__Nohea entered the academy with her head hung to the side in boredom. The trip here had been decidedly quiet, probably on account of them being forced together and all. What if this was some kind of test? That I have to make nice or something? Nohea groaned inwardly. She didn't even know how to make friends with people! Right up until now her life had been one of scrounging off of the strong and lonely survival. As far as she was concerned she was more than happy to leave it that way. Letting a few more moments of silence pass the shark girl begrudgingly offered up. "Soo, uh Aurielia? Aurelia? It must be nice having Belamos as your dad." Her sad attempt at conversation only felt like it made things even more awkward between them but damned if she'd let anyone say she didn't try. "Ah sheesh, that was weird huh? This whole thing is pretty awkward if you ask me."

SHIONxxxxxMORI Shion nodded approvingly at Yuno's run down of her abilities. Having too many specialists could cause one aspect of the team to fall flat; a good switch-hitter could come in handy. "Good enough for me. You'll cover what role we..." Her voice trailed off as something out of the corner of her eye caught her attention. A quick glance back at her squad member only helped confirm her suspicions as she had seemed to also sense something. "Hey kid, I'm gonna count to three. If you're not out here by the time I'm done... well..." She'd shout in Hiroki's direction, punctuating her statement with an explosion erupting from her clenching fist. "One... Two..." Her counting was slow and methodical, but laced with a clear tone of annoyance.
Aurelia walked inside of the academy with the girl trailing behind her in silence. She wasn't good with talking to other kids, though would at least try. Here, she didn't know what to even teach her. That was if her father had wanted her to teach the girl in the first place. The younger girl would look at the shark girl and offer a timid smile before murmuring to herself. It wasn't until the two of them were just chilling out in the academy that she spoke.
"Soo, uh Aurielia? Aurelia? It must be nice having Belamos as your dad."
An awkward question, but still worthwhile. It was a question at least! "Ah, um...I suppose? He's the only family I have after my mother passed away." Aurelia would rub her elbow and pause for a moment. "I wish to be like him. Strong, heroic, a true King." More silence! The girl would apologize for her statement as the younger child would smirk a bit but understand. She walked forward and would carefully place her hand on her friend's shoulder....side of the chest. "It is quite alright. If you want, I can be your sister. Maybe not by blood but in spirit?"

__Her stoic expression drifted off into one of a peaked curiosity. It seemed like for the moment they might have a common, albeit rather grim, ground to start from in the death of Aurelia's mother. Even a step further than that this young girl who barely knew anything about her offered to be her sister? Well that was easier than I thought it was gonna be. Facing turning a shade of pink Nohea looked away pretending to be suddenly interested in one of the stacks of scrolls nearby. It wasn't like she didn't want for something to happen, in fact she had spent years dreaming of somebody just literally walking right up to her and accepting her but now that it was happening? Well it felt too good to be true to be honest.
"I'm sorry about your mother. I know what it feels like to.. you know miss out on the parent thing or whatever. But are you sure you'd really want to be my sister? I mean you don't even really know me." As she finished her sentence Nohea had by now turned back to face Aurelia and was prowling circles around her, occasionally speeding up to make sure she 'trapped'. "I mean what if I'm crazy, or like a outlaw?" On one of her loops around the girl Nohea slowed her pace and made she to creep up close to Aurelia's shoulder so as to whisper the next part in her ear. "Or what if I'm a..." Moving in front of her now Nohea opened her mouth to fully reveal rows of razor sharp shark teeth. She wasn't sure just how much this girl had been able to figure out just be looking at her but in her experience everyone usually finds out her inhuman lineage the moment they lay witness to her teeth, and it would be better for her to find out now while Nohea could still take the rejection. "Mon-ster?"
