Not that I know a whole bunch about the this guild version of the bloodline, but for Op things like certain bloodlines, and other things like Bijuu, and some curse marks. We will only let people we trust use such things, not that a new member couldn't through a good app. but we will not let power be abused and effect the quality of other people's RP.
Just so your not thinking we are gonna turn into a guild were a Genin can take out a village heart . I also agree with you on the Sharigan thing, that always seemed to be a Itachi thing to me, but can't argue with the masses, well... you can, and I do a lot, but to little end. mrgreen

Martin Spiralwave Karnitis Martin Spiralwave Karnitis Me and Cobra are working on redesigning the Rinnegan at the moment, so sometime soon the 'full' benefits will be listed in my profile and the Bloodline post smile In addition it's not like the crew get special benefits. I had the Rinnegan in the previous guild (where I was not crew) and it carried over here. I hope that answers your question smile . But next time you can always shoot me a PM or open a Chat so I could answer you directly. Ok, thanks very much for explaining it. And nah, you don't have to go through all the work to find your old app. It just really annoyed me cuz Rinnegan (to be honest) is an OP bloodline all on its own (kinda like the sharingan. I mean really, how does having a special eye let you summon Susanoo question ) so the fact that you had this mysterious awesome gift bugged me. But thanks again for not snapping back at me (like I kinda did sweatdrop ). And for the record, I would still love to see a Rinnegan bloodline put up...as long as y'all can actually figure out a way not to make it super OP smile Well I have a rough draft in my Sandbox right now, if you wanna check it out. Although, I plan on drastically altering the format sometime soon. (I deleted my first post, but thats only to save space, just so you know) What do you plan on changing about it? Btw, I like the cursemark idea. Admittedly, most of it went over my head (like the Konaga stuff, getting different levels of pain/control just confuses me lol) but the idea was cool.

Oh, don't let me pressure you razz I did put up a clan, but I don't think it will go over very well (I was lazy and copy-pasted from POTS...), I just noticed there were like 3 or 4 (last I checked) that were waiting and I was wondering if the reason was cuz you guys were working through something. So jus wondering, no worries ninja

Would the Genjutsu specialist's special ability, which boosts my genjutsu up by one rank, stack with the Cunning attribute which boosts genjutsu by 1/2 rank making it a grand total of 1 1/2 rank up?

It would make the total rank modifier of the genjutsu 1.5, but the stamina drain still acts as 1.5 times the original rank of the genjutsu's drain, not 1.5 times the combined rank bonus and rank of the technique.

-o-Havik-o- No double slandered, Havik is a special Jounin and Zan is a Sannin, and Blue is not crew... So my first RPC is beyond the Chuunin rank needed, and saying "yet another" would mean there was a first one, and I would like to be pointed toward said double standard.
Our logical solution to make sure the Chuuning exams didn't end up with the same Rper on each side was to not allow a person to control two Genin, it was simple, and allowed us the ability to solve more than one problem.
If you have other concerns, please take them to the complaint/concern thread, or send a mod a P.M. so not to clutter the chat room with un chatty posts.
We did not transfer RPC's from Pots we did from VR, VR was what TUP was built from, it was the dieing guild were most of the crew here met, TUP took up all VR characters, and story lines, it also has nothing to do with pots, and is why you suggestion would not be far. So what your saying is that just because you and him were in that guild you get the special right to have multiple characters. As i said before I am just trying to have so fun before i leave but since this guild is slower than frozen molasses it seems that will never happen.
