Seeing some figures walk out, Shun glanced to the side to see Titus leaving. Good riddance. Maybe he'd leave the school too if he still thought it was closing. That would be nice.

Actor --> AudienceIf Xiu had seen the glare Riyo sent her way, she had ignored it. Even if she had seen it, the baku probably would have simply laughed it off--for what it was worth, she thought the bakeneko had been brilliant out there. E-er, not the ideal father figure to be sure, but brilliant none-the-less.
Since there was still a bit left to go, Xiu wondered if she could slip out into the audience for a bit. Not in the front row--Charlie had made sure that she would ignore that row like the plague--but maybe farther back. She thought that she had noticed some familiar faces in the audience while she had been on stage. So long as she made it backstage for the bow, it should be okay, right?
Grasping her gown in her hands, she scurried out from the backstage area and, as subtly as she could, slipped into the audience so that she could watch. Noticing two familiar figures in particular, Xiu moved forward and crouched by their seats.
"Aniki, Mitsu!" She greeted, her voice a whisper, "How are you liking the sho--...what happened to the armrest?"

Audience"Liiiies whatever. You would not have failed that- I MEAN WHAT I CANT HEAR YOU-" Bul teased Mei and winked at Tybalt. "Actually.." Bul took one out and sucked on it for a moment laughing. "Actually that helped the flavor a lot," he grinned. Mindful of the acting that was taking place on stage, he reached into the box of popcorn and placed a popped kernel in each of Mei's ears for fun. ccc:

AudienceThere was peace and quiet at last and the show as finally moving along smoothly though the dances were a little...odd perhaps. Maybe Mitsu just wasn't used to dancing enough to realize what fit the play. Either way she was enjoying herself and smiled when she saw Xiu making her way toward them. The reply on the play was postponed as Mitsu looked sheepishly toward her armrest. " I...it was an accident..." She started.

AudienceNow that the little squabbling was done with, Shun was able to watch the play a little more easily. It wasn't until he heard a familiar voice calling out to him and Mitsu. Looking over, he spotted Xiu. It was a bit of a surprise to see her down here rather than on the stage, but he supposed that her part was through with at this point. "It's been enjoyable," he nodded, "You did excellent on the stage. Good job."His gaze flickered over towards the destroyed armrest for the moment and shrugged. After that, he just motioned Xiu go to ahead and take a seat if she wanted.

Actor/Backstage
Zar nodded concedingly, she had a point, there were probably worse involuntary things he could do than simply dancing. Though he wasn't about to let himself ever get to the point where he found out how he behaved if he had no paperwork to distract him at all. He took another sip of the drink. "Too late, already asked for a favour from someone. Chap named Barth, seemed a pleasant guy at least. He and his friends helped make these." He held up a hoof for inspection, showing the bottom to be wearing a little lime green sole. "Hopefully not something that I'll come to regret later."
He blinked however.
"You HAVE to join a club?!" Oh Jack, like this little foray into extracurriculars wasn't bad enough. "I ..doubt there's any clubs about filling in forms in a comfy room?"

Sugar Pumpkin Fairy - Tsetsiliya
... Oh.
Well. Uh.
If Tsetsiliya were to markedly remember anything about this play, she sincerely hoped it wouldn't be the profuse amount of vomiting that seemed to have happened. Really, aside from poor Charlie's momentary bout of sickness, all of the dances were rather nice! The paper-winged incubus did a good job despite his sudden rush of embarrassment at the end and hurry to exit, and Edel and her snowflakes were really quite lovely (even if it made the poludnica a bit antsy - she was a sun demon, after all). Aksaja's hip thrusts would be quite memorable surely (in the same way that the group dance at Prom had been). But as the last dancer departed, the poludnica's jaw had dipped open just a little at what had unfolded before the thrones.
But the play was winding down to the end, and the ghoul shook her head slightly and instead turned to look towards Hel and Temes, particularly as they shared the tender scene between Cloodia and the Prince. She stood up and once again offered a hand to each, to indicate they should also do the same, and led them back towards center stage. The ghoul tried to avoid the big puddles of water that had accumulated from the snowflake number, and which had been poor Charlie's downfall. When all were in position, Tsetsiliya grasped her wand in two hands and gave the chupacabra a grand smile.
"The prince speaks true, Cloodia," she said. "The kingdom's doors are certainly open to you, should you want to stay with us. However.." The ghoul wore a small smile. ".. However, if I am not mistaken, you also have a family who is waiting for you?" She let the question linger in a momentary pause. "Regardless of your choice, dearest Cloodia, the Kingdom of Dolls shall not forget your kindness and your bravery this night. And for that, I wish to reward you." She slid back a pace (easy to do on the still-slick stage) and raised the wand above Temes' head. Then, she waved it in small circular motions over the ghoul.
It really didn't look that impressive, with a few grains of glitter dropping from the wand tip onto the chupacabra below (what a shoddy job the gnomes did on this thing) but what else could one do? As Cloodia was supposed to have the main stage now, Tsetsiliya once again backed away as the lights refocused on Cloodia, and did what she had been so careful to avoid in leading the actors center stage - she slipped on a puddle of melted water and went tumbling backwards, landing hard on her backside. She was red-faced and thoroughly embarrassed, but in order to keep the play moving she sprung (as elegantly as she could muster) to her feet and continued to move backwards, out of the spotlights and subsequently off-stage. The show must go on!

