The story of the Nephilim is chronicled more fully in the Book of Enoch. The Greek, Aramaic, and main Ge'ez manuscripts of 1 Enoch and Jubilees obtained in the 19th century and held in the British Museum and Vatican Library, connect the origin of the Nephilim with the fallen angels, and in particular with the egrḗgoroi (watchers). Samyaza, an angel of high rank, is described as leading a rebel sect of angels in a descent to earth to have sexual intercourse with human females:
And it came to pass when the children of men had multiplied that in those days were born unto them beautiful and comely daughters. And the angels, the children of the heaven, saw and lusted after them, and said to one another: 'Come, let us choose us wives from among the children of men and beget us children.' And Semjaza, who was their leader, said unto them: 'I fear ye will not indeed agree to do this deed, and I alone shall have to pay the penalty of a great sin.' And they all answered him and said: 'Let us all swear an oath, and all bind ourselves by mutual imprecations not to abandon this plan but to do this thing.' Then sware they all together and bound themselves by mutual imprecations upon it. And they were in all two hundred; who descended in the days of Jared on the summit of Mount Hermon, and they called it Mount Hermon, because they had sworn and bound themselves by mutual imprecations upon it...
According to these texts, the fallen angels who begat the Nephilim were cast into Tartarus a place of 'total darkness'. In addition to Enoch, the Book of Jubilees also states that ridding the Earth of these Nephilim was one of God's purposes for flooding the Earth in Noah's time.
Nephilims, although they have special angelic abilities, can be harmed by any normal means since they have other way of defending themselves. Their part human so they have the weaknesses of a human.R o l lTeam Three; Player FiveP e r s o n a l i t y Strong Willed: Bella doesn't have a mean bone in her bodyand tends to be a bit withdrawn from other people. She's very much aware of how cruel the world can be but she won't give up! She knows there's always some good in someone's heart and she's determined to find it. Maybe that's the angelic side of her. Although she's normally docile, she doesn't have a problem stepping up for her friends and loved ones.
Open Minded: Yes this does mean she believes in ghosts and everything in between. Why shouldn't she? She's half angel, after all. Many other types of creatures could be out there. She's willing to listen to anyone's point of view and take it into serious consideration, rarely calling anyone a liar. Sometimes this gets her into trouble since sometimes she believes almost anything anyone tells her.
Bighearted: If someone calls for help, be it friend or foe, Bella will come running. Her heart is an open space that anyone can fill and she's the type of girl that loves filling it. Perhaps she could be considered close to naive but it's just in her nature to love anything and everything. If someone is hurt, even if they were trying to kill her, she'd have to turn around and consider aiding them, even if it costs her her life. B i oAnabella Elizabeth Gray never knew her real parents. Since she was a baby, she had been orphaned. No one knew who her parents were or how she ended up at the orphanage; they just knew she was there now and another mouth to feed. She didn't remain there long, however, and was soon adopted by two mortals named Rachael M. Gray, a school nurse, and Thomas D. Gray, a news paper reporter. They were an average couple with an average home, only Rachael couldn't bare a child of her own. Adopting Bella basically saved the young nurse from depression. Raising the baby as their own, Bella only knew of them as her real parents since she was too young to remember the orphanage. Her life moved on normally as she attended school, made good grades, and found friends for life. Unfortunately, things couldn't remain 'normal' or 'average' forever. At age ten, she began to develop strange powers. She could hear animals talk and see weird auras around certain people. At first, she tried to ignore it, but it just continued. When she tried to tell her parents, she was thought to be insane. Slowly but surely, she gifts she continued to receive became worse and worse until it finally drove her mad.
