"Oh you're more than welcome to hang with us we're just enjoying the music right now!" Bul exclaimed to his hellhound friend. "But I know you would like to stay as incognito as possible so... just let me know if you need anything, I owe you big time, buddy," he half beast winked and let Demi bound off on his way.

"Mei have you seen anyone else glammed up this evening?" The boil wanted to mingle some more in and out of each dance number. After all this was the very rare occasion that they got to really relax and enjoy their peers in a much more... intimate state.

For some time now, Levi and Mot had been tearing up a storm of a hoedown on the floor, and when the Taztel was done Bul shook his head and laughed. "Looks like someone's having a blast," he said and brushed a hand through magenta hair before gesturing towards the ghoul following her dance off. "You outta meet Levi, she's a load of fun I think you'd like her~" he trilled walking over.

He wanted to offer Mei some punch but knew better than the few times he'd made that mistake. It made him proud to watch those little steps and actually. Bul meandered over with his date watching simultaneously as Jericho was carrying a very purple ghou- oh that was Riley. He couldn't imagine that she liked that and the thought shot through his mind whether or not it was a good idea to bring Mei over following the paintball incident. He couldn't judge whether or not she was still mad. Still it was worth a shot and if he had anything to be strong about it was his feelings he admitted about Mei to her.

"Hey Levi!" Bul smiled. "Been sweeping up the floor I see? "

Calder had to remove his arm from around Invictus' and pry off the Igor's grasp. It was now that Calder was glad he wore his hoof clips to keep some traction on the bottom of his hooves or the Igor really would have just dragged him off. Instead, he planted his feet firmly down and jerked his arm from the Igor. "Christof, Invictus is my date. I asked him out and he's been kind enough to agree. I came over to introduce him to my friends because he's new to the school. I was hoping you could be a tad bit supportive." Calder narrowed his eyes at the Igor. "Like I have been of those you like."

Calder turned and nearly eeped when he saw Invictus touch his brow. Oh no!!! HIS DARLING WAS GETTING A HEADACHE! AT PROM!!! This would not do. Not at all. He needed Invictus to be happy. A headache was...well,a common ailment for stopping passion. He didn't want to end the night on a less than happy note. It was his job to be the best date there was, and he couldn't exactly woo someone who was getting a migraine from his friends.

Curling his arm around Invictus elbow, he set his hand on his inner elbow and smiled at his date with concern. "I'm a bit parched, darling. How about we go get some punch? I believe I saw it was somewhere that way." And to this, Calder gave everyone a combined nod and lead his date away. They might be back if everyone was more civil. If not, there was a dance floor waiting for them and plenty of dark, private corners to go to.

Once he was over by Lizzy again, Jericho carefully took the tray of drinks, not wanting to spill anything. When he had a good grip on it, he started to head back to the table with her.

"No problem," he grinned as he walked back. Hopefully no one would get in the way. The amount of drinks they had could cause quite the horrid mess.

Shun glanced back and forth between the Mindflayer and Werewolf. Perhaps this Astra person looked kind of like the masked girl? He hadn't really recalled anyone that could be mistaken for her but then again he wasn't too familiar with the student body as a whole in the first place.

"You're sitting on the table... almost on a plate of sausages," the reaper pointed out. It was a pretty narrow miss.

And since Mitsu said she was content to stay where she was, he just leaned back in his chain in the meantime.

The voice clearly wasn't Astra's, but she couldn't resolve the fact that whoever this was seemed at least a foot or two shorter than most of the student faculty. At the mention of her name, Riley's face pinched in confusion.

Mitsu? Really? Her hands wrapped behind one ear, and then another, as if to confirm her identity. What are you doing all the way down there? Come have a seat.

Cady watched the boil as he talked, fascinated. The way he worded things was strange. Nine? Nine what? Zink? Wasn't that a kind of metal? She was completely lost. He seemed interesting though, and she had already fitted him with a penetrating, if blank, stare. So cool.

She was startled from this reverie when he pointed out that someone was calling her. She turned to see Ash dashing away from the booth with the fishbowl ghoul. She ALSO, however, spotted one of her dates, clutching something in her hands that was wrapped in napkins. She waved to her, calling her over. "HEY EMILY! THIS IS YO-HAN, HE'S A VERY NICE BOIL. I HAVE TO GO TO THE MUSIC BOOTH NOW, DID DEACON LEAVE? YOHAN DOESN'T HAVE ANYONE TO DANCE WITH. OR HE HAS NINE, I'M NOT REALLY SURE WHAT THAT MEANS, ANYWAY."

She figured if she couldn't entertain her date, surely finding someone suitably interesting and well dressed was the next best thing? She didn't seem to think anything was wrong with announcing someone was single in front of the entire student body. Tact - that was like, a kind of glue, right? She made her way along the wall and clambered behind the booth. Putting the headphones on, she privately listened to a few of the songs lined up to play next, looking for something suitably danceable for the rest of the students.

The tatzel was breathing in and just listening to the music now, waiting for Jericho and Lizzy to come back with the beverages. When she did take note of the red dragon's return, she heard rustling but kept her eyes closed in comfort. This was until she was called on by a familiar voice. It was her favorite a half beast with a wicked arm. Opening her eyes again, she was indeed pleased to see Bul and... a ghoul she hadn't yet seen before.

Aye, Bul! Yep! Cleaned tha cowboils clock, I figure. Sure is tirin' tho She chuckled before peering back to Mei. And who's this ya got with ya? It was only polite to introduce herself to Bul's companion.

Hnngh...

"So blind infatuation, huh?" Shehk seemed more worried about Calder now, than the idea of that... guy actually coming back and Hulk-smashing everybody. "I...doubt he's thought that far...I know I didn't..." Well, she had thought maybe Nuk would lose interest..

She just would have liked if he'd done it before she'd stopped fighting it.

"We'll have to keep an eye on him, I guess..."

She knew the movie! Or at least the song. Excellent. With her singing along with him the only looked half so silly as he might have singing to someone that had no clue. "The power voodoo~". He paused for her interjection, then carried on "You do!" Bending, he met her face to face, grinning happily, and perhaps exuding a little oc that goblin king flare.

"Remind me of the babe.~" He spun her about again by her hand before pulling her close into a mock of the classic tango stance, marching them along as the next verse began and his deep baritone rose to join it.

"I saw my baby, trying hard as babe could try. What could I do?". They made all The way back around to Junko and Jove, and the jikinkinki turned a falsely distraught face up to the two as he dipped his current dance partner. "My baby's love had gone, and left my baby blue.~". He pecked Junko on the cheek with lightning speed before continuing. "Nobody knew!~"