I lied, Kagerou didn't return to the hospital. She went to the training grounds instead, grabbed a cartful of miscellaneous scrolls, and rolled it all to a secluded corner. It was a pretty corner. Occasionally, she'd set down whatever text she held to perform a technique or another. A swish of hands. Bells ringing with the movement of hand signs. A small spark or some such appearing then disappearing. Occasionally, she'd have bigger shows. Rumbles of the earth. Floods of water. Usually, they would be paired with a technique that would quickly clean up the mess. Her surroundings as neat and impeccable as ever, Kagerou continued to study. She considered it a blessing that she was gifted with high language learning capability. She only needed a small sprinkling of tactile learning to get a grasp of the technique of interest and she could theorize the rest of it using what she read. It proved helpful in not just keeping a low profile but also by allowing Kagerou to quickly blitz through learning techniques. Of course, just this much wasn't enough. Not for Kagerou's family, at least. Since she hadn't touched every field of shinobi knowledge, it would be considered inadequate. What kind of kunoichi didn't possess the physical abilities to take down the target she harmlessly approaches? What kind of kunoichi couldn't delude her opponent with a deluge of falsehoods and lies? However, while Kagerou had the time now to cover one, she didn't have the luxury to do both. She had a patient to tend to, and before tending to the patient, she really needed a good night's rest. Hiroki grumbled something as the camouflage disappeared from a blanket covered in cartoon images of ninja. He balled it up a moment later and stuffed it under his arm, before focusing on who it was that had managed to see him. "Hey, who're you calling a kid, shrimp? That's a kid." He said, wiggling a finger in Yuno's direction. It was obvious, however, that Hiroki had only just recently found his taller stature. He bordered on dangerously thin, having barely gotten back just above the point at which the village's medical staff would allow him to continue in the Academy. At best he had 30lbs on Shion, despite standing a full 9 inches taller. Though he used jutsu, and was older than most students, it was clear that he hadn't finished in the academy. He possessed no headband, and was here in the Academy more to kill time than to learn jutsu. "What do you want with me anyways? Thought you had some kinda mission to run."
Kagerou had gone to the office to receive permission to perform A-rank hospital missions. She got permission to perform a higher rank mission all right. The only problem was that... it wasn't a hospital mission, and that put Kagerou in a tight spot. However, accepting it would be better than refusing it. She was, after all, a shinobi of Arashigakure, regardless of how low of a profile she desired to have for the moment. If the people above felt that she was needed on this mission, then the only person she could blame was herself for not keeping an even lower profile.
Besides, it wasn't like she was reluctant to help the village. Protecting the home and people she cared for was her entire reason for becoming a shinobi despite all of the difficulties it would entail and the trials it would challenge her with. She had a few issues that she had to deal with herself, but she wasn't going to let that get in the way of what was really important. These Sons of Helios really had caused quite a big disruption the last time. They really couldn't just be allowed to go running around, especially not in times like these... The crowds seemed peaceful at first, but those who knew what to listen for could tell that something was stirring.
With bells ringing and a lighthearted smile, Kagerou walked to the designated meeting spot: the academy. Ehm... Where in the academy, though? She didn't really know that, so was left wandering around. She did know who the leader of this mission would be, though, so she asked for Arashi's best girl whenever she could catch someone's attention.
A few answers later, Kagerou had achieved walking into earshot of Shion. There were a few things Kagerou had heard about Arashi's best girl since their last meeting. Just to be sure, Kagerou gave Shion a good look, and when she could see her face, she opened her mouth, about to say a greeting.
Kagerou stopped herself just in the nick of time. She was *this* close to butting into a conversation again, but at the last split split second, she realized Shion was actually in the middle of speaking with someone. The memory of her unintended but nonetheless quite rude interruption just the other day had Kagerou quickly shut her mouth.
Instead Kagerou waited patiently, her mind wondering idly if maybe she should have changed. She was still wearing the same clothes she had intended to work in the hospital in. While, like most of her wardrobe, they were built to allow her to fight at a moment's notice, she would most certainly would like to go back and change. Yes, she would do that after this mission briefing. A quick, two-minute change wouldn't hurt anyone.
Well, she didn't just wait and think while doing nothing. She was better than that. Pulling a poster out of somewhere, she neatly wrote a few words on it while she idled on the topic of her outfit and then held it up to signal, as it said on the poster, "Bust Sons of Helios or Get Wrekt." Over the poster held at chest level, Kagerou smiled gently as she ever always did.

