Stacy and Stephanie continued to exchange glares with one another. They spoke thousands of silent words to one another before finally opening their mouths. "I am the most beautiful woman in the world, wouldn't you think? Much more beautiful than anyone in this room.", Steph said with her large lips in a smug smile.

"Yeah.", said Stacy, "If you like fake curves, that is. You're probably nothing special under all that plastic."

"I AM curvaceous!", Steph angrily corrected.

Then Stacy fired back, "Which is why you bought them from a doctor."

"Yes!", Steph said.

Stacy looked confused. Was she not aware of how illogical that was? If she was already beautiful before getting the surgery, why get the surgery? In her current state, there's no telling of what Steph's natural body looked like. For all they knew, she looked like Stacy underneath. It was very much possible that Steph possessed no real beauty, only the illusion of beauty. Stacy covered her mouth, giggling rather loudly. Steph looked visibly angry at her laughter.

Stacy took a deep breath from her nose. Her eyes of disdain loosened, but never left their lock on Steph. As for the model herself, she had simply turned away from Stacy. The fire of ire between them two wasn't quenched, but was at least kept at bay by Maddy's intervention. "Not my fault that you had to get surgery.", Stacy muttered. "I simply don't care for you.", muttered Steph simultaneously.

Stacy's eyes widened, caught off-guard by Maddy's sudden hug. "Well, I was going to be working all day, but you convinced me to call in sick. So now if I really DO get sick, I'll probably have to come in anyway. I don't really know what to do now. I was thinking of maybe doing some hobby-shopping. Samantha, would you like to join us for a shopping trip?"

[I feel like we need more scenes with Stacy and Samantha. They're the best friends. Don't get me wrong, I like Stacy and Maddy's relationship, but we need a good balance between their quantity of scenes.]

[An idea just came to me all of a sudden. Maybe we should arrange an upcoming scene with Steph and Maddy over PMs, to see how they usually interact. Maddy talks about Steph a lot, so let's see what she ends up talking about. I'll try to PM you about it later.]

Although she didn't show it on her face, Stacy was somewhat perturbed by Samantha's comment. The idea of Samantha being huge reminded her of her own weight problem. Though in her case, it's not because she's pregnant, but because she's out of shape. She doesn't have an excuse to be round like her friend does. And even if she did, it would only apply to her midsection. Her face, arms, love handles, and whatnot don't get bigger with a baby. Regardless, she locked her free arm with Samantha as they proceeded to leave the store.

"You wouldn't think about leaving without me, darling, correct?" Steph approached Samantha in a disgustingly elegant walk. "I detect an invitation to shop at your side. I shall accept this, and bless your trip to the maternity store with my presence. You're welcome."

"So where are we going?", asked Stacy, "I just wanted to stop by the hobby shop, and see what they had for sale today." "Well by popular demand, we're going by the maternity shop.", said Steph with a smug smirk. She began caressing Samantha on the stomach. "My precious sister-in law needs clothes that can fit two people after all. Correct?" Stacy didn't want to admit it, but Steph had a point. Not only about the necessity of maternity clothes, but she was outvoted two against one. "Alright. I guess we'll go there. Anyone got some directions for me?"

Stacy smiled to her idea being agreed to. "Alright! If you take a right a few blocks away from Mom & Pop's Lollipops, you should be able to find a brick building with a sign that looks like a jigsaw puzzle. That's where we'll be going."

"Why separate ourselves for the trip?", asked Steph, "My limo has enough room for all four of us. Simply give my driver the directions, and he'll take you there. Then when we're done, he'll drop you back off here, so you can pick up your cars."

The four ladies left the Buttercup cake shop for the parking lot. Steph's limo was parked nearby, with Rodger silently waving to them. "Rodger...", said Steph, "I'm bringing these three with me to our next destination. I'm sure one of them will give you the directions."

She held the door open, looking at Samantha in the eyes. "After you." Once Samantha had sat down, Steph sat next to her in the seats. "I simply adore shopping trips. They have so many items to browse from in their selections. Makes one feel enticed by everything, doesn't it?"

Stacy climbed into the limo, having just finished giving the directions to Rodger. She wanted to sit next to her best friend, but didn't want to be anywhere near Steph. So she got onto the other side of Samantha instead. "Hope you like it. The hobby shop's a neat little place to go, whenever I have the time."

Perhaps the two of them were a little too close to Samantha. They definitely weren't giving her much time to react, let alone space to breathe.
