Damon managed to move out of the way before the charm hit him and yelled. "Accio Wand." and his wand came flying to him. "Nice try, but your not that good. I say you be on your way and we'll forget this dual for now."

((of course i was hurt...but it wouldnt hurt too bad...still why do you think i sat down right away..lol fine here ill make it seem i got even more hurt))