Class Disciplines ____Support Specialist → The user is capable of conferring a moderate stat boost to any ally that they desire. This stat boost can be what ever the medic wishes, however it can only go on one ally for as long as the medic wishes. Additionally to this, the medic is able to use healing eseijutsu on an ally from a distance as opposed to having to touch them. The range for this is fifty [50] feet. ____Inscriptions of Power → Through tireless study and practice ninja of this discipline have learned to create fuuinjutsu that is stronger than those of their peers. Gaining the property of overwhelming all fuunjutsu will defeat techniques of the same rank unless they also overwhelm same rank, in which case they will cancel out. Universal Attributes
• Kiritani Heritage - The Kiritani, the maternal side of Kagerou's family, have a long tradition of serving Kirigakure from the shadows and high standards to match. Being able to cast techniques without hand signs is what they consider the bare minimum, and they expect no less from Kagerou despite her Uchiha surname. Kagerou can replace hand signs/seals with equivalent gestures and motion from the wrists or fingers of one hand. • Hippocratic Oath - Whatever it takes from her, Kagerou is determined to save every life she can, more so than taking any. When a healing eiseijutsu is used, a single healing or situational eiseijutsu of lower rank can be supplemented onto it for no extra cost in chakra or activation. This includes augment techniques. • Nightmare Veteran - There's really no place like home. Even genjutsu struggles to match hellish nightmare created from the mind of an exhausted Jack, and this experience, along with several others, has left the already naturally calm Kagerou even better suited to remain composed in the face of any pressure. She is adept at seeing through genjutsu, and even when she can't (or if the horror turns out to not be genjutsu at all), she's still incredibly difficult to ruffle to the point that once Kagerou recognizes the genjutsu, it loses much of its potency. A recognized genjutsu of lower rank than Kagerou cannot inflict real injuries on Kagerou, and while her physical body within the genjutsu is still affected as normal--being pushed, pulled, bound, or what have you--emotional and other strictly mental sensations have no hold on her. • Inkapocalypse - You thought this was a pun on Inka, but it was me! Dio! Bad jokes aside, the PA really isn't about Inka. Dissatisfied by her cluelessness during the Sero pod event, Kagerou spent days researching sealing, and through sheer repetition, it's become easier for her to use seals. She can write seals up to her body rank on the fly, using even her own chakra manifestation if necessary. Writing a seal takes up the same activation as using it, and in the case when her chakra manifestation is used to form a seal, her chakra becomes visible to the naked eye and she can only extend her manifestation as far as 1m away from her body. For the purposes of this PA, Fuuinjutsu includes the Kuchiyose techniques. When a chakra manifestation seal absorbs something, said something is considered to be stored within her chakra manifestation until it is later released with the appropriate technique. • Blood Moon - In the light of the blood moon, Kagerou maintained her calm and spread it to others. Since then, such a practice has imprinted itself into her eiseijutsu. Targets of Kagerou's eiseijutsu can korabo their kai with the eiseijutsu technique, increasing the strength of their kai by one rank. As per korabo rules, the eiseijutsu technique and kai must be the same base rank.
Medical Job Attributes
• Iryo-nin I - Kagerou can retrain [Medical] jutsu into those with a [MEDIC] tag on the end of them. [MEDIC] jutsu exhibit healing properties equal to their rank and are considered to be [Medical] and eiseijutsu. • A Sound Mind I - Due to her training in the psychiatry medical field, Kagerou knows when someone is deceiving her. Note that this does not mean she knows the details of the deception, such as how she is being deceived, what she is being deceived on, to what extent the deception goes, etc. This PA can be countered by either an opposing PA and a higher rank in the psychiatry medical field or by a technique above or at Kagerou's body rank that can obscure truth and lies. • A Sound Mind II - Due to her training in the psychiatry medical field, Kagerou is adept at deceiving others. She doesn't give those telltale signs, down to even the smallest detail, that others use as indicators of truth and lie. This PA can be countered by either an opposing PA and equal ranks in the psychiatry medical field or by a technique above or at Kagerou's body rank that can discern truth from lies.

