~{Amano Tora}~ Tora, in her infinite wisdom, decided that walking straight into a large group of demons was the best option, rather than go around. She might have been getting cocky. The fight was certainly harder than she expected, but she and her demons made relatively short work of the group, and she quickly went around, grabbing all the tokens the demons dropped. These things had apparently been useful in keeping her alive, she wasn't about to ignore them.  Nix Gallen Nix decided to try and catch her breath while she stayed by Junes. Perhaps the others were on their way to this location! Plus she really needed a small break while she could.. Though as the silverette stayed put, a powerful demon appeared to fight her. After gaining the assistance of a new demon, it was brought down..  Shun FujomakiShun was pacing around just as excited as ever...when he came face to face with an enemy he couldn't easily face..
A giant demon, that stood nearly the size of a skyscraper.
"Oh wow.." he called softly to himself, before feeling the essence of a demon beside him. It wasn't a strong demon...But, as it held it's arms out..He could tell...He knew...
'He wants to protect everyone too!' he thought to himself, moving over to take the small earthen monster's hand.
"We will defeat this monster, and protect the world!" he called out triumphantly, letting his demons start to merge together. The energy swelling in his body..coupled with his powerful allies gave birth to a formidable force...
Another angel, descending from the heavens.
"Raphael! Ice this Guy with me!" he called out, Holy magic combining with his strengthened slashes to cut the enemy down to size.....
And, after a few sizable minutes of chopping it down like a tree, he and the Earthys bashed it's face in....The two having secured the area from harm before it could wreck enough havok.
"Good job, Buddy!"

The boy was giving them their chance to shine for once, polishing his swords off lightly as he gave them the go ahead. Light, almighty, and sword crossed paths as the horde approached...
And, out the other end, stood his demonic companions. He didn't even look back as the tokens fell to the ground, confident in his ally's abilities.

Shun FujomakiShun felt kind of bad for the approaching group of rioters. They held up makeshift weapons, and summoned forth mid-level devils. He could see a few familiar faces among the demons.as he chuckled.
"Just add this to that...and.." he called, before pressing a button..and a coffin appearing. A singular hand crept out of it, clawing at the air...before a Blast of almighty energy suddenly erupted from the sky....And Crashed down on the Rioters..making them scatter in half the time it took them to gather. He chuckled and looked at his phone, leaning up against the large coffin.
"Man Mot..You are one scary guy.".

Shun FujomakiShun was so caught up in enjoying Mot's newfound badassery...That he didn't notice the forces of Hel sneaking up on him. He turned around a moment too late to save the tokens in his shirt...But, just in time to dodge an otherwise lethal blow.
"Woah, Woah! I know we're badass, but hands off!" he called out to the enemy, drawing his blades once more. "Mot! Help!"
The large,scary demon sent out a wave of energy towards the enemies...And, in a flash, no sooner had they appeared, did they vanish. He felt a touch worried at how sudden they attacked and left...But, not for long. No...

] Shun FujomakiShun was having issues getting the demons to leave him alone at this...But, when he looked back again from his sprint, he saw the same bloodthirsty demon that joined him...Reaching for them.
"Ah..! Sakahagi!" he called out, stretching a hand. But, it was too late...
The demon that so sought blood was now covered in it, and torn apart by the horde of demons. Part of him ached in agony at watching such a friend be torn apart...but, part of him was relieved. The demon was always...kind of unnerving to him.
"I will avenge him, anyways." the boy called, looking at his phone. "Now...We're on the cusp of endgame here..."

Hello Jormungandr. Yuuki wrote, catching his attention by tugging his sleeve (again) even if he did out right notice her. She was glad to see him again, and after a nice but short conversation, the two parted ways. However, the man brought up something interesting in their talk, something that she would have to look into - the Amala Network.

Perhaps it was none of her business, and maybe it would have been better to walk away, but she couldn't stand watching the strong pick on the weak; even if they were demons. Angry that an outsider intervened, the kicked devil stood back up and charged at Hitomi before quickly getting its jaw kicked in and then promptly dispersing into coins. "Let me join you..." The weaker demon spoke. The boy was rather enthused at how he'd finally hit the highest level he could find, pacing around with his swords as he admired the brilliant, metallic angel. It was super powerful, super cool, and sounded like Megaton. It was so damn cool...
Such that when he came face-to-face with a new demon, that threatened him, he merely pressed the button.
"Metatron." he called, pointing at the enemy. The Angel gave the lightest of pauses...before unleashing the full might of heaven on the poor, unfortunate Soul.
And, with that, He got another friend. It was great! Awesome, even!

