Roberto noticed the movement behind him, he chuckled in good humor, "Ah... Senorita, I believe you have gained another Guardia de Cuerpo, Guardia de Honor... A fierce Defensor..." Roberto touch this brow with one hand and arched it toward Tora, "I bow before el guerrero de tigre aterrador."
"He called you a body guard, a honor guard, a defender and the terrifying tiger warrior," Ambersky said keeping his ground, "He means it all in respect..."
"El Capitán...Por favor... No presione su suerte..." Mit asked in a calm voice, "This is supposed to be a party..."
"Then why is no one dancing merrily." Roberto said loudly, before turning to Violet, "Will you let me lead you in a commoners dance which I find much fun?"

"He better not forget the 'terrifying' part if he knows what's good for him..." Tora thought. He had nothing against this man's people, but he couldn't trust a guy if he couldn't understand a word he said.

Roberto grinned showing all his teeth and took her hand, "Then come along. I'm a very good dancer, Just follow me." He snapped the fingers of his other hand and called to the men who had cheered earlier, "Oye... Usted bribones, Asuma los instrumentales y juegue el Réquiem del Bailarín!"Four of the men stood up, including a very clean looking man wearing glasses. They took the drum, two guitars, a violin, and held them set to play. one of the guitarists didn't even wait for Roberto to lead Violet to the floor when he started playing."Don't mind those Scalawags... They don't have a manner to their name... Except for the Doc..." He said leaning close as the reached the dance floor, "Now place your free hand on my shoulder," He faced her and placed a hand behind her back, just below her wings, her other hand rested, cupped in his, "And I'll lead you as only I can."Ambersky quickly translated what Roberto had said for Tora, "His words were... Hey... You scalawags, Take over the instrumentals and play the Dancer's Requiem!"

Violet put her hand where he instructed. She began to move her feet as he lead her along, smiling a bit.

Roberto's grin broadened before he wrapped his arm more securely around Violet and picked her up, spinning them quickly. He set her back down, and chuckled hard enough for Violet to feel it, as the rest of the group whooped and hollered at the two of them. He led her into her own spin, actually proving to be an able dancer, even drunk. As the dance came to an end he dipped her, then lifted her out, letting her spin out of his arms.
His people cheered loudly, and the king smiled clapping. Slowly the rest of the room joined him.
Roberto laughed, "That is why I like Bailes comunes... Eh... I mean Common dances." He took Violet's hand again kissing it like she was his close friend, "Thank you for being my compañero de baile. Thank you for being my dance partner."

Violet had a peculiar look on her face as he spin her around and dipped her. It was like she had never experienced something like that before. Then she smiled when it ended. "Thank you for showing me these dances," she said.

"I love to dance," He said, "But this prissy noble dances don't let your heart get pumping," He offered his hand, to take her to the table, "Do you enjoy such?"
