting on his shoulder. He sighed, the air being brushed into him from the ride felt refreshing, calming. Sai looked around, wondering what they would go on next; he knew she'd want to go on another ride, more than likely.
Meghan looked back at him, wondering what was wrong. She didn't quite know why they had looked at them, but she didn't care; she was with Kai, and that's all she cared about right then. She smiled faintly to him, almost as reasurance, as they got to the exit of the tunnel. Walking out, the lights around them shone brightly compared to the dark tunnel they'd been in. For a moment, the lights seemed nothing but blur to her as she blinked a few times to regain focus.

Kaori's eyes followed Monkichii as he ran around, and then she laughed again, mostly to herself. "He sleeps forever, and now he's got all this pent up energy," she commented to herself, nodding slightly. She glanced at Sai, then out of the ride, watching the scenery blur itself slightly. When the ride turned to face outwards, she caught glimpses of other rides, wondering what each did. Then her eyes flicked curiously back towards Sai and tried to follow his gaze to see what he was looking at.
Kai kept Meghan's hand in his, acting almost protective, though the thing he was worried most about was actually inside her. It was all very confusing... He pushed the thoughts away for another time as they suddenly emerged from the tunnel and into the sun. He raised his free arm over his face, placing it across his eyes as a shield. He growled faintly, not a big fan of the sun. It was especially horrible in his constantly all black attire. As soon as his eyes had adjusted, they began scanning the various crowds, looking for Kaori or Sai. He sniffed the air, but their scents were blocked out by those of others, the food, and even the rides.

Sai laughed as well. "Yeah, but he'll be tired once again in a few minutes," he said as Monkichii mewed softly. He watched Kaori, having forgotten about thinking of another ride to go on afterwards, and smiled to himself faintly. He thought to himself for a few moments, running a hand through his hair, as he looked at the edge of the tea cup, pondering something.
Meghan looked up at him, tilting her head slightly. "What's wrong?" she asked, wondering what he was donig. She looked around for Kaori and Sai, but couldn't see them. "Where do you think they went?" she asked softly, still scanning the crowd and even some rides. She hoped, at least, they hadn't left without them or weren't that far.

[It's fine! I've been fishing, and still am actually. ^^;]
Kaori looked back towards Sai, then Monkichii. "Oh," she smiled as she watched the squirrel for a moment. Then she glanced around them, not the least bit affected by the ride. She only remembered they were moving when she was tossed a bit to the side each time they swung about, or when she saw the blurred surroundings. She leaned a bit towards Sai as she watched him, wondering what he was thinking about.
Kai shook his head. "Nothing's wrong," he mumbled, and then looked at her. "I can't find out where they are though... There are too many scents blocking theirs out." He frowned and then began looking around again, running an hand through his hair in annoyance. He didn't pay attention to the fact he was still holding hers. It just came so naturally.

Sai looked at her, then smiled. "Something bothering you, Prinecss?" he asked, laughing softly. He leaned foward, his lips caressing her cheek softly. Monkichii, at this point, pawed gently at her ear, swaying a few strandso ut of place.
"Maybe... we should look for them?" she suggested, not knowing a way to contact Sai. "I don't have power to sense Sai, either, so I'm of no use in finding the two," she said, lowering her eyes; she felt a moment of uselessness. How can I see him... but not be able to find him? she thought, bitting her lip softly.

[Me too... So I went to play softball. ^^;; Won seventeen to one! xD]
Kaori smiled and shook her head, blinking as he leaned forward. Her eyes widened as she felt him touch her cheek, and then the skin flushed red. She jumped slightly as Monkichii pawed her ear, shivering. Kaori laughed quietly and brushed her hair back behind her ear and then stared at Sai just for a moment, before slowly leaning into his side. Her face was still red, but she ignored it.
Kai nodded, still frowning, as he glanced back at Meghan. "Yeah, let's just.... go," he mumbled, not even sure of a good way to go about searching. This place was so huge and the majority was still unknown by him. He was tempted to just give up and stay alone with her, but his protectiveness concerning Kaori kept him from suggesting it on his own. He stood on his toes, balancing for a moment as his height allowed him to look right over many people's heads. Then he dropped back to his feet and looked back at Meghan. "Don't worry about it. I can't do anything right now either." He wrinkled his nose slightly as he glared at all the various things and people keeping him from finding Kaori and Sai by scent. "So, I guess we can just... wander around or something."

Sai smiled, looking down at her as she leaned into him. He gently put his arm around her, resting it gently on her shoulder. "I will always be there for my little princess," he whispered soflty. Monkichii, who sat on Sai's shoulder, looked at the two curiously, his emerald green eyes looking at them, but appearing to be looking elsewhere. His busshy tail swished in circles behind him, moving Sai's hair ever so slightly.
Meghan nodded, looking up. "Maybe we'll bump into them, right?" she said outloud, wondering if they really would. "Worse comes to worse, we'll see each other in the dorms, right?" she asked, knowing he and Sai were in the same dorm as Kaori and she. Seriously, though, I wonder where they are.... she thought.

[Sorry sorry! I never really got on at all today. Quick post before bed. ><;;]
Kaori's face flushed a bit darker, but she smiled at him, closing her eyes after a moment. "Thank you..." she murmured quietly, still leaning against him. Her eyes inched slowly open again as she felt other eyes upon her, and she blinked at Monkichii, smiling again as the saw his tail brushing Sai's hair. She was pretty much forgetting the fact they were spinning in circles, she was so used to it.
Kai continued frowning, but nodded slowly. "Yeah..." he muttered and then shook his head. "I guess they got tired of waiting and moved on or something." His expression darkened just slightly as he thought what they could be doing, but he quickly pushed it aside. He ran a hand through his hair and glanced back at Meghan. "Well... Do you want to get on another ride or... something?"