"...You see the surface, but my eyes see more..."He wished that it hadn't come down to the life or death struggle that it had a few moments ago, but when he at last landed the blow that toppled the devil that had challenged him, he watched it fall to the street backwards the disperse into magatsuhi regretfully, but not because he regretted what he had done. He only wished that he hadn't needed to. This world, after all, was different from the one that they had been raised in, and the rules which applied there, the human decency that he could get by with there, was hard to put into practice and not die here. His hands were decidedly not made for killing...but to protect Minori from the demons in this new reality, he would do what he must, given how horrifically underpowered they seemed to be for the threats that awaited them. His grey eyes watched the thing as it fell, again, and though he didn't regret what he had done to protect her, he said a little prayer under his breath for its passing regardless. It may have been all for naught, after all they were creatures of Hell, but all the same, if there were some purification...or redemption possible in the next world, maybe, just maybe...
"Minori...!" he turned and a rush of crimson armor and a lance attacked from another angle, forcing the duo to go on the retreat not long after he had finished his previous duel. Rushing towards the alley with Minori, they ducked in and escaped with the help of her devil just in the nick of time. They barely had a moment to catch their breath, however. This world wasn't so kind as to give them a break from the destruction. "I know a path through the backside of the Downtown District towards the edge of town where my home awaits. "Show me a hero, and I will write you a tragedy"It was a much swifter trip back towards the Downtown Area when he wasn't leading an exodus of defeated bandits and beating back a horde of attacking demons from every side as they went, but it still took a little time to walk back from the Amagi Inn towards the town at-large. After all, there was a reason that the bus ran regularly from the stop in town all the way out to the Inn for those who wanted to get there from the station to stay or visit. But he was a better portion of the way there now; he'd had time to think about what the Red Viper had said to him, and what all of the things that he had seen in his journey through the town had meant. It was a little strange that all four of his friends' homes that he had seen were completely empty of his friends, devoid of their presence, but nearly all of them had contained somebody that he had been familiar with in some vague form, dead now. It wasn't as though humanity had just been taken from this place, absconding from Inaba in the night...there were far too many corpses for that to be the case, as much as he didn't want to think about that. It was much more likely that all of his friends' disappearances meant that somewhere out there, they were alive...or at the very least, they had escaped the situation before they had been trapped in their homes and died elsewhere, later. It was an encouraging thought that all of them had the wherewithal to get out of their homes that swiftly, though. And if Naoto was with them, if Yosuke was with them, they had two sharp minds to help guide them to and keep them safe from the demons for the last 7 days.
For the first time in a while, he allowed himself to have hope. Sure, Obelyn had been right when he said that this world was unfair, but that didn't mean that it was hopeless. That they were even here now was proof that the world hadn't completely ended; there was hope, there was a chance to overturn things and take revenge for the damage that had been done. And maybe if he could do that...he could put the pieces back together and restore the world to what it had been. Then, if his friends were out there in hiding...they would come back to him.
But for now, he had friends that he knew were out here, fighting, surviving...and it was time to go find them. The tall Tower of Junes was visible on the horizon already, and he was a few good minutes away from the urban border. Soon, he'd be back on the Downtown drag and on his way towards the far side, where he assumed Minori and Genji had likely gone. And if he was lucky, he'd bump into some of the others he was looking for...Kisa, Mataki, etc...along the way.

"Show me a hero, and I will write you a tragedy"It was almost within range now, the Tower of Junes not far from in front of him. It loomed, and it reminded him of the deadly encounters he had inside of it, the words that he had heard speaking with the Red Viper there, but most importantly, it reminded him that nearby was where he had encountered Minori and Genji. They were his target right now, finding them his current priority. If he could track them down sooner it would be better, and it was probably unlikely that they were still on this side of town. His first thought was to head towards the Residential District on the far side of the Samegawa, but that was still a bit longer to walk from where he was now. Sometimes, the uneventful moments were the better ones, though. After all that he had been through back at the Inn and leading up to it, a few peaceful moments in the countryside were a decent break from reality to unwind and realign his priorities.
First thing, finding Genji and Minori. Second, finding anyone else that they knew to form into a small team of survivors to work together moving forward. After that, the hunt for the Fiends would begin. If he could have his way he'd handle that part on his own, but having some support from his friends had never steered him wrong before. Sure, this was the end of the world, but he couldn't just...cut them out. And if history had proven anything, it was that having somebody who could watch his back when the chips were down could be the difference between life and death.
