Atuli Mr Popo in your mouth Butterfree's psychic and sleep powder keep it useful as a capturing pokemon long after Beedrill starts being underpowered. Growlithe or Houndour? Growlithe has less weaknesses since he's only Fire not Fire/Dark, Growlithe's evolution Arcanine being considered legendary is icing on the cake. Pidgeot or Staraptor?
Pidgeot is pretty cool, it has a Mega Evolution too

eolcaladren pirate_of_an_artist Never seen Super, but I would say Kale. Legendary Bird Trio or Legendary Kami Trio? Tough one. I really love Gen 1 so Bird trio wins. Froslass or Mismagius?
Also a difficult one. I like both of their designs, and I am a sucker for the Snorunt/Glalie/Froslass evolution line...actually, yeah, Froslass. I just looked up both Froslass and Mismagius, and that reminded me of just how much better the design of Froslass is in comparison.

eolcaladren pirate_of_an_artist Best Legendary with alternate forms: Giratina (Origin/ Altered Forme) or Hoopa (Confined/ Unbound) ? Very easy for me. Giratina all the way. I love heart my ghost dragon blaugh Origin form is preferable but that's just for that ground immunity with Levitate. Pidgeott or Staraptor?

eolcaladren pirate_of_an_artist Staraptor and its most awesome mo-HAWK (Sorry, couldn't help myself on that one.) Favorite Pokemon game between: SoulSilver or Platinum? As much as I love the Platinum generation, SoulSilver wins. Just the nostalgia of playing the original Silver was awesome. Pokemon Ranger or XD: Gale of Darkness (If you've not played either, then Carnivine or Tangela)
I'd have to say carnivine as it can use the grass type moves like sleeping powder or bullet seed but can also use dark type moves.
