Without thinking, she leaned in and did something that she had seen her mother do to WinK when he was worring too much... Or when he was upset and searching for words that simply wouldn't come. She pressed her lips quickly to those of the boy before rocking back, pale cheeks glowing a soft rose color. She nearly felt like disappearing again; something she hadn't done since she had first started speaking. "I care about you..." She squeaked softly.

The boy's eyes widened significantly. It felt...good... he knew well what a kiss was. People who loved eachother kissed... Parents who loved their children kissed them... Grandparents. Many people...
But only when they loved them.
His mother said she loved him.... She'd never touch him. Never kiss him.
He blinked at her, looking nerviously. Unsure how to react. So many things... His own feelings made him want to be around this person forever. someone that truely honestly cared. Arafel might have... But he wasn't sure about her. He never opened to her.
He finally choked out sadly "I.. I care about you too..." wa that the right responce? He wasn't sure... But the fact only made more tears well up in his eyes. Hatori'd be here soon... He'd lose her. Like he'd done to Kyou... Perhaps this was his punishment?

The doctor stopped at the main entrance to the school, huffing a bit. His insides cramped up from his rushing, and he doubled forward slightly. He drew deep, shaky breaths before brushing himself off and heading on inside. He went immediately to the office, and was lead to the two's classroom. Where they weren't. The ryu immediately started his search for Yuki, "Yuki-kun?" He called out, glancing around in a curious fashion. Where had that boy gotten to?
For reasons unknown to him at the moment, weariness suddenly swept over him. His subconscious knew something that he didn't. It knew why he was really here... And it made him ache again on the inside, but differently this time. Like when Yuki had told him about Colette, like when he had erased the memories of the boy's friend's and Momiji's mother... Like... Ungh. He suddenly just wanted to go curl up and close his eyes. Normally when he got this feeling he buried himself in his work, but he couldn't do that right now. He had to tend to Yuki. The boy might really need him. "Yuki-kun?"

The teacher rushed to the man worried. "A girl ran into him, and then he fell to the floor! all the kids rushed around. They keep saying something about a rat..." she fretted... The fact he was gone, expecially with that near kidnap awhile back, she was about to die.
The kids looked to him, pointing to the closet "Ash took the rat in there!"
"rats are gross." chimed another girl.
The teacher, again, had no idea what was being talked about.
Yuki flinched. Hatori was allready here... He couldn't have him worry. Hatori.. had done too much for him. And yet, the last thing he wanted to do was go to him. He wanted to hide back into the closet and just.. stay there.

She cringed as she heard the voices of the other children. "I don't care what they say, Yuki... We're friends." She nodded, smiling softly as she reached out and took his hand in her own. "Nothing'll ever change that..." Still flushing, she was secretly glad that Yuki hadn't tried to run away when she'd given him that little peck. Maybe... Maybe things would be alright.

"A girl ran into him..." The young man echoed, and suddenly he was very very without a doubt exhausted. Not again... "A rat..?" He let out a heavy sigh and lifted a hand to rub at one temple lightly. His head suddenly hurt now... He turned his head to look at the kids before shrugging slightly, "I like.. Some rats." And then he walked towards the closet.
He stopped infront of it, thinking for a moment... That must mean... That girl, Ash.. She knew? This meant trouble. Yuki must know that it'd get her in Akito's firepath... He rapped lightly on the door of the closet, "Yuki-kun..?"

Yuki flinched at the noise to on the door. "Thankyou..." he muttered. Something would change that though. Somethign was about to change that. His mind kept telling him over and over what akito would do... But... he didn't want to. With all his being he didn't want to lose this... This happiness.
"Don't look." He waited for her to turn around, quickly dressing himself with a slight blush "Hai.. hatori-san..." he called out, half heartedly.
Violet eyes looked to the pale girl, leaning down to his knees. "I... I'm sorry." tears welled up in his eyes, almost as if she were about to die. Or he was. He leaned foreward, giving a soft press to her lips with his own. It wouldn't hurt to do it... She wouldn't remember it soon anyways. And with that he set his hand on the doornob, waiting for her to move so the door could be opened.

Her brow furrowed slightly as she looked up to Yuki. That look instantly faded, giving way to another vibrant rush of color as her lips met those of her friend. Without words she brushed herself off and stood, letting him open the door. She had no idea what was waiting outside... She only knew that somehow they'd face it together. Wasn't that what friends did?

He would simply watch as the door opened and the two were revealed. Hatori nodded his greeting, suddenly feeling somewhat nausious. But he had no choice. This is what had to be done... If Akito caught wind of any of this going on... It just made him sick... He had to protect them.. Even if it meant hurting someone. Even if it meant hurting himself by doing so.. "Yuki-kun, Ash-kun." He stepped back and out of their way so as to let them walk out. And then he simply stood there in silence, hands in his pockets, his insides cramping up. Suddenly he didn't want to be here.

Yuki slowly stepped out, glancing to hatori for a moment. His expression faultered as he tried to remain strong, be... grown up. Not cry. Never cry. Akito had hated it when he cried...
He let out a choked noise, latching onto the oldermans pant leg. Burrying his face into the fabric with a light sob. He didn't wan to make Hatori feel bad.. but at the moment he couldn't hold the words nor tears back. "Please.. Please don't!"

She swallowed hard, keeping her features as 'calm' as she could. She knew that if Hatori was there than something bad was going to happen. Something bad had happened the last time Hatori had shown up at school. Yuki had nearly died because he couldn't breathe.
Now she felt like she couldn't breathe.
She stood there quietly just inside the doorway, ivory face framed by dark locks of hair. What was going to happen now?

"Yuki-kun..." The ryu's voice was soft, reassuring, and as always calm. Even though his insides were being ripped apart that very second. It was time to ruin someone else's life... Hatori was frighteningly good at that, atleast in his mind. He focused on regulating his breathing- he never had trouble with crying like his younger did.
Hatori had probably forgotten how to cry. He shifted slightly, and just looked down at him, not saying anything. The boy seemed to need to let everything in his heart out. He would let him.

Later.. the boy would lose the ability as well. Falling under a shell of sorts... for now, he was still learning.
That voice.. the "you know i have to.." voice. "Please..." he choked out, "Ash.. She doesn't care about it. She doesn't.. hate.. me.." And.. Yuki knew he had to. Giving up after that... It was useless. Everything was. How could he ever for a moment have beleived he could be happy...?

"I... I'm sorry. I know I should've have taken Yuki away... But I couldn't let anything happen to him." Her lip quivered as she looked up at Hatori before quickly looking down. "He's the only real friend that I have but... But I think I understand... Whatever's going to happen is the same reason why Yuki was avoiding me, right? B--because I fought with that horrid boy because he was... He was mean!"

After spending a few moments in silence, feeling as if he were going to implode, the male finally let out a gruff, "I'm going home. Yuki seems fine.. Take care." He moved away from the boy now.. He'd have to observe... As long as Akito didn't know, it would be fine... Hopefully. He gave him a wary sort of look- one that seemed to say 'be careful.'
And then the doctor was walking away, giving a small wave. To his dissapointment he didn't feel any relief. He didn't think he ever would. It was a pressure that would always be there.
