Leafayette began to chitter noisy, telling Doc about a bad experience he had with that plant. "Well that's odd. Hope it doesn't happen this time.." Doc said, looking away. He was trying not to laugh at Leafayette. "Any other rare and mystical plants."
He looked to Caleb who finally stepped out to be in the room with the two. "It is forgiven... but please be faster next time." Exceed told him before he heard a small conversation with the Doc before he soon asked about another plant. "There is...the plant is called a Rosen Swordsman... this is a type of.... parasitic plant that can take over beings and create a swordsman out of their bodies."

"Yes Caleb, you will be assisting in this mission." Exceed told Caleb as he watched the man sheathe the spear into a longsword before he looked to the doctor. "Indeed they are... the only thing is that they lack.... loyalty and discipline. I would suggest being equipped with some recovery potions and some smooth shields... Acidic spit can't really melt what they can't stick to."

Doc shook his head at Caleb. He went to a bookcase, popped it open and disappeared inside. A moment later he came out with some rain gear, similar to what Doc wore. "Throw this over your armor. It's almost the same thing that I wore as a plague doctor. Water, among other bodily fluids roll right off these. It's how I stay so clean and tidy." he said, pinching the brim of his hat, and tracing it to the other side. "I think we should be fine from there."
Exceed saw the Doctor hand Caleb some equipment before he soon said, "Good idea doctor. But another thing of warning... each being must be kept alive... you cannot kill it... but just knock it out." Exceed told both of them.

Caleb looked at the gear doc handed him. Ideas swarmed in his head like a hive of bees. He turned his focus to Exceed when he mentioned not to kill the things "I am sure a swift knock to the head wouldn't work on such thing right?" he asked him.

Doc looked at Caleb and tilted his head. "We'll figure it out when we get there Caleb. We'll have to see how the specimens deal with different forms of trauma. The first couple just need to be pulled from the ground to put them in shock. The last will likely be the hardest."
