"Thank goodness your alright!"

Ryan walked over patted Kio hard, but playfully on the shoulder.
"Glad to see your doing, better, just don't do that again."

*Dalton rode his bike towards an arcade he had seen when he had been driven into the city for the first time. Not having tried it yet, he was hoping the games inside could take his mind off of things. Getting a game card and heading inside, he looked around at the array of various machines and games. Drifting off into the game play, he lost himself into various games and distracted himself well from the events of this month, year, and especially earlier today. As he proceeded to punch another persons character in the face several times over before unleashing a combo, he felt his worry wash away. This was quickly halted however as the power went out for a moment, jolting him from his distracted world.

Down the street, a car had swerved and smashed into the power line. It had fled from several blocks down, panic stricken as a zebra monster was causing havoc in the middle of town. Spotting the boy it was sent to hunt, it began to run down the middle of the road, avoiding the halted cars full of panicked drivers and heading towards Dalton at full pace. Quickly getting onto his bike, Dalton took off down the street and made the undead have to increase it's speed to try and keep up. As he drove through the street, a second zebra lept out, causing him to almost crash. Recovering quickly, he turned and drove down the street. The zebras both gave chase, leading the body down the road until traffic became scarce.

Leading Dalton outside of the city and into a nearby woodsy area, the zebra monsters caused Dalton to abandon the road in favor of driving in and out of the trees, going deeper into the woods. Skidding to a halt, Dalton saw that there were several more zebras waiting to trap him. As they lept out, he shakenly took out a handgun that he had gotten from his house and began shooting them. Flinching from the gunshots, the oncoming zebra that were waiting hesitated a moment before continuing on their path towards him. Noticing his fathers handgun was of no use, he put it away and tried to figure another way he could get out of this situation. If these creatures could withstand bullets, he determined that he was either still sleeping today or that the monsters were far beyond being stopped by normal people.

Taking his gun, he was ready to begin shooting again and hoped it would slow them down. Oddly enough however, they weren't rushing to attack him but seemingly guiding him away from going that way. Hesitantly, he attempted to turn the bike and drive back the way he came but was interrupted as the zebras caught up. Several more appeared to box him in and hold him in a circle to keep him from fleeing. Unsure of what was happening, Dalton fired his gun at the head of one of the zebras. Being hit but barely phased, the zebra was slightly stunned long enough for Dalton to rev his bike up and ram it into the monster, knocking it over and giving him a chance to drive away from those attacking him.

Not far from where he was driving away, a large scorpion tail smashed up through the ground and knocked the bike into the air with Dalton on it. Crashing down, the him and the motorcycle came to a halt from their escape. Quickly pushing his bike off him and stumbling to his feet, he was more panicked as the ground just tried to kill him. A large, muscly monster crawled out of the ground. Hissing out, it sprayed acid from it's mouth which hit several trees and instantly began to dissolve and eat away at them. As the trees came crashing down and sizzled, Dalton shook and was unable to find the strength to stand at the moment. This thing was worse than those zebras or raccoons, it looked more like a monster and if those things were strong this thing had to have been even worse.

Shaking, Dalton raised the gun in his hand and fired at the monster several times. He knew it would do no good, but his body was fearfully reacting without his permission. The scorpion-thing smashed down several trees with it's large, multi-stinger tail as it turned to begin approaching the kid. It looked like it wanted to belch some speech out at him as it approached, but the best the horrible freak could do is snort and spray some venomous acid around. One of the zebras had the misfortune to get sprayed by a bit and fell to the ground, melting away and crying out as it dissolved the data away. Stopping in it's tracks, it swiped it's tail at Dalton's direction. With the swing, the tail took multiple trees down and flung it, as well as several zebras, at Dalton. Unable to move, Dalton began to worry he'd have to see his short life flash before his eyes when a man on a motorcycle came zooming in and grabbed him, raising him up and onto the bike as he went and avoiding the downed bike Dalton owned.

