Rosie's Better Me Plan:
Walk at least an hour Mon, Tues, and Thurs
Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, with small small snacking between
Eat more fruit and veggies
Take all medication on time
One caloric beverage a day (yes that includes booze Rosie)
Drink more water
Continue "No elevator" rule
Let go of anger
Get on Gaia less
Read more

Sometimes I feel like I can never say anything to you right, it all comes out wrong, you take it wrong and there we are. It makes me wonder if I should just shut up because when I open my mouth I sound like a flaming douche. Some days I simply cannot get anything right, feel worthless, and stupid.

I am reminded of the nice man who helped me at the beach. My grandmother and I were alone on the beach, with our sad little umbrella. This man, I s**t you not, with PVC framed with offroad wheel beach - everything (this man had it down to a science) taught us how to get our umbrella in better, use a shovel, and then a bucket with water, to cement it it. His generosity, he let us borrow a shovel, and bucket and left to go play with his kids in the water trusting us to return the gear. Simple human kindness like that brightens dark days.
