Jen walked to the front of the car, after closing and locking the door and took his hand. "You ready?" She asked, with a smile.

He interlocked their fingers as he nodded. "yeah." he smiled as they headed towards the front door. He only was using one crutch to steady himself.

She walked at his set pace, heading for the enterance. A million thoughts were running through her head, she hadn't doubted the mirror, but what if that had screwed up the future.

Once they reached the entrance the bouncer stopped them. He asked for ID. Dan looks at Jen and gave her the should I freeze him look.

She smiled and showed him the id. She smiled at the bouncer as she walked by. "I'm 21." She whispered in Dan's ear and kissed his cheek.

They walked inside. "where did you get that?" he asked with confusion and amazement in his voice. he then whispered in her ear "I thought I was older then you."

"Indeed you are." She said, with a small smirk and continued to the bar. "I've got connections." She said, sitting down and turning to the bar tender and ordering a coke.

He ordered the same and then whispered in her ear. "you got a fake id, and you yelled at me for having one." he said.

"Not quite. There's something you don't know about me." She said, taking his hand and leading him to an empty back room, where no one would walk into and locked the door. At this point she snapped her fingers and her long auburn hair turned curly and brown, her eyes changed from green to blue and she looked at least 3 years younger than she actually was. She was also about 3" shorter.
"A long time ago, before my mother was killed she had to fake my death to save me from the assassins that killed her came after me." She explained. "Those demons never bought the fact that I was dead, because there was no body, so they're still investigating and attempting to find me. I've never told anybody this. I'm sorry." She said, softly turning back into her usual self.

"So you are a shape-shifter." he said looking at her. He then went to her and wrapped his arms around her waist. "It's ok." he said with a smile. "You had your reasons why you didn't tell me and I understand that." he added.

She nodded and kissed him softly on the lips. "You are almost too understanding sometimes." She said, moving her arms around his neck. "We should probably get back." She said, reluctantly pulling away.

He reluctantly pulled away also. "Maybe we should." he said looking a bit dissapointed. "I am understanding because I love you and we are both witches so being a shape-shifter is nothing new."