The strange, motorcycle helmeted person came to a stop, turning to see the monster angrily miss and take out a number of trees behind where Dalton was. Putting Dalton off the cycle, the muscular looking biker took his helmet off and got off the bike. Standing in-front of the teen, he put his arm out to his side to act as a block so the kid wouldn't run that way, even though Dalton had no intention on doing so.*
Don't fight anymore, son. This is my job. *Turning to the monster, the guy chuckled and smirked* Whatever you are, besides ugly, this is your unlucky day. I don't know what city this is or why a little kid like him is trying to fight you, but now this city has... a Kamen Rider!

*As the man posed heroically, the words sunk in. Kamen Rider? Dalton could only think to the odd person who helped him before. Beginning to think this was him, he smiled a bit. He hadn't the power to fight these things, even with his fathers favorite handgun, but if this was indeed the same as before there were humans fighting to protect humans. The man posed a bit more as a zecter flew out and into his hand.* HENSHIN! *He slotted the beetle looking creature into his belt and transformed into a reddish brown rider. Instantly, he activated the cast off feature and the armor repelled off. Taking out two baton-like sticks, the rider got into one last pose* Prepare to fight Kamen Rider Lycid!
*Dalton was slightly disappointed but at the same time still very enthused. This person wasn't the same as before, but it proved to him that they were human underneath just as those raccoons were.

The rider rushed into battle, smashing the zebras around with his weapon as he ran in to fight. Being rather experienced in combat from his world, he managed to keep back the undeads rather well. Hitting a button on his belt, the rider started his charged attack, Rider Cracking and charged the batons with enough energy that they began to crackle. As he ran in, he smashed multiple undead and began to explode them as he went to hit the larger scorpion-thing with both batons. The attack hit, but the charge in let the large monster turn to it's protected back where shell-like wings were. Absorbing the hit, the wings grew larger and fed off the charged tachyons. Roaring out, it sprayed Acid at the rider who went to block with his arms.

Shaking the acid off, he laughed a bit at the monster.* "I'm a toxic one myself, so your attack won't work on m-" *Being cut off before he could finish, Lycid was smashed into the ground then beaten a few times by the large creature until he recovered and began to defend himself with his weapon. The rider seemed to be fairing well until the monster shot out another set of arms with claws, using them to grab the batons and pull the riders arms apart enough to cause a huge opening and allow the monster to hit him rapidly before he finally let go of the weapons and was kicked over. Keeping Lycid's weapons in it's claws, it played a game of keep away as he tried to rush in to get them back but kept being punched or kicked away.

Getting fed up with the game, Lycid clocked up and began to attack the monster by doing his own series of kicks and punches into where it looked like the monster had weak-points. The monster's claws let up, dropping the batons and allowing them to very slowly float in the air for Lycid to grab. Taking his chance, the rider ran up and grabbed them to use on the monster and finish it off. As they took hold of their weapon again and began to feel confident about beating the monster, they knew they would have the fight with clock up still going. Rushing to another side to attack, he suddenly was met by the tail of the creature which was aligned enough to catch the rider in clock up when he was distracted. Crashing into the ground and out of clock up, the rider gasped in pain as his weapons flew out of his hands once more and he was stuck under a large array of sharp, piercing stingers.

The rider struggled to get up, but poison had already pierced his armor with added acid properties. He could feel himself slipping as he laid there, wondering just how he messed up the attack and let himself get caught while having an advantage. Trying to push the tail off him, he gathered the strength to get back up. Screaming out and shoving the tail off fully, the rider stumbled a bit and almost fell to a knee but stood up more in defiance. His head rang too much however to hear Dalton screaming to look out as another zebra came from behind and used his own weapons to smash him in the back and knock him over. Lycid fell over and had lost the strength to get back up. Laying helpless before the large monster, it was about to come smashing down with it's tail when Dalton tossed a flash grenade he had taken from his father. The grenade impacted, flashing brightly and blinding everyone around.

It was too late for Lycid however as the tail had continued to smash into him and it secreted venomous acid which eroded the rider's zecter with it's extreme toxicity and amount. Unfortunately, the man under the suit was then exposed and left to the rampaging monster. Dalton screamed out, seeing a crater with some bubbling acid be the only remainder of the rider who had just saved him made him freak out worse than he had yet. Turning pale, he wanted to throw up at the idea of a monster actually having killed such a brave person. The monster hissed out, acid spraying around and nearly missing the cowering Dalton. Frozen in fear, he couldn't bring himself to get up and run despite every fiber in him wanting to flee. Thinking about himself and his family being killed by this monster gave him enough motivation to pull himself to his feet. Shakingly, he took out the last weapon he had taken from his father. Stumbling to put the shell into it, he barely loaded it in time and fired it at the monster as it began to charge at him.

