He stuck by Candace, kept the smaller tendrils off her...right next to them, Bix got slammed right into the ice.
"Don't get so close," Harrison growled. Not like they had a lot of Sunnies in the first place, but he didn't like to see the ones they had getting plowed.

Harrison was the best Moon ever. Candace wasn't even coming close to being touched! She took advantage of him distracting the tentacle to drop to her hands again and slice lower along the tentacle. She was testing the gloves now. They were great! And they weren't even the real thing! Oh man, the real thing would be amazing Clarice you're the best. Simply the...the best..

Candace winced when she saw Bix get hit hard. "Careful! You okay?" She still had a bandage left but did he look like he really needed it? Not as much so compared to a few others but..

Harrison cleared more ice and tentacles. She'd have a charge soon, right? Atropos was looking...glowy.
When he got the affirmative he went on escort mode. Back to the cannons. They had to be pretty close, right? And then...
Then he wasn't sure. Make sure he got out of there. Hope for the best.

Just one more. She could already hear Atropos crooning, though it almost sounded like the weapon was trying to hold back on making sounds like that. Honestly, if that was what Atropos was doing, Candace appreciated the thought and respect right now. She couldn't handle those noises..not right now. Usually she could tolerate them with just a little bit of annoyance but now now. Not like this.
One more hit. Just one more. Candace made it simple, a dig of Atropos' talon that she dragged out slowly. It probably didn't do much at all but she liked to think she was being effectively annoying as s**t to this monster.
She hated this monster.
Atropos' charge was ready and Candace was quick to hurry to the closest harpoon gun, striking the rune. One charge down, four to go. "Four charges left on this one, guys!" She called out.

Charging at her target as she took a swipe with her sword this time and felt the attack connect.
Aklin complaned and knew that she had a full charge and Tori when to the same harpoon that Candace when to and striking the rune. "I got a second charge on this one, three left," Tori called out. Really ready for this monster to go down.

Before made a grab for Tori, "Story! Time out!" :/ and promptly applied a bandage on her. Except he realized he was holding her so he quickly let go. The bandage may not have been applied well enough >.>

Tori was just about to attack the creature again, just as Before grabbed her and put a bandage that she realized that she need it. "Thanks Before," Tori said as she also put another bandage on too. She really hated the cold since she felt a little numb. Hp: 5+3 (from Before)+5 = 13 Division: Life 1/3 heals used

The first thing that Reine noticed, of course, was that there really had been more than one tentacle, the one she and Justin had defeated, in fact, she could still see it in the distance, wiggling sort of feebly.
And then there were all of the rest, some of which had been, happily, destroyed by the runic harpoon guns.

It slapped her back, some spikes scratching across her face, and Reine attacked it again, only to get shoved off her feet before she could make her move. Stupid tentacles.
Some of them were crawling up her arm, too. Reine was just glad she wasn't allergic to seafood, imagine breaking out in hives or something, in the middle of an important mission..

It was.. well, you could see it two ways, on one hand it was hard to miss, considering the population density (so to speak) of the tentacles; Reine managed to at least cut off the ones around her arms, but then another, bigger tentacle had not-so-affectionately bopped her on the head.

the answer is a resounding yes. "CHESTO!" was all he screamed when he stabbed through the tentacle. n****e damage was super effective.
cept it also hurt like hell. rub the nipples, poor things.
But Nidhog was too busy screaming about hunger to care about his pain and dragged the boxer toward the harpoon, teeth on the weapon meant it could do that on the ground.
Yes, Nidhogg was probably the only weapon to date that could drag its hunter around and drag his nipples through the soft snow. OW OW.

Score! Reine lunged at the monster again, giving it a nice slash across the tentacle. There was one charge-- she ducked backwards, striking the runic harpoon gun, but just as she hit it, another tentacle picked her up by the ankle, lifting her into the air-- Reine was glad she'd switched to shorts a while ago-- and then it threw her back on the ground, into a pile of snow.
Inches away from what looked like a really disgusting penguin nest.
The life trainee picked herself up quickly, and ran back to where the monster was.