Her words appeared to have been a piercing blow to the girl, who physically would have her cheeks turn a red color. Her actions, however, took a turn for the more serious. She would begin to circle around her as if she were some type of prey in some sort of intimidation attempt. Aurelia would watch the taller girl with some confusion in her eyes while craning her head around her to watch as she was teased and toyed with for a while. As the older girl stepped to her shoulder and whispered into her ear, she felt a shiver go down her phone and turned around just in time to miss the other female's approach. Facing forward again would revealed that she was in front of her, showing off her shark-like teeth. It was quite frightening at first though Aurelia would stand her ground against such a display.
"If you were either, you would have been caught before even stepping into the Arashikage's office. I have seen a monster up close. To claim you could even compare is a mistake I am familiar with." The child began as she would hold her left arm. "Y-You came to my father to learn, right? It's not the first time somebody has done so. To be a pupil of the Sun God is an undertaking. One that you are very brave for seeking him out." The younger girl smiled to the older one and would simply stay up in front of the razor sharp rows of teeth directly in front of her.
"If you are truly a monster, then let us test it." Her left hand would slowly be placed directly in the middle of Nohea's mouth. Sure, this was probably a foolish thing to do but it's something that her father would do. That or tell her a story from when he was her age. "If you are truly the monster you claim yourself to be, then I offer my hand. The choice is yours to make." Aurelia would look at the other girl and not move her hand an inch, a determined look on her face the splitting image of her mother's. "Know that if even a droplet of my blood is spilled, you will make an enemy out of one of your greatest opportunities. But that is precisely what a monster would do, wouldn't it? To throw away such an advantage and give into a primal nature. You could even be expelled, removed. Forced to wander the land without a home. There, you'll find that there are far worse monsters than you."
Silence rang through the air as Aurelia's gaze would lock onto her companion's. "So then, I ask. Are you a monster?"

SHIONxxxxxMORI Shion cocked an eyebrow at the kid, dumbstruck by Hiroki's attitude. Now, she had no issues with a little snark and a punky persona, but he made it obviously clear that he knew who she was. At his level, not even out of the academy, and mouthing off to someone like Shion? I mean sure, she wasn't exactly the strongest ninja in Arashigakure, but she could more than easily turn this kid into a Hiroki-shaped shadow on the ground if she felt like it. "I... what? What do ya mean do I want? You're the one spyin' on us!" Shion said, tilting her head upwards to keep her eyes locked on Hiroki's as she approached the boy. "Well? You got something to say or are you just gonna keep wasting-"
Shion suddenly halted her speech and raised a finger up to Hiroki's face, effectively putting him on pause, catching a glimpse of the Kirlia patiently waiting next to her. A rush of relief raced through Shion's body as she quickly read the girl's sign. Good, her team wasn't going to exclusively be made of greenhorns and brats. Even without an introduction, Shion had spent more than enough of her time in CORE reading over shinobi profiles to know exactly who she was dealing with. Kagerou Kiritani, a chuunin by rank but on par with the most elite jounin the village had to offer in strength. She may think she's been leading a quiet life in the background, but she couldnt have been any more incorrect. Without a doubt, she'd be a welcome addition to the team. "Rad. You're in."
Turning back to Hiroki, Shion lowered the finger she held up to his face. "Wait... did you actually want in on this mission? Is that why you're here?" she'd say, struggling to contain an outburst of laughter and barely giving the kid enough time to actually explain himself. "Oh man... tell you what, nerd. You get your headband by the time we leave the village and you're in. Sound fair?"
There was a satisfied grin on Yuno's face at the sight of someone else getting the business for a change. Though upon being called a kid she simply huffed and crossed her arms under her barely existent chest. "Pff sounds like the deal of a lifetime," she'd comment harshly. Compared to the mistreatment she'd received at the hands of kenshin this was a possible genin career handed over on a silver platter. "You know Shion you're way cooler than Kenshin."
