"No. But I will say that he used to be fun to hang out with. NOW he's totally. . . GRRRRRR! I hate him!" she snapped standing up with an angry look on her face. "Why don't you go tell him the story? He likes children stories. I prefer trying to be more mature."

"Too bad you're just like the child who grew up too fast.. I wanted to tell you.. And it's NOT a children's tale.. But I could tell him.. not like he'd understand.." James patted her head "You don't hate him... He's your little brother"

"Apparently you can't tell what hate is," she hissed walking out the door away from James and walking around the house. She loved her brother but she also despised him.

James followed her and told her the story anyways."One day there was a child, being told that he had to grow up, and be tough. That he had keep his head held high and be more mature.. Well one day it just so happened that he had walked around town and stayed out because the older people said it was a mature thing to do.." James sped up and walked beside her "It wasn't, he should have stayed with his family, watching them and protecting them. He ended up in a situation he wasn't ready for, and was killed.. He thought he was bigger and better and stronger.. He was just a child, and I don't want that happening to you.. You're quite naive too Darling."

"That was his fault! I would rather be more than a child and be pitied because of it!" she hissed glaring at James. "Now if you don't mind, I would like to walk around the house ON MY OWN!"

James stumbled back and walked away. Knocking slightly on Zero's door he coughed.

Zero sat up with his ears twitching. "Come in. . ." He had a feeling it was James.

Roo snickered and played with James' shirt. Well now he should understand what's going on between them, she thought happily since Narinue snapped at him. She would need to give her a big hug after she cooled off. She knew Narinue would probably try to attack her if she tried now. She sighed and mumbled to herself, "Oh why is everyone so pissy today...?"

Narinue sat down next to Roo. "Hi. . ." she said lightly. She was a little more calm than she was earlier.

Roo was startled a little, completely shutting out everything except her own thoughts. She chuckled and looked over at Narinue. Well isn't this convenient? Roo smiled and hugged Narinue for a couple of seconds. "Well hello there. Are you feeling better?"

"Actually I think taking my frustration out on James has calmed me down quite a bit. You seem happy. Did my yelling at him make you happy?" Narinue said blinking in confusion at the hug.

"Yes... It did actually. How many kids do you see yell at an adult demon like that? None I've ever seen... Not unless you consider me a kid..." Roo burst out laughing and leaned back into the couch, relaxing. She was quite content with everything.

"He's somewhat scary but I've seen scarier. That's why I can stand up for myself. Zero and me usually don't get frightened or upset or even feel pain most of the time. There have been a few times that we have though. Zero was bound by a weird mask and that was the only time he ever got scared. He couldn't move, say, hear or see anything. It was a really depressing time for us. Whenever our dad finally took it off of him. . . he didn't want to be seperated from me. He hates loneliness. I hate loneliness but I also hate James. He takes what isn't his. We may have been bought by him but we are still living creatures that have a mind of our own," Narinue said getting determined by what she said and then looking over at Roo who was laughing. "Did I say something funny?"

James walked in and saw Zero on the floor "Hey, are you okay? What happened?" He leaned against the wall and tried to see if the blood had stopped pouring
