Moving the table out of the way, he would have ran towards the ropes, rebounding off of them to hit Omega with a low big boot, trying to gain the upperhand

The Miz took a second to breathe, catching air before picking up Kenny and attempting to lay him out on the table

Omega was on the table, as Omega was attempting to recover once again.
The Miz started to climb the turnbuckle all the way to the top, he measured his distance from Omega with his eyes, he took a leap of faith and attempted to elbow drop him through the table!
Omega would attempt to get on the second turnbuckle with both his feet, then placing his head under Miz's legs, attempting to hold him up for an electric chair position for the moment. He attempted to launch off and go for a One Winged Angel through the table off the second rope!
The Miz dropped behind Omega, still on the top rope, he tried to hook his arms up and trip him with his left leg for a Skull Crushing Finale through the table!!
The Miz would have hit a collateral move, debris of the table was scattered around the men, he would have been laid out with Omega on top of the now broken table as the audience flew up from their seats voicing their loud reaction around the arena!!