AUDIENCE"Probably not. Its their job to hound people and--" He paused. "Ugghhh! That's nasty!" Tybalt feigned disgust as the monster ate the piece of popcorn that had been in his ear a second ago and proceeded to stick a kernel in Mei's ear as well.
"Is this what they mean by ears of corn?" He asked, reaching into the bag and stealing a piece of popcorn for himself. Only, he did not stick it in his ear.

Prince – HelHel could only stare at Askaja. Uh…wow…that was a rather…bold performance. She hadn’t seen moves like that at all before. Weeds had a very…uh…interesting dance. The reaper looked back at Tset though when the ghoul looked to them, and gave a nod to Chuppi before standing and taking the Sugar Pumpkin fairy’s hand. She followed the ghoul to the center of the stage (mindful of the puddles), and observed the interaction between her and Chuppi. Hel couldn’t help but wince lightly as poor Tset slipped on a puddle during her exit, but mentally applauded the ghoul for getting back up like a champ and then exiting. Her turn to exit soon too after some more corny dialogue! The prince smiled widely at Cloodia, grasping her hands firmly within her own. “ What the Pumpkin Fairy speaks is true as well. Your family is waiting for you. While the prospect of us parting saddens me…I know it will not be goodbye permanently, my dearest Cloodia. I will never forget you…and as I have said before…” The prince moved one hand to point back at her heart. “ We shall always be linked here.” Sweet, now she could start making her exit, now that the rest of the play was to focus on Chuppi. She gave the ghoul’s hands a squeeze, released them, and then waltzed off of the stage, nearly gracefully, until her steel plated boots slipped on a puddle as well, and she went careening forward into the back stage area. Regardless, she was off now!

ACTOR - CLOODIA [ Temes ]
All things considered, with the slipping and the puking and whatever it was that the person dressed as weeds had done, Chuppi thought everything was going quite well. No one had run out since she started screaming and the teacher came in to fix things, and now they were nearing the end of the play. She remembered what the script had said, she needed to pretend to go to sleep again....but after that it had been vague for a bit before she would 'wake back up'. That indeed made her nervous since she wasn't sure what was coming but....she needed to go ahead and act. Hel had said her lines after all, it would be good for her to keep trying.
"I...I must grow up, and return home to my family. Oh my prince, how I would have longed to stay at your side. . . " Her words were spoken as Hel walked away, the look on her face one of longing for a beloved object or person. It was easy to get that expression if she imagined Hel's head to be her Thermos instead of a person, but that was an acting tip she wasn't going to share with anyone because it could have been considered embarrassing. "I will return to this place some day, perhaps always in my dreams, and I know you will be here." She placed both of her hands over her heart and smiled warmly. It was hard for her to think thoughts of love towards a person, seeing what all had happened to her recently, but she did her best.
Unfortunately that also meant she had to think of pretty sad things and she started to cry. Several tears slid down her cheeks before the hit the floor, their sounds amplified by her microphone. It was a little like rain, and she hiccuped softly before she moved her hands out as though reaching for something. "You will always have my heart, my prince. I will never forget this love you have given me, for someone so unworthy as I am never thought I could be loved."
It was true. Chuppi was....an unloveable thing. Not a person, not a monster. Just a thing, a pet. And she was unloveable.
None the less she pretended to fall asleep, once again dropping her body onto the stage like a sack of potaoes...only this time one of her quills got stuck in the stage and she attempted to wriggle it free. It wasn't moving, and neither was she. Crap.

AUDIENCE
Was . . . was that the door opening? Now?! Who thought now was great timing? Who was the backward-a**, procrastinating, rude -
Shump went the door as it closed behind the zombie. Did the barrage of puke and smoke bother him? To some degree. But Mortimer was at this point huffing from the effort it had taken to just get to the theater in time. Wanting to look as unobtrusive as possible, he slid into the nearest seat in the back and slid his phone back into a coat pocket.
He had no idea what act this was, or whether he would be scolded for how late his entrance was. All Mort knew was that he heard Chuppi talking, and now the poor monster was stuck in the floor.
Well. Ah.