Hissing out from the impact, the monster fell backwards a bit and nearly lost it's footing. Acid sprayed behind it and hit the ground, chewing it apart. The monster quickly recovered, barely affected by the attack and mostly just having the wind knocked out of it's momentum. Seeing that even a grenade launcher was ineffective against the monster, he couldn't find the energy or will to fully roll out of the way from the swinging tail that the creature volleyed at him. Being hit by several of the stingers, Dalton flew back and hit the ground, screaming in pain as he felt a venom fill his body and the multiple stingers slice into him. Laying on the ground, he felt this truly was the end. Even if he was able to get away, he's just die from the poison or something worse. Losing willpower, he slowly began to close his eyes and waited for the monster to finish him.

The noise of another motorcycle slowly woke him out of his trance to unconsciousness and made his eyes crack open faintly to see what was going on. A man got off his motorcycle, standing in-between the monster and Dalton once more. Dalton tried to find the strength to tell the man to run away, more-so when he saw the man transform and attempt to rush in to fight. He feared another case like the one before and didn't want anyone else to be killed much less for his sake. His eyes focused a bit and noticed it was the person from before, causing him to try and scream out more but pass out due to the strain.*

Not anything I have fought before are you? *Era fired his rifle at the monster who had been slowly sulking away to wait for Era to be led there, not expecting him to have already arrived. Turning around, it's eyes narrowed then shifted in color. It tried to scream something out, more than before, but it could only let out an odd insect like noise. One of the remaining zebra undead jumped out to help but the scorpion immediately grabbed it in it's claw hands and began eating it. Seeing the creature turn on it's fellow clone, the surviving zebras ran away to regroup with the labtech. Era shook his head in disgust at the monster.*
Your eating habit is disgusting... but I can't spend time teaching you table manors

*Era began taking out a card when the monster rushed forward and began attacking him. Bobbing and weaving to avoid it's attacks, Era went to slot the card in but his arm was grabbed by another monster. Turning to see what it was the scorpion monster smashed into Era with it's tail and caused him to launch backwards once the other monster let go. Falling over but getting back up as quick as he could, Era was disgusted to see two scorpions.*
There always has to be more than one...

*Spotting something odd, Era realized that the monster had actually eaten the undead and absorbed the data, gaining it's ability of duplication. Knowing he had to act fast due to the boy being poisoned and that his summons would likely just get eaten, he took out a card and hesitated. The monsters growled out and charged Era, who quickly reacted to the charging by slotting in the card. "KAMEN RIDE - FAIZ" the belt spoke out as Era changed his appearance to match Faiz. His bike responded and shifted into Auto Vajin, shifting into robot form and immediately opening fire on the monsters.

Putting on the Faiz Shot, Era rushed in and began to punch the monster rapidly with the hand equipped with the knuckle-camera device. Focusing the fire off of both monsters and onto one of the two zebra-scorpions, the AutoVajin clone began firing on a single monster, causing it to be busy taking hits to fully charge Era as he worked in on the other one. After a few punches, Era rolled out of the way as the monster tried to spit down on him. Swinging it's tail at Era, he lept up and began the Exceed Charge attack, coming down and punching it in the top of the head with the attack. Despite landing a good blow, it seemed un-phased by the attack and grabbed Era by the leg, slamming him on the ground as the Faiz symbol exploded the monster. Jerking back, it let go of Era but still had smashed him into the ground pretty hard.

Getting up, Era shook his hand as a nod to the habit Faiz had.*
Sure wish my belt was functioning right.... *looking over to the kid who was out cold but squirming around and suffering from the effects of the poison, he knew he had to hurry up. As he looked back to the fight, his bike was smashed away and onto the ground, almost about to be spit up on and dissolved by the second monster. Transforming back into a bike, the AutoVajin clone drove away from the attack, transforming once again into robot mode once near Era. The driver spit out the Faiz card as Era took out another card. Pushing the Faiz card back in with the card he had taken out, he activated the Cross Kamen Ride function and spliced his look, his hesitation to fight dissolving as he continued to use his belt to fight himself and not through others.