Hiroki deadpanned at the woman's false revelation and obvious lack of the concept of personal space. "What about eavesdropping, which involves sitting in a corner and saying nothing, suggests I want to be part of your mission?" She had clearly completely misread this situation. For his part Hiroki didn't understand how that was the conclusion she came to. Unless... "Hold on... do you need people for your mission so badly that you're offering an Academy Student a place on it? Because hiding behind my kid brother's bed spread qualified as a mission for me and I got the impression that a bump up in rank was gonna slot me into the bottom floor of a dog walking pyramid scheme." Hiroki was never one to make it easy on himself. Besides, the number of things involved in getting his headband on such a short schedule made it basically impossible. Finishing his training and finding someone to test him would take that time alone. And then he'd still need to do some more training on top of that to be mission ready. Upon being noticed by senpai, Kagerou gratefully smiled. She put away the sign, it disappeared to... somewhere, and proceeded to patiently wait for the rest of the squad to come together.

Gaining the property of overwhelming all fuunjutsu will defeat techniques of the same rank unless they also overwhelm same rank, in which case they will cancel out. Universal Attributes
• Kiritani Heritage - The Kiritani, the maternal side of Kagerou's family, have a long tradition of serving Kirigakure from the shadows and high standards to match. Being able to cast techniques without hand signs is what they consider the bare minimum, and they expect no less from Kagerou despite her Uchiha surname. Kagerou can replace hand signs/seals with equivalent gestures and motion from the wrists or fingers of one hand. • Hippocratic Oath - Whatever it takes from her, Kagerou is determined to save every life she can, more so than taking any. When a healing eiseijutsu is used, a single healing or situational eiseijutsu of lower rank can be supplemented onto it for no extra cost in chakra or activation. This includes augment techniques. • Nightmare Veteran - There's really no place like home. She is adept at seeing through genjutsu, and even when she can't (or if the horror turns out to not be genjutsu at all), she's still incredibly difficult to ruffle to the point that once Kagerou recognizes the genjutsu, it loses much of its potency. A recognized genjutsu of lower rank than Kagerou cannot inflict real injuries on Kagerou, and while her physical body within the genjutsu is still affected as normal--being pushed, pulled, bound, or what have you--emotional and other strictly mental sensations have no hold on her. • Inkapocalypse - You thought this was a pun on Inka, but it was me! Dio! Bad jokes aside, the PA really isn't about Inka. Dissatisfied by her cluelessness during the Sero pod event, Kagerou spent days researching sealing, and through sheer repetition, it's become easier for her to use seals. She can write seals up to her body rank on the fly, using even her own chakra manifestation if necessary. Writing a seal takes up the same activation as using it, and in the case when her chakra manifestation is used to form a seal, her chakra becomes visible to the naked eye and she can only extend her manifestation as far as 1m away from her body. For the purposes of this PA, Fuuinjutsu includes the Kuchiyose techniques. When a chakra manifestation seal absorbs something, said something is considered to be stored within her chakra manifestation until it is later released with the appropriate technique. • Blood Moon - In the light of the blood moon, Kagerou maintained her calm and spread it to others. Since then, such a practice has imprinted itself into her eiseijutsu. Targets of Kagerou's eiseijutsu can korabo their kai with the eiseijutsu technique, increasing the strength of their kai by one rank. Should Hiroki look deep enough, he might have even seen the face of the demon nestled deep within her pupils. Satisfied with her peacock's display, Shion dropped back to the soles of her feet and spun away from the boy and began to walk towards the exit. "But if I did all the work, then Arashi's up and coming ninja would have nothing to prove themselves with, then they'd be stuck in that... what'd ya call it? A dog walking pyramid scheme? Anyway, we got a job to do. I'll let you get back to your ramen and playing cards. But if you ever feel like doing a real mission, come find me." With that, Shion would wave to her team, signaling them to follow along. "C'mon team, time to move out."

You can cast bloodline techniques through one-handed seals. > Naturalization l With their connection to natural energy, the Senju have learned to eliminate the usage of handseals for mokuton, instead able to form ninjutsu with simplistic somatic actions such as claps, waves of the arms, stomps etc. In addition, they are capable of creating their Mokuton techniques from any surface that isn't in use by another ninja.