Within a matter of hours, Bella had managed to slaughter her mother, father, and three of her friends that had come sleep over for the night. Honestly, the memory was fuzzy and she wasn't sure how it happened. She remembered a flaming sword being summoned to her hands but the fire didn't burn her. She remembered a rage so hot it refused to be ignored and her blood seemed to pulse with a need to punish. It all got out of hand so quickly and now she had four wing. Two sprouting from her now white hair and two larger ones on her back. She managed, between the panic of her dead loved ones, to calm herself before the police showed up and hide her wings. Of course, that became the least of her worries. She was shipped back to the orphanage, only no one wanted her. She had killed her family and people thought she was crazy. What if she killed again? After six years passed, she was thrown out onto the streets, the orphanage no longer wanting to bother with a girl who murdered the people who loved her. For a long time she was a nomad, simply traveling to try and find answers to who she was. Researching, she found that Rachael and Tom were not her real parents and her records held no known DNA match for her real parents. Obviously she wasn't human, so what exactly was she? During her journey, she met up with a dark figure who promised her all the information she needed on her parents. The cost? When a game. A game that would grant their country a power that would make them unbeatable.O t h e rBella has a few special 'gifts' she calls them:
- She can speak any language, even if she's never heard it before. - She can manipulate heavenly fire, but only for shorts about of time since it drains her. - She can fly, due to her wings. - She can see auras of different creatures, allowing her to know whether or not they are human.
She also has a pet. A young prarie falcon named Touma.

He takes what he wants. He is easily angered and doesn't just get even. He buries his opponents in the ground and makes them never want to repeat the offense. He loves a challenge. His passion burns brightly and it burns deep. When something of his is taken he does all he can to retrieve it. He will fight to the death over a trivial object to prove his point. B i o The royal family is not the only powerful vampire clan in Zeladis. The Artaxias clan is just as powerful. For a long time the two clans have been rivals. Artaxias has always been treated as second. They own a large territory to the north of Zeladis and house their own army. They acceed to the will of the king but tensions always run deep. The house of Zeladis conducts most of their business openly and the house of Artaxias deals under the table. They are mainly responsible for the supply of slaves and other unfavorable trading the crown would not openly endorse. They would make a formidible enemy to the crown. Kal petitioned the king for Kryein's hand in order to try and unite their clans but was sorely turned down. He was given the chance to compete in the games as a consolation prize. He intends to win the stone for his clan and overthrow the royal family. O t h e r Powers: He is naturally stronger and faster than humans because he is a vampire.
Enchanting stare. He must use this within three feet of the person and have eye contact but it will work on any man or woman. They will suddenly find him attractive and hang on every word. The spell can be broken by a strong will. A dice roll of 20. 10+ breaks free and under 10 remains enchanted. If a 1 is rolled the attraction will linger after his hold is broken and if a character naturally finds him attractive the effects will linger.
Illusions: He can cast out a certain pheremone that can affect characters within 20 feet. It targets the portion of the brain that allows for hallucinations. After the target is exposed to the pheremone he can use his mind to warp the targets perspective on reality. It can be broken by a strong will or by keen insight. A dice roll of 20. 10+ breaks free and under 10 remains enchanted. If a 1 is rolled the character must wait an extra turn to attempt to break free.
Fire: He can create fire balls and light things on fire as long as there is oxygen to be burned. He is impervious to flames. Getting him wet makes his fire harder to use.
Martial: The pole arm. This is his best weapon. He is strong and fast and good at being in your face and taking thing head on. He is not stealthy and not trained in long range weapons. Team 3 N a m e Szaziel N i c k n a m e The Hunter. A g e Forty Eight. G e n d e r Male R a c e Hollow Denizen; See Other T e a m Zeladis... Grudgingly. Player Twelve. P e r s o n a l i t y Szaziel possesses little personality aside from the basic primal functions of the need to reproduce with his own kind and the gratuitous need to inflict great amounts of violence against those who are called his enemies. He shows little understanding beyond the base need to kill, maim and slaughter his way through the battlefield with little to no hesitation at all as his aggressive nature is highly elevated to something far greater than what is expect of most other races. Social graces of the Kingdoms are completely lost to him as he barely shows any respect to anyone aside from the Monarchy of Zeladis and his Queen. As he has little concern for the social practices observed by a great many dignitaries along with himself. Though aside from his loyalty towards the Monarchy of Zeladis there in remains a complex nature that belies the immense amount of intelligence that he possesses for something often considered as a 'pet' or animal. He shows advanced thought akin to that of a highly evolved predator rather than a simple soldier serving the Kingdom of Zeladis.