The red shark-based rider shifted in appearance, becoming a mix of that and a white, seemingly horse-based rider. Now the combination of Faiz and Olympus, Era's bike responded and crossed with Olympus' contract monster like it's user had done. Immediately, Era took out Olympus' sword and began slashing into the monster while rolling around to avoid it's saliva. As he tried to cut into the monster, he noticed the bladed weapon was doing nothing to it's outer skin, absorbing the cutting impact and the minimal surface impact. Too focused on this, Era was smashed by it's tail and send back a bit before getting on his feet.

Meanwhile, his motorcycle-robot was fighting the other monster but to not much success. Firing into it close range with it's shield, the monster was only slightly phased by the rapid impacts but quickly smashed the bike with it's tail and slammed it into a tree before smashing it once more onto the ground. Quickly hitting it's flight boosters, the bike flew out of the way and into the air, firing more from above and acting as a distraction so Era could fight.

Era rushed in and tried to slashed the monster to lure it into attacking with it's tail, so that when it did he could attempt to cut it. As he tried to though, the claw arms came rushing out and grabbed his sword, attempting to steal it as it did Lycid's weapons. It's tail came swinging through in an attempt to smash Era as he tried to hold onto his precious weapon, however Era let go and easily avoided the attack. After the tail followed through, Era jumped up on to it and caused it to smash into the ground, getting slightly stuck into the soil with it's numerous stingers. Kneeing the monsters un-armored arm, he caused it to howl out and drop the sword.

Catching the sword while jumping back to avoid it's spit filled howl, Era slotted in two cards into his belt. The cards forced a response from the systems he was borrowing, causing the sword to react to a vent card while Faiz's pointer appeared on his leg and began it's Exceed Charge sequence. Suddenly growing a set of wings, Era's FaizOlympus cross took to the air. Kicking outwards, an energy drill appeared to target the monster he was fighting and the wings folded enough to allow Era to come down quickly with gravity behind him. As he came down towards the monster, it suddenly replicated into a third one and despite connecting with his move and destroying the monster, there still were two.

The new-born monster quickly attacked, smashing it's non-claw hands into Era following up with a quick tail swipe which, though missing, forced Era to take a big leap backwards to avoid. Looking over, he saw his bike get smashed over again, helpless to the monsters strength and no longer being a good distraction. Getting back a bit, his bike reverted it's form to Era's cycle the Voyage Spanner.

Running over, Era slashed at the monsters tail as it tried to swing at his bike. It hissed an odd noise as a few of it's stingers were cut off, turning it's full attention to Era and boiling with more rage and a wish to destroy him. Rushing towards him, the monster tried to ram into him head-on but missed as Era easily avoided his speed. As Era avoided the one however, he backed up right into the swing of the other monster which sent him flying a good distance into one of the non-damaged trees in the area, damaging it too. Falling down onto a branch or two due to the impact, Era finally landed and on his feet no less.*
I have to do something about that things cloning ability....mine as well push it since I'm this far.

*The belt released a card as Era took out another card, putting them both in at the same time once more to cross kamen rider himself once more. The pegasus based Olympus stayed, including it's wings, as the Faiz form shifted and changed into a different looking configuration, purple and silver based. Taking out a mace-polearm like weapon, the new rider charged in towards the monstrous clones and began to smash into their thick outer exoskeletons with the weapon. As he struck the monsters, odd symbols began to appear on their skin. Using the sword to block any swipes with their tails and his wings to fly around and avoid the acid spit, Era was attacking the monsters rapidly with the mace and hitting the various symbols all over them. However, shortly into this sequence of attacks, the monsters picked up incredible speed and began to smash Era out of the air or into the ground as he tried to attack.

