“you’re insatiable,” Bruce said over his shoulder, “cute, but insatiable.” he said grinning, reading the rest of the information that he already knew. He turned around, hugging tony with a smile. “you do know that this place closes at like… eight right?” he asked laughing, “i have a feeling that’s a little late.” he said laughing, okay maybe it wasnt too late… but it was still a little late. he wasnt sure how happy tony’s dad would be about him being out late with his boyfriend. now that he thought about it he wasnt even sure that tony’s dad knew he had a boyfriend.

Insatiable... emotionally-deprived, same difference for Tony Stark. "We're gonna stay 'til closing?" he asked. With the way they were burning through the exhibits the museum had to offer, he gave it another three, four hours, tops, if they took their time. "And it's Saturday night!" he added on.

“No i never have a curfew, mostly because i never go out…” he replied, it was true he was always home before nine. He didnt even have to think about it before. “but yesterday we didnt have school and you went home early…ish.” he said offhandedly. ” and just to make it clear, i am complaining.” he said with a laugh, turning to kiss his boyfriend on the cheek.

"Then we should make up for it tonight," Tony grinned, booping Bruce on the tip of the nose, distracted from the display in front of him on Quantum Computing.

Bruce didnt pay any attention to the information that he thought was boring, of course it was boring, and no one was going to make him think it wasnt boring. Tony however… he was very interesting. Bruce distracted himself by staring at his boyfriend, god how did he get so lucky. He wondered, if someone had told him that tony would be his boyfriend… or even that they would talk at all… well he probably would have thought they were smoking something funny. Bruce smiled, he was foing pretty good at convining himself that this was real. That tony wasnt just going to dump him when a pretty blonde with big boobs and a nice smile came along and showed interest. and who wouldnt show interest in tony, he was… smart, and funny, and sweet, and cute, and.. bruce cut himself off. He needed to stop thinking so much and just enjoy it because he really didnt know how long it was going to last. He knew that it was probably just some experimentation phase that tony was going trough, and he would get sick of his stupid shy, Inexperianced, bumbling personality. And dont even get him started on how fast tony would run when he realized he didnt do sex even more than he didnt do dating. Which obviously hadnt worked out so well… but sex was different. He really wasnt going to do that one. He sighed, looking at his boyfriend’s face as it read the information. Maybe he might make it a day… that would be nice.

Somehow the two of them had lapsed back into silence-- Tony just assumed Bruce was caught back up in all the science stuff around them. He couldn't blame him, there was a lot of cool stuff to take in, but part of him was having trouble not wanting every second of Bruce's attention all for himself. The other kid was just so... oh, he didn't know what adjectives to use, but Tony really, /really/ liked him, like more than a lot of other people he'd liked. He wanted this... to last. Not just longer than his other relationships (of which, Pepper was his record at seven months), but actually /last/. He blinked, realizing he'd been staring at the back of Bruce's head (it was like Calculus class all over again) instead of the display.

Bruce turned around, smiling sadly kissing his boyfriend on his nose before turning back around and looking around the room, “Yes,” he replied, “you’re perfect, everything i could ever think to ask for.” he said sadness twisting in his stomach, he could do this… he wasnt just going to be all pouty the entire time he had to be happy. for as long as this was going to last, he had to try to be happy. Because he was happy, he was happy tony even entertained the idea of dating Bruce. But he knew that it wasnt going to last too long and he began to wonder…if it wasnt better to have just stayed friends… so he wouldnt have to loose tony. Granted he might have gotten just as sick of him as a friend… but he felt at least then it wouldnt have been as painful. He took a deep breath, willing his mind to shut up and putting a smile on his face before he looked at tony, “so… robots.”

Bruce had mentioned there was a certain quality to his smiles when they weren't quite... genuine, and Tony thought he saw it now on Bruce's face. He grabbed the other teen by the elbow. "Robots can wait. L-listen, I can tell there's something you're not telling me, okay? I know I'm pretty clueless and inobservant usually but... well, I can just tell. And I..." he looked at his feet, but then took hold of both of Bruce's hands to look him in the eyes, "I really like you. If there's something I'm doing wrong, I want to know, so I can... so I can try to fix it," he resolved. He swallowed. "And if I can't fix it, th-then... I'll j-just go..." his voice tremored because it really hurt to say it-- rejection was something that could leave him wallowing for hours or days.

“you do realize thats over 2000 years right?” he asked smiling a little bit more than he was before… he finally dared to actually look at tony, “so its not just… a phase thing?” he asked nervously. “not that i could blame you i mean like nine out of ten guys experiments with sexuality at some point in their life. though its not usually in high school” he noted, “but it makes sense as im the only out guy in school… i just..” he lead off, he didnt know what he wanted anymore, he wanted this to be real… thats what he wanted.

"Well, if it's a phase that lasts 2000 years, then I don't think you have a problem," Tony joked. He brought his arms up around Bruce's waist and gave him a squeeze. "I'm sorry if I made you think that. To be honest, if I'd just wanted to try it out for trying it out's sake, I probably would've..." he glanced away and back, embarrassed, "done it already." His curiosity in boys went back a few years, but it had never been something he'd go and admit out loud, much less act on until, well /now/.

“i like that idea.” bruce said smiling and pressing their lips together for probably the bajillionth time that day. okay well this was probably the most perfect date in the history of all dates, even if he had pretty much had a mental breakdown…

Tony murmured happily, letting his hands skate up and down Bruce's sides as they kissed. He was going to quit doubting himself, he thought. Bruce liked him and he'd said so and that was that. Well, he hoped. He was a teenager, and his emotions ran pretty rampant, but whatever. Things were good now and he was happy.

Bruce shifted himself, body flush against tony’s fingers tangling themselves in his short dark hair. He ran his tongue over tony’s lip, nibbling on it lightly. okay so hopefully his multiple readings of slash fan fictions had made him at least a little better at this than he would have been otherwise.

Tony let his own tongue reach out of his mouth to get entangled with Bruce's, the sensation of their tongues sliding across one another sending tingles to the base of his spine. His fingers seized the other boy's waistband for leverage.