Temes wasn't the only one crying. Even though it was hard for Alwine to pay attention with people (rudely) leaving, the puking, the crazy death scene, and all the talking-- the haunt was a sucker for romance. She held up a pair of opera glasses to focus on the romance between the Prince and Cloodia amid the chaos, and found herself wringing her other hand in worry for the couple.
"Oh, Cloodia!" Alwine cried. "You'll always have his love deep in your heart! sniff I'm sure that he'll never forget you, and that you two will forever be destined to be together..."
She continued to sniffle, and it only got worse when she saw that her friend was crying. Alwine had no idea that the play was going to be such a sad one! Ah, hopeless love...

Actor --> AudienceMust have been some accident, Xiu noted, her gaze focused on the destroyed armrest. She opened her mouth to ask what happened, but stopped when she saw the sheepish look on Mitsu's face. Stifling a giggle, the baku reached out and gave her a little pat on the shoulder. "Whatever happened, I'm sure it can be fixed."
Despite the fact that she thought her part hadn't gone too well, she couldn't help but give a pleased wag of her tail at Shun's compliment. When the reaper indicated that she could sit down, she turned to look at the stage again, and then quickly shook her head. "Looks like I have to get back soon. I just wanted to come and check up on you guys." There was a hesitant pause before she added, "I'm glad to see that...um...Charlie didn't, ah, get to you."
They would know what she meant, she was certain. Giving Mitsu's hand a squeeze and grinning at Shun, she grasped the sides of her gown again and slipped back into the backstage area.

Israfel wasn’t sure what he was seeing, or what he had just seen. When he’d entered into the theater to watch this year’s school play, (sweet mother of jack why had he tried out even. Small blessing he’d not made the cut) the siren had not been expecting- well. Whatever it was that was going on. At first the play was going really well! Chuppi was a great actress, he thought he even saw real tears! (He had a small moment of panic upon realizing that yes, those were real tears but no, they were not because she was upset, they were just because she was acting! He was in awe of her theatrical talents).
But as the play began, so did- things. Bad things. Things that made the siren scoot far off to the side to avoid them. Like phones. Why the jack did people bring their phones. Terrible manners. That was like texting in class when you actually like the teacher! And the yelling fights and the also fist cuffs.. At one point the things? They were more entertaining than the play, (which wasn’t that huge of an achievement, it was a musical after all, one every boil and ghoul had known since they were just a bunch of scarelings). People were just so noisy! Didn’t they know this was a play? How rude. Oh well, some one would stop them right? Wrong. It kept going. And going. And going.
What was going on anymore? Ear wings flat on his skull, Irsafel let out a few coos of worry. This wasn’t good. They would all get detention if this kept up. Or worse. Expelled. The school had just re-opened! He didn’t want to be kicked out right after it was open again! Feathers ruffled he sat in his seat, fidgeting with each sound that wasn’t coming from the stage was made. He did spy Sura, trying to… take care of things? She was- she- Yeah, the siren thought she was nice, but he was big and scary on her own even with a skull pin. Did that guy honestly think he could take her? Some monster with bad grammar was trying, if loudly to calm things down but-
Israfel just made tiny coos of worry. There was a lover’s spat and while his usual shipping senses would be going ABSOLUTELY ******** HAY WIRE, he was too worried about getting in trouble for basically existing at this point. This was a terrible place to have a public lover’s spat. A much better place was where there were better lights so he could take photos with his phone and use them to help build his shipping wall. Not here where it was dark and oh sweey jack they were going to all get in trouble for this. Poor Chupi, even as he felt sick, he felt even terrible for her. She was such a nice ghoul why did they have to make her upset oh god this was terrible.
Metaphorical tears falling, Wings were wrapped around him. Jericho was puking fire, Mal was freaking out, Riley was- well. She was being Riley which meant she was as calm as candy and as cool as a pumpkin popsicle. Then a jacking FEAR send. A teacher! That seemed to put things into the right, and the play began to move along, much less terrifying for Israfel. He wasn’t going to get detention, or expelled! YAY! The day was saved!
In other news? Sammy made a great, if really overly creeper-tastic rat king. Maybe she would go into show business after she graduated? The battle was great, even if looked like the actors lost and the only ones winning were the gnomes, but it was still good! The dancers were fabulous. And before he knew it, the play was- over? It was over? The siren cocked his head to the side. He-
OH JACK. HE FORGOT THE FLOWERS. THE ROSES. TO THROW ON STAGE. OH JACK NOOOOOOO
The siren officially was QQing in the audience.