Eventually getting to a point where their speed was too much for Era, he was easily beaten around and sent backwards.* ... That should be working by now, instead it's only helping them..... No choice then. *Era looked to the heavily damaged area and the many places the acid had destroyed the ground, he also looked to the one where the rider had fallen before he could arrive.* Looks like you get to do more to help this time around. *Once again cross kamen ride-ing, Era ditched the pegasus based rider and became a mix of the purple mace wielding rider and Lycid.* Lets hope clock up and Ebith's Purged form's speed can make up for this.

*clocking up, EbithLycid in Purged form began to quickly smash the monsters with the mace again when Era suddenly stopped and jumped backwards, a tail nearly avoiding him.* How annoying, their vision and tail reflex must be what caught the other rider. I've made sure not to hit their tail though, so I should be fine. *As he thought this, the second monster reacted quickly and spit out acid into the blindside of Era so as he would go to hit the other one, he would go right into it. Despite heading into it, the Lycid armor mostly shielded him from the attack due to the small amount the creature could muster in such a quick time.*

*Before clock up could time out, Era hit the monsters several more times before coming out of it. Panting from being beaten around and having to attack so much after having been rather lazy in combat, he looked as the monsters glew brightly with the seal marks he hit on them. They finally built up enough energy in the altered monster to suddenly pull the two monsters together. It squirmed and hissed out acid once more as it attempted to stop, but it's clone ability had been forced against itself. As this occurred, several zebras cowering in the area were suddenly pulled in, followed shortly by a small army of zebra clones trying desperately to cling onto something but to no avail, being pulled into the single monster and sealing the end of the undead zebra data once and for all.

Getting hyped up on the adrenalin of the battle, Era had to stop himself. He had gotten rid of the clones and for now had sealed the monster's ability to cause more havoc with it. A quick flashback in his mind reminded him of something which then terrified him, causing him to quickly de-henshin from the cross and back to being his normal Era form. As fast as he could, Era slotted in two cards and began to think about how to escape having to fight more in order to get out of there with the poisoned kid.

Kuuga Pegasus form and Den-O gun form appeared, firing a barrage of shots to help keep pressure off Era as he grabbed Dalton and got onto his motorcycle. Making sure he was secure, Era drove off and away from the area as quickly as he could. Distracting for as long as they could by keeping distance and firing constantly, the summoned riders kept the angered zebra-scorpion at bay long enough for Era and Dalton to get away safely.

After their mission was done and just as the monster caught up to them through their attacks, they disengaged and dissolved as his hideous mouth came smashing down and into the ground, it's acid burning the ground apart rapidly. Roaring out, it went to return to it's master's area to be retooled. Meanwhile, the labtech finished writing down some notes about the battle.*
Thhings are going.... better thhan expeccted.
My new pet needs to be fine tuned hhowever.... it still needs time to bind togethher.
Besides... thhose two will shhow results too I'm sure....

*Era headed off full speed from the area, going towards the hospital but unsure of their ability to help the kid. His only other option would be to hope that another rider could help somehow. He refused to turn to Eiji, since they would likely not care for a human even on his request, if anything would go on to purposely hurt the kid more. He continued to head for the hospital, trying to think this over as he drove. Meanwhile, not far from the fight, a man was hunched over and screaming in pain. The person who had been Lycid managed to avoid the final attack, just barely, at the cost of his zecter. However, he had been poisoned as well and was left to fend for himself. As he tried to scream out in pain but had too dry a throat to do so, he opened his eyes wide, a second set growing on his forehead and his body beginning to mutate like the monster that had poisoned him.*

Ryan softly laughed.
"That's good, next however, don't scare me like that."

"Right but don't forget that he didn't use all his cards. The way Tsukasa-kun described it, he was pratically toying with Decade. I have a feeling his powers are more powerful then they appear."

"Yeah, at least we have something. RIght now, we know that he seems to be a mele type fighter. If we could attack him with mostly long range attacks, we'll have a partial advantage."

*Ryan looked around the room*

"But of all the times we need Diend, Kaito isn't here. Where the hell could that b*****d be."

"Yeah, Fang has long range abilities, but their limited.

Double and Tsukasa might have some luck though. But I'm not sre how effective they'd be."

"yeah...but there is one good thing about Tsukasa and me fighting together. I apparently transform into a canon when he uses final form ride on me. I never would have guessed that would happen."
