Throwing time, it was now.
Only one ring AGAIN. Syntax error chastised him inside his head, and with a grump, Ariel snagged a pair of headphones. At least they looked cool. Would they even work back on the island...?

"No, and no," Ariane replied, totally lying about never being here before; she attended a festival - similar to this one, but dedicated to fail fish - a year ago, but saying yes would just lead to more questions. To be honest, she wasn't even sure why she was paying any attention to this girl; it would probably be easier to walk off right now, "Oh, is that so? That's nice."
She didn't sound very enthusiastic about it though.

The kiyohime simply stared at the werewolf expectantly. And stared longer. The silence stretched when she realized he had nothing else to say and she suddenly felt awkward. Awkward and quiet and stupid. Ri-ri bit her lip and looked down at her feet. "Umm well. okay then." Perhaps she wasn't as good at making friends as she'd initially been led to believe. "I guess I'll just umm.. see you around maybe.." Suddenly she wouldn't look the boil in the eyes. Instead they dragged around the ground. "I have some um.. prizes to redeem. I'll see you around.. uhh.. I guess." With a last polite bow, the disappointed ghoul headed away. There was a definite sag to her shoulders. Poor ghoul was clearly young and immature and her efforts at friend making seemed to flop.

She was still unused to singing, but she wasn't terribly bad at it.
She sang her heart out while Senga seemed to bang on the drums - a lot better than last time too.