One final aspect of this 'things' personality is that his loyalty towards the Queen of the Horde is absolutely fanatical and takes precedence over everything else, and should the order come from his queen to execute whoever opposes the goals sought for the betterment of the Horde, he will do so without question. He possesses an undying need to satisfy his Queen to whatever ends necessary, including his own demise. B i o Szaziel's rise to his position as one of the Queen's most trusted guards is something of a mystery as few know exactly of the inner workings of the Horde outside from the mere fact that they operate with a hive mind mentality. Though his start was during the first years of the civil war that sparked within the deepest depths of Nexus as he was nothing more than a simple drone carrying about his own duties when the war first started out and he was one of the few survivors who had fought against their... corrupted brothers. He quickly advanced through the ranks during combat as he was thrown into the thickest battles again and again, only to come out on top nearly every time as though driven by something more than the simple want to serve the Queen in whatever manner that he could. This proved to be true when he was one of many of the Horde selected to be apart of a special force designed to specifically weave through Nexus and the Hollow in order to seek out and destroy the sworn enemies of the Queen. A task that he did not take lightly, for this was but the chance he needed in order to fulfill his wishes to be among one of the best servants to his Queen. He excelled in the hunt, and found that capturing his prey was something that he enjoyed to the point where there was nothing else that he wanted.
Soon Szaziel became one of the most infamous of the elevated Theron Caste as he grew in both skill and infamy on both sides as he willingly threw aside fellow soldiers should the cost be worth the sacrifice. He desired nothing but to attain victory, and driven by such urges, this got him recognized by the Queen of the Horde during the Civil War. He was soon promoted to Theron-General and given command of those who hunted down the Queen's enemies and brought about the horrific fist of judgement down upon those who opposed his Queen. This soon led to his job as something of a... servant towards the Kingdom of Zeladis. He was sent by the Queen as an Emissary to provide support required from the Hollow to the kingdom of Zeladis in exchange for help in return, and he has resided upon the topside for the last four years... grudgingly, he helps the groundwalkers. O t h e r The Horde Szaziel is one of many creatures that make what many outsiders and surface dwellers call The Horde, and even then, they are widely misconceived as mere bedtime stories in order to keep little children in their beds at night. Or to keep obedience among the youngest. Unfortunately this is not the case as they are very real and are involved in a horrific and nightmarish battle miles beneath the ground within the underground city known simply as The Nexus. Szaziel is apart of the Drone caste of The Horde as he stands a little over seven feet tall and possesses an immensely muscular build that betrays his immense strength. His skin is a pale white due to the genetic development beneath the surface of the ground and his skin is impervious to contusions, cuts and jabs from sharp objects without significant force. When they receive a deep would, their tissue scars over to multiply the toughness of the area in which they were struck at to avoid further injury from the same method. They also possess larger eyes than humans, and their eyes are unaccustomed to the sunlight and as a result, they are flash sensitive. This heavily hampers his ability to see during the day, but his sight is excellent under the cover of night.
Strengths: Advanced Night Vision, physical strength, hardened skin, higher bone density.
Weaknesses: Light flashes, fire, daylight, in close combat.
Equipment Ink This peculiar weapon is comprised of a simple metal 'cage', chain and a small creature native to the large cavernous region known as the Hollow, which contains Nexus. The creature that is held within the metal cage of this peculiar weapon excretes a poisonous vapor that is capable of blotting out sunlight should the concentration be thick enough. It can either poison air or water with devastating results to the anyone or anything that needs to breathe. When the weapon is activated, it is thrown or smashed into the ground with enough force to trigger the cage's mechanism which promptly smashes the creature and causes a cloud of this heavy substance to pollute the air in a mere matter of seconds. It covers an area of at least fifteen feet, making it a potent weapon for both surprise attack or even as a trap weapon.
Impaler This particular weapon is a prime example of simplistic technology introduced into an age old weapon that has been used for centuries. The weapon functions first by being deployed, causing both the top and bottom to straiten out until it appears to be much like a bow. The user then twists a key or nob until her or she is unable to twist it anymore to apply the proper tension onto the rods that fling the bolt placed within the weapon. With the highest tension setting, only four shots can be fired off without the user needing to tighten the tension again. Each shot fires at a lesser force however. A fully tightened shot is powerful enough to shoot straight through a human's chest and impaling the bolt onto hard rock. The only way to spot this weapon is by a distinct clicking sound.
cleaver Self explanatory.
