"You are good. This is going to be very fun." Kinzo stood in his place, disregarding the sand that was now rock. With one huge push towards the sky with both hands, the ground he was standing on shot towards the air and brought himself far above the fire, now standing on a pillar of pure rock. "Now we get to the real fun." Kinzo forced the now-rock sand up, above the slowly falling Kami. With the force of his hands, the rocks came plummeting down towards the woman, who would likely encase herself in fire.

As Shugo entered the city he heard fighting going on. He also saw some people going in that direction. "What could possably be going on?" he asked. He went in the direction of the fighting to see what was going on.

Kinzo saw the man run through and ruin the spar between them, destroying his attack pattern. "Excuse us, sir, but you just cut into our fun. If you truly think that would have killed her, you do not know that bender in your arms. She's quite durable." Kinzo pointed at the woman who would likely jump up and continue the spar without distraction. Kinzo lifted another rock from behind the man, this one about as round as Kinzo was tall. "Now, if you will let us continue. I would much ather not have to deal with fighting the both of you. She is already quite skilled." Kinzo moved the boulder over both of them now, so it cast a huge shadow over them.

The figure removed his hood revealing the face of an elderly firebender. The old man smiled kindly and bowed to all of those present, he introduced himself simply as S.B. Still smiling he turned to Kai and said, "I'm a friend of you grandfathers," he could only hope that the child would take the bait.

He was taken aback, normally the recruits leapt on the chance to meet a friend of their deceased family. He let out a sad sigh, and began to walk away. Without even looking back the old man called out, "And here I thought little Kai would be glad to hear about his grandfather."

The old man didn't turn around; he couldn't, if he did everything would be ruined. Instead he continued walking, and said “If you want to find out Kai then follow me.”

The old man led Kaien through the streets of Omashu for what seemed like hours. Finnally he came to a halt outside a small shack. It was a very unimpressive building infact the only thing out of the ordanairy was it's thick metal door emblazoned with a strange variant of the firenation emblem.
The elderly man rapped on the door with his kncuckles three times and the door opened, calmly he stepped inside and waited for Kai to follow.

She looked up as he said that it didn't heal, but to her she knew it could be used to help and that fire wasn't all about distruction. She smiled nodding to his information, she would never go against someone elder in the battle of the witts kurai just respected older people too much. She was shocked to hear what fu-san said her eyes widen with disbelife. Kurai was dying to leave this place and go somewhere but she had no money. This was her ray of sun light in a dark day. "Ofcourse I want to go!" Kurai said jumping with excitment. "And! I don't want to lose a good friend like you fu-san! O! And this way we can both become great firebenders!!!!" She was wiggling with excitment and joy, until something caught her attention.

She sniffed the air smelling something good in the air. She was practiclly flotting in the air towards the smell. "Fu-san! can you smell that!?" She grinned running as such a speed it was remarkable. Her small size made it easier to manuver around people and carts of fruits and such. She was able to jump over a man close to fu-san height with ease. Turning her head screaming to the man " SORRY!" she gave them a big smile before turning her attention to where she was running. Kurai such a sharp turn that you could a screech from her shoes and debre get thrown to the wall as she stopped. Running up to a vender she noticed he was about to close. "WAIT!" she hollared waving her arms to get his attention. The old man turned to see an crazy blue haired girl running up to her waving her arms. Kurai approched him bowing " I was wondering if you could make some of that delicious food I smelled?" She rose with a pleasent smile looking at the old man. He stroked his beard expecting her raising one of his bushy eyebrows, "well...alright, how many shall it be?" She grinned excitedly, "well we would like--" she turned around to see she left fu-san behide, her smile faded away into a look of shock. "Well.." she said turning to the old man, "uhm two..heehee" she laughed nervously. The old man looked at her oddly before shrugging it off, "Your lucky...! theres enough left" the old man said filling two large bowls. Her eyes widen at shock of the size of the bowls, "uhm...I don't think I can afford two of those.." she flashed the old man a sheepish smile. The old man looked her over noticing her weary clothing and untamed hair, he should have guessed. With a heavy sigh the old man gave a weak smile, "Here its on the house." The old man handed her two bowls and it smelled so delicous but she couldn't, "Im sorry let me repay you some how" She set the bowls on the side of the cart. Kurai shoved her hands into the pockets looking for some sort of money. "Im sorry I wish I had some money..." She looked down in disappointment, kurai wasn't the type to take something with out some type of payment especially from an old man. The old man placed both warm bowls in her hands, "Go ahead it would be disrepectfull to refuse this food that I worked so hard to cook wouldn't it?" he said showing her a warm smile. Kurai's eyes began to water around the rims of her eyes, "t-thank you so much!" She bowed sniffling slighting at this mans unselfish genorsity.
