Yep, you are absolutely able to post for certs now. 8D
But to get a pridal cert without a JRP, make sure you post some proof in your certing form
that your member was on the member list before the pride was made official.

kk guys, most of the info is up in the pride. It's pretty messy right now, but should be all pretty within the next few days (hopefully).
Joining info is up, and I'll try to get the marriage and breeding info up ASAP.
