From the way he saw it, reality didn't differ all that much from a fantasy. Half the time living in this world felt more like fantasy than it did any reality. After all, how many normal people went home and just talked about how many others they killed during the night? Or who they were planning on going after next? Jakob had thought about leaving the mafia once or twice, but honestly knew it was impossible. He felt like he had no other redeemable skills. Not to mention he didn't want some lame a** nine to five, dealing with a bunch of pansy know-it-all's all day long. He'd go insane. Or worse, commit another felony.

Jakob was used to staying in his head most of the time. He hardly ever worked with others nor did he interact much with the people he lived with. They weren't his friends nor was he one of theirs. Kieran was probably one of the few in this world that he had chosen to spend this much time with. In all honesty, he did not want Kieran to leave. But he wouldn't force him to stay either if that was his choice. He continued to nibble on his muffin as he noticed the man soon finish beside him. Jakob did his best not to stare, though found it rather hard as Kieran then began to move on the bed.

He felt him slip behind him as his arms came around his waist and his chin rested on his shoulder. Jakob tore off another piece of the muffin and popped it into his mouth. Kieran's soft, deep voice beside him was oddly relaxing. He chewed his food slowly as he pondered the question. "Death mostly. But also you." he replied honestly. He chewed a few bites more before swallowing the muffin. Jakob reached forward and set the muffin back on the tray with his plate. He then sat back, enjoying the weight of the man pressed against him.

Sitting behind Miguel, he watched as he ate his muffin. Kieran waited for him to respond to his question not sure if he would. He was surprised but the second half of his answer. Kieran watched as Miguel finished up his muffin setting it back on the tray. He relaxed as Miguel leaned back against him. ”Why me?” Kieran asked curiously pressing his lips against his neck.

Jakob took his time thinking about how he wanted to answer Kieran. He could have easily given him a long tedious version about why he was thinking so hard about his own death. But that might have been a bit too morbid, even for him. So he kept his answer short and finished his muffin. He was curious to know what sort of face Kieran might be making. It wasn't as though he had confessed anything, but he was rather quiet. Jakob relaxed against the man as he soon spoke again. He smiled to himself as he thought about giving Kieran a long, tedious answer. "Because you keep doing things like that." he said instead. Jakob tilted his head a bit to the side while Kieran kissed him. He wasn't lying. But he didn't see any reason to give Kieran his full answer either.

Keiran didn't care if it was a long of short answer. As long as he was provided one. He waited as Miguel seemed to contemplate giving him an answer. Kieran was only more curious though by the short answer he was given. He watched as Miguel turned his head giving him more access. ”I could stop.” Kieran spoke teasing Miguel as he nipped his neck. He slipped a hand up his bare chest as he held onto him.

Jakob knew the length of his answer did not matter. So much as that Kieran received an answer. Still, he could not help wanting to take a moment and think about how he answered him. He didn't want his answer to sound as though he were professing his love or asking Kieran to run away with him into the sunset. He didn't care if the man was curious about his answer. It wasn't as though he could make him tell him. Nor was it important enough that Kieran needed to know. Jakob tilted his head as the man continued to kiss his neck. He smirked as he then teased him before nipping his skin. Jakob laughed softly. "Somehow I doubt that." he teased back. Feeling the males hand, he glanced down at his hand came up his chest. He almost hated how much he was enjoying being held like this.

True he couldn't make Miguel tell him the truth. However he was surprised he told him anything at all. Kieran didn't mind at least he told him something even if it left him with more questions. He wouldn't push it however. Teasing Miguel, he listened as he responded to his words. Kieran rolled his eyes. ” I could stop but would you even want me to?” He teased further as his hand slipped around Miguel's neck. They both knew that Miguel had enjoyed his hand around his neck just as much as he enjoyed doing it. Kieran squeezed lightly as he held onto him. His other hand remaining around his waist tempted to grab his c**k.

Jakob saw no reason to remain silent. It wasn't like what he was telling Kieran was anything bad. He was just making conversation with him. Though that didn't mean he couldn't tease him while he was at it. He could only imagine the man's face as he was quiet for a moment. When he did speak, Jakob smirked to himself. He watched as Kieran's hand slid further up his chest and came around his neck. Indeed, he couldn't deny that he did like this. It was weird but somehow satisfying. He relaxed as Kieran squeezed lightly. "What's the alternative if you did?" he asked curiously. Jakob preferred that he didn't stop, but it was hard to say what might happen when it came to Kieran. It was one of the reasons he liked doing these things with him.

Kieran didn't mind the teasing nor the silence. However he much preferred to know if what he was thinking even if it was nothing. He listened as Miguel spoke questioning him. Kieran smirked lightly as he slipped his other hand down wrapping it around Miguel's c**k. He started to stroke him as his hand tightened around his neck only slightly. ” Then I would stop, request our clothes to be brought back so we could leave. I'd drive you back home and we'd probably never speak again.” Kieran responded only guessing on the last part. There was no guarantee that they would never talk again, but he wasn't going to make any promises.