Saith A drug commonly used among the Drone Caste of the horde to increase aggressiveness among members before battle in order to shrug off large amounts of pain as well as to increase deadliness of fellow warriors. This drug is highly powerful and is either taken through water or air. Warning: This substance is highly poisonous to a great many races, and will cause spontaneous bouts of violence, increased aggressiveness and extreme cramping or respiratory and or cardiac arrest.
Abilities - Because of his time spent as a Drone within the Horde, he is an adept tunnel digger, and he can tunnel hundreds of feet in mere hours, and up to ten miles in a day. he is capable of forcing his way from the ground as well, shooting out of the ground to twenty feet in the air should he be close enough to the surface. - Because of his status as Theron-General, he is capable of calling upon small groups of the Horde in order to provide support for a limited amount of time before they are recalled into the ground. What comes up is... up to chance. - Master Infiltrator: He can move silently as well as climb up rock walls effortlessly due to his time in the Hollow, but also as a Theron. Hmmm. =3 I like him a lot. I also love that picture. I've made him a centaur before. X3 But, I think fire is stepping on the elementals a little. If you made it so he is only able to use that ability when there is fire present, then I would accept. Otherwise, accepted without fire.

A b i l i t i e s Minor Fire Manipulation - Zaine is able to manipulate small amounts of fire either redirecting flames a few degrees or summoning a small fireball that fits in his palm. His manipulation is only of existing flames, whether they be magical or not. For specifics, redirecting the flames is only a slight change, nothing more than a seven degrees in any direction so that he can have time to just simply dodge them. As for how many fireballs he can summon only one per hand. His range of manipulation is around thirty feet in a circle around him.
Limiter Removal - All beings have certain limits to what they can and cannot do. Zaine is able to bypass this limiter by pushing his body's function. For thirty seconds he can either increase his strength to a demonic level; or he can raise the speed of his body whether it be regeneration, sprinting speed, or attacking speed. As far as the regeneration is concerned, he can heal deep cuts quickly but, a severed limb cannot be repaired and a slit artery can only be patched up. His max running speed is 30 miles per hour, befitting a coward like him. Attacking speed is more of an increase in his reaction ability where as soon as the thought is connected in his mind his body will react to it.

I'm pretty sure I have a basic overview of what my characters can do in their "other" section, but I'll post these specifics up for them. If you feel I'm too generic in descriptions of what they can do and I will edit and make these more clear. I hope these explanations suffice. And if I went overboard, I'm sorry >.<; I have done many of these in my time and have learned that putting as much information down about the characters abilities rather then generics saves me trouble of explanation later. Their advanced skills are also here, but as noted in each set they are incredibly unlikely to find use do to the costs.
N a m e Cieven Aurora Yaine
A b i l i t i e s Lunar and Solis: Lunar and Solis are the twin daggers that Cieven utilizes in combat. They allow for him to summon forth water to attack with even if no such water is present. This is, in essence, a summoning that can take a large sum of energy to maintain and hence it is not something that Cieven will usually resort to dealing with. He'll usually rely on his speed and skill instead of summoning forth large sums of water. Smaller sums of water are relatively easy with the daggers, it is the larger amounts that create problems.
Water/Ice Control: Cieven is capable of using water and ice as an elemental weapon. Usually Cieven will use his daggers to summon forth water and then freeze it as his expertise is in ice rather than water. As Mer are natural water users, Cieven has a great amount of control over water and ice. He is capable of shaping water and ice as he needs to use it as a weapon and fight with. If this means he make ice into a weapon, should he be separated from his daggers, he can do so.
Necklace of the Storm: This is the necklace that hangs around Cieven's neck and increased his control over water a great deal. This allows him to control larger sums of water and keep focused enough to not lose control of his water. The necklace also serves a second property to summon forth a storm in the sky above them if enough time is permitted in a fight for the necklace to call upon the storm. The storm is usually thin in area and is easy enough to escape, but one will note that the storm will follow Cieven is he is in combat. It is the necklaces natural function that allows for Cieven to have access to water should he not be inside a building of some kind.
Mer Characteristics: This is the general term that refers to how the Mer are attuned to water. They are capable of breathing underwater and sense things through water. If more information is needed beyond this, look to the racial description of the Mer.
