Emma gave Herald a look as she stared at him "Er... no!... I mean yes... I mean..." she wasn't exactly sure how to answer that. "Why is this even a conversation right now?" she muttered under her breath as she dropped her head in defeat.

Never Again...Herald shook his head slowly. "I don't know. I didn't see much and the part I did see through Eric's eyes was blurry. Emma's ears twitched as she listened to Herald "Oh, alright." she responded. She thought of something else then, eyes quickly brightening "Did I look cool?" she asked with an excited tone. She wasn't sure if Herald was able to answer that after what he just said but it was worth a shot.

Never Again...Herald paused as he thought. "I couldn't tell. Honestly I was more focused on Sanctum at the time and on learning what I could from him when he fought Eric and the others. What they did at the house was irrelevant to me back then," he admitted. He kissed her on the lips for a few moments before he spoke again. "You decide who you are and how you want to look. Emma's ears went back slightly "You are a one track mind aren't you?" she asked with a joking tone. She glanced to the side then "I know, I was just wondering..." she answered when he said the last thing. She quickly kissed him on the lips then.