He saw no reason that he should hold back his thoughts. Although he was not brave enough to provide the full version of them. He would much prefer to give him some sort of answer than to sit in silence. With that said, when Jakob questioned about an alternative, he simply figured that Kieran would stop kissing his neck and move on to some other body part. There was a momentary silence as Kieran moved his free hand down between his legs and picked up his c**k. The hand on his neck tightened as he stroked him. Jakob listened to the man speak and he couldn't really explain why, but he felt a bit of anger. He knew there were promises made between them and what Kieran was saying was just speculation. Still, he couldn't understand why the thought refused to sit right with him. He didn't reply to Kieran's remark. If he thought he was being funny, Jakob wasn't amused. He was no longer smiling and he didn't much feel like talking anymore.

As he spoke, he soon felt the shift in change with Miguel. Kieran didn't know what he had said or done. He could tell Miguel was bothered by his words. Kieran withdrew his hand from Miguel's neck and c**k. Pulling back from him, his hands around his waist not wanting him to move. ”Talk to me and don't tell me it's nothing.” He spoke trying to understand what he did wrong.

He couldn't explain why, but he didn't like the males words. Sure Kieran may have been joking. But Jakob didn't see it that way. It made him feel as though he was just some forgettable slut. His attitude must have flared enough for Kieran to take notice. He soon felt the male release his c**k and neck as he pulled away from him. Jakob frowned down at his lap. He shook his head when Kieran soon questioned him, asking what was wrong. "It's nothing." he replied childishly. Seeing as they meant nothing to one another, he saw no reason to give him an honest answer. Why Kieran care if he was angry or not?

Kieran wasn't joking with Miguel, hardly. If anything he was being truthful. He didn't see Miguel as someone he could push aside. Sex and spending time with Miguel, was not something he did lightly. If anything, Miguel is the first man he saw after a night of sex, taken to a hotel, and even holding onto him as he cried. Kieran didn't want to admit it but would, he was drawn to Miguel for all the right and wrong reasons.

Seeing Miguel look down, it wasn't hard to figure out something was wrong. Kieran watched as Miguel shook his head and spoke playing it off as nothing. He released Miguel moving away from him. Kieran moved to sit away from Miguel. ”If you have something to say, say it but don't lie to me or act so childish about it. Speak your mind.” He spoke now annoyed and was not interested in Miguel ignoring him or lying to him. Kieran leaned back against the headboard sitting away from Miguel.

Jakob didn't know what sort of game Kieran was playing. But he didn't feeling like playing anymore. If he wanted someone to just dump him after sleeping with him, he should have just stayed at the club. Honestly, he didn't even know why Kieran was here with him now if that was how he felt. He should have just made him take him home last night. At least there he could have licked his wounds in peace and not be humiliated. He felt like a fool for thinking Kieran could see him for anything more than a piece of a**.

As he sat there sulking he stared down at his lap. He couldn't help acting childish as Kieran questioned him. Though it seemed that Kieran was not at all amused by his behavior. He felt him release his waist and the bed shift behind him. He continued to glare at the white sheet beneath him while Kieran lectured him. He could hear the annoyance in his voice. Jakob peaked back at the male, taking in his changed demeanor. "Make me." he said in German. Sighing, he turned back to stare at the wall. "Besides, it's not like it'll change anything."

Kieran was over Miguel's behavior. He wear not going to sit here and listen to him. Kieran watched as Miguel continued to brush him off. He was tired of trying to talk to Miguel. If he wanted to sit there and act like a beat then so be it. Kieran listened as Miguel spoke brushing him off again. He moved to stand slipping off the bed. Kieran headed toward the bathroom. ”If you want to act like a brat so be it...If you want to act like this meant nothing so be it…” He spoke not fully giving Miguel to much information about his own feelings. Kieran didn't see Miguel as some Booty call but apparently that's all he was too Miguel.

Going into the bathroom he turned on the light. Kieran walked towards the walk in shower turning it on. He removed his robe dropping it on the floor. Kieran needed to clear his head, if he remained in the room with Miguel he was likely to tell him he could go ******** himself. He slipped into the shower and he stood beneath the water letting it warm over his body.

His anger only continued to flare as he sat there. It wasn't like Kieran was helping much in easing his worries. No instead, he just went back to being a d**k and acted like it was too much trouble to correct himself. Well fine. If that was how he wanted to play it, then so could he. It wasn't like he cared or anything. When he spoke, he did so honestly. Though his words much have come off as something else as Kieran only got more angry. He chewed his bottom lip as Kieran moved behind him, his words were harsh as he moved quickly past him.

Jakob turned his glared towards the door. So he's the tramp but Kieran got to feel insulted. How does that work exactly? Grabbing one of the pillows from the bed he flung it towards the bathroom door. The door rattled as the pillow made contact and flopped to the floor with a soft thud. <********> he muttered under his breath. Jakob glanced towards his backpack. How he wished he still had his clothes. It would be so easily to just get dressed and leave. In his current mood, Kieran could go slip and die and in that damn shower for all he cared.
