I smile and blush slightly, though it may not show through my fur before I slide the skirt on and swish it about with my hips. "What do you think?" I say as I glance up at Shi'ita rather nervously.

Nero:
The guard nod. He clips the leash back onto your collar and knocks on the door.
Desta & Shi'ita:
The guard that came with Desta leaves the room.
Nero:
A second guard opens the door and silently takes your leash. He then gently leads you to a room filled with all sorts of clothes.
Desta:
Upon putting it on, your tail is pressed down by the material. Your tail clearly does not like this.

I really like the way the skirt looks on me, but it really annoys my tail. I look over to the guard. "Is there any way I could make a hole to stick my tail through?" I look back to Shi'ita. "Thank you, by the way." I smile.

I smile upon seeing Desta modeling with a skirt.
"You look very...very pretty," I say with a nervous smile and a flicking tail to Desta upon entering, then I look at Shi'ita.
"Are you two doing okay, batty?"

"Prob'ly wo' work well," the second says. "It'll be 'ard to your tail in an' ou', y'know?"
Shi'ita & Desta & Nero:
Because I didn't say it before, you are all off of the leash, but the door is closed and blocked by the two guards.

I pause and think for a moment and then smile with an idea. I push the skirt down so it's just below my tail and try to see how that feels. "Also, thank you for your compliment... Nero, right?" I say pleasantly.

"Yes," I say with a grin and ears lowered with embarassment as I admire her. "I'm... I'm glad at least you remember. Everyone else out there just seemed so into each other, but...I suppose I won't blame them, as they were just having their fun..." then I somewhat lower my head.
"...although I literally was left alone..." I sigh somewhat solemnly and quietly. I look at Shi'ita so as to avoid staring at Desta and smile at him.
"How have you been faring, kid?"

Your tail feels much better that way, but the waistband doesn't feel right in that position. Perhaps the easiest way would either be: forgo the skirt, or cut straight up the back of it until you hit the waistband, allowing it to still be worn and still cover you up while also allowing your tail to move (relatively) unrestricted.

I smirk as I come up with another idea. "Excuse me! Guard! May I have some scissors? or some sharp object?" I ask pleasantly. I simply don't answer Nero as he starts to talk to Shi'ita.

Laci wipes off her eyes and stands. "I want to go inside with the others." Is all she says, still hiccuping.

I smile and nod with assurance.
"I'm glad. Maybe we can figure something out to help you withstand the Sun in the future when we're free,"
I then raise my ears with slight curiosity as to what Desta is planning, but then I grin as an idea strikes me. I look at the skirt hanging there under her tail, trying not to stare too much...and I get closer to her and then extend my index finger's claw to reveal a very pointy and sharp claw. An open mouthed smile forms on my face as I'm pleased with what this body can do, then I grin at Desta and say, "Desta, scizzors might actually not be necessary. Would you like me to...?" I say as I hold up my claw to her to indicate what I mean.

I glance back at Nero as he approaches my behind with some caution, but then I notice his claw and my eyes widen with realization. "Oh! That should work great!" I exclaim with excitement and start gesturing to my tail area. "Can you basically cut a slit from just below the waist band all the way to the bottom of the skirt?" I point to where I want the slit. "Don't cut my a** though," I say with a giggle.

I salute to her comically with a smile and somewhat frown at her mentioning of me hurting her.
"Oh definitely not, Desta. I will do my best not to do so, otherwise your wounds would ruin the skirt and would need healing by...um...nevermind..." I say with crooked, embarassed ears, shaking my head at the thought. I pull the waistband and skirt out as much as I can without pulling her over and do my best to make a clean incision in the skirt, dragging my claw down to the bottom of the garment.
"Hopefully that should do it," I say with a smile and a happily swishing tail and place the skirt back gently without it snapping back in place, which may hurt, and I do my best not to touch her behind...