Jet Stream: Another Mer ability that allows the Mer to traverse water quickly. This is the simple use of water manipulation to push the Mer through water at an increased rate which helps them get around much faster than those with legs and arms could.
Tidel Wave/Flash Freeze: This is a branch from water and ice manipulation that utilizes full control of Lunar and Solis as well as the necklace of storms. This is where Cieven puts a large sum of energy into the daggers and in exchange water will start to flow through a limited area. It is then that Cieven utilizes the necklace to flash freeze the water thus setting up a fighting area that is most in Cieven's favor. The energy cost of this is not something that allows Cieven to use this very often. Even as a Mer, it is exhausting.
-Frozen Ballad: a branch from Flash Freeze that involved putting a great sum of energy into the ice frozen on the ground causing the ice to expand out of control and spike up at any heat source. Cieven has little to no control over this and hence friendly fire is a massive problem. This is by far the pinnacle of Cieven's ice control and in theory he could do this with any surface of ice, but it must be of appropriate size for the spikes to do any really damage.
Imbue: This is where Cieven wets his blades with water or ice. The point of this is to increase the sharpness of his weapons with the water or ice as he is capable of making a sharper blade out of water or ice with his water manipulation.
Arrow Rain: This is a trick that uses a large ice arrow fired high into the sky. After the arrow starts its descent, the arrow splits into many smaller arrows using Cieven's control of ice. If rain is present, Cieven can also use the falling rain as freezing arrows to pierce his targets. This requires concentration to fully utilize though.
Healing: Cieven is capable of using water to heal his own wounds and other's wounds should he have time. It doesn't tend to be something he can do very fast as it takes time for him to focus the energy to heal.
Speed: While not necessarily a spectacular ability, Cieven is incredibly fast on his feet. This is what he mainly uses to fight rather than water control or strength. He is fast enough that if someone isn't paying attention it might seem like he disappears when he moves at max speed. He's not, he's simply timing his movement when people are not paying attention to make the most use of his speed. That in itself is a talent and why this is worth mentioning in abilities.
N a m e Kadel Raoze
A b i l i t i e s Earth and Wind Control: As Kadel is an Eteles of wind and earth he is capable of using wind and earth in their respective elements. This is not his strongest skill nor does he pride himself on this type of ability. He can use this to throw blades of wind at targets or send spikes of earth from the ground, and these are his two main uses of elemental manipulation. He tends to not waste energy that is unneeded though.
Crystallization: ((This is an Eteles's main skill) Earth: The earth crystal is known to be one of the most sturdy crystal structures and the most widely usable. So long as there is earth about, earth crystallization is a possibility. This is the where an individual, rather than using spikes of earth, will convert the earth into crystals that strike at their foes imbued with the element of earth. The form of the crystals vary, but they are usually brownish in color when earth is used to create them. The crystals are hard to break and hence make an excellent weapon such as a blade or shield. Kadel mainly utilizes crystals in the shape of swords that shot forth from the ground as a spike trap of blades to skewer his enemies. Because this is a skill that requires an Eteles's energy, the closer the crystal is to the Eteles the stronger it is. Because of this, long range crystal attacks are unheard of at least with the element of earth.
Wind The wind crystal requires a great deal of more skill to use than many of the other crystal types and tends to be the least used. The only requirement for wind crystallization is that there must be air present meaning that this cannot be used underwater. Like earth crystals, the form varies depending on the user but Kadel is known to stick with sword type designs. Unlike earth crystals, wind crystals function on a completely different level. They must be created near the user, but from there they are usually thrown at a distance using an Eteles's control over the crystal. The more distance that is traveled the stronger the crystal becomes before finally impacting it's target. Unlike earth crystals, Wind crystals are prone to shattering when used like this and when they do they release a gale as sharp as blades to wound the target should they manage to dodge the crystal. Because of this, wind crystals take more time to use and are not quick to use due to their range.
Soul: This crystal is the crystal type that is the soul of an Eteles and hence is rarely used for the time it takes to re-craft such a crystal. These types of crystals are essentially unbreakable but they are very limited in supply. The more of these that an Eteles's uses the less energy they will have for other things. Kadel uses this crystal type solely for creating weapons and armor of incredibly quality should he absolutely need to. He is also very light in use of these for how important they are. If he makes a weapon out of this type of crystal you can bet he will carry that weapon with him forever or return the crystal to his soul crystal.
