Do you mean the group as a whole, or do you want me to begin with the Potter-world related parts of the group first?
Its easier to digest if you start hearing on the latter first.
As for your 2nd question, let's just say that Luck and Circumstances have a funny way of finding you before you find them, actually.
I am willing to add more but before I can do that, we may have to show you around.