Earth Layout: While not an offensive skill, Kadel can map out an area just by feeling the earth about him. It creates a mental map in his head that he can use at later times.
Weapon Crafting: Kadel is partial to not carrying weapons with him, and so he tends to create weapons from the crystals of the elements about him. He is quite partial to using earth crystal for weapons and armor, but he has used the wind crystal before as well and found a happy medium between the two.
Natural Absorption: This is an Eteles skill that provides Eteles's with their energy. They constantly draw energy from their surroundings that are most notable with their element. For Kadel the earth and air are how he draws his energy and does so to remain at full energy. This can be done during combat making an Eteles a strong foe to fight as they can constantly be replenishing their energy while fighting. This is at a slower rate than when out of combat, but it is still possible. A lull in fighting allows them to increase their draw of energy from their surroundings.
Maelstrom: This is a special wind crystallization that calls for Kadel to summon several crystal blades of wind about him. Upon his indication, the blades launch themselves after a target before hitting once, snapping up into the air and doubling their number before slamming to the ground about the target, the blades shattering and causing a gale of bladed wind to tear away at his enemies. The area of effect is large, but it is possible to dodge.
Eteles Judgement: This is the simple state when Kadel uses his soul crystal to create his armor and weapons. This naturally uses a chunk of the soul crystal, but the output greatly makes up for the cost of using this skill as the armor is incredibly hard to pierce and his weapons capable of breaking through normal armor with ease.
Crystallized World: Perhaps the most frightening of Kadel's skills that involves reaching out into the world around him and causing everything about him to crystallize be it water, earth, or plant life. While Kadel cannot make use of other crystals aside of wind and Earth, the very fact that everything becomes crystallized is a frightening experience. When the world is like this using the crystals of earth and wind are incredibly easy for Kadel. Due to the time requirement for this to happen and the focus, this is rarely a skill Kadel will make use of.
Earth's Cry/Wind's Howl: These are special soul crystal created weapons imbued with Earth and Wind. They are incredibly durable and make using their respective elements incredibly easy for Kadel, particularly their crystal forms. Kadel only uses these blades in absolute necessary situations for the power the blades can offer.

Shifting : Can transform freely from bird to human. As a bird, the phoenix is a little larger than an eagle. As a human, the phoenix has achieved the figure of a teenage girl about 5'3" and a slim figure. The shifting is restricted to two or three full switches daily and, at the moment, is strictly between human and phoenix. As a habit, there is often a spontaneous combustion in between.
Fire Manipulation : After surviving quite a number of years, the phoenix can control its own element affinity. Although most of the time it takes the heat from its own body, it can also draw out the heat from its surroundings. It has better control of fire it produced or is on the self, but it can control fire farther away from it with more concentration. The use of fire includes creating a barrier, spontaneous combustion, throwing fireballs, increasing the temperature of a being or the fire itself and fire manipulation itself. Taking heat from itself can be hazardous on its health. The manipulation is crucial for the rebirth process. This ability is accessible as a human and a bird.
Rebirth: At the end of its cycle, a phoenix will burst into flames and be reborn within the ashes. After the process, the phoenix will retain most, if not all, of the knowledge from their predecessors but will not be able to control their magical power until a few days afterwards. The typical phoenix lasts two years as a newborn but can transform and use their magic for offense and defense in little less than a week. Although its human form may be constant and reflect an older phoenix, the bird form will reflect its current state (as a newborn). The phoenix will undergo the process when it is time, though a phoenix may initiate it earlier if it prefers.
Healing : A common myth is that phoenix tears have healing qualities. That is, as stated, a myth, at least in regards to this phoenix. This phoenix's healing abilities rests in her feathers. A plucked feather, when burned into ashes and spread on a wound, can heal. Plucking too many feathers, however, can lower a phoenix's lifespan.
Human : This phoenix spends most of its waking time as a human. As a result, she is more attuned to the human figure and has gained a few mild abilities. Her human figure is a lot more nimble, meaning it can squeeze in tight spots if its within two inches of her frame (or width, as it is often), is a little faster than the average human (though its not often used at its full potential) and strong enough to pull itself onto a branch with ease.
