Leon suddenly flet an intense burst of heat as the Man grew in rage. Leon felt his shirt being grapped and he panicked letting out a whimper. He felt a blow so powerfull that it knocked him out cold. As leon was falling unconsious leon looked at the man.
Who...are....you.
The girls had always kept Mayla's past a secret from Leon. The man was definately not human. Falling asleep Leon prayed Mayla would be ok.

Shayla glared at Ryku. "I'm not her Master. She has a free will to do anything." When Mayla attacked and Ryku made a smart a** remark, Shayla growled viciously. She ran around to help Mayla up, grabbed her hand softly as not to hurt her further. "I don't approve of the way you treated her. I can't believe you. How could you do this to her?!" Shayla exclaimed, eyes narrowing at her opponent. Her chest was heaving with adreniline. "You don't know what she means to me." Shayla said softly.
"She's like a daughter! I don't care if she's older than me! That's the way our backwards relantionship goes! And no matter what, you can't break that bond! I think Mayla proved it! She'd kill you to save me, and I'd do the same for her!" Shayla yelled at the Fire God. Her hair fell into her face and her breathing moved it around. Fury burned in her liquid blue eyes. "Mayla does nothing wrong! Only you make her think so! If you hurt her, I'll rip your head off!" Shayla screamed, the words pouring out her lips like an avalanche.
"My MayMay is a living creature! What gave you the right to treat her otherwise, hmm?" Shayla asked slightly quieter. She reached back and grasped Mayla's hand. If she was to die now, she was going out with a bang.

Mayla was still struggling to get to her feet after that heavy blow but slowly and carefully she managed. Her mind was clouded in both anger and dizziness from the attacks that had been placed upon her body. Her back and sides were beginning to bruise much like her face and ached something horrible. Her hands shook even but that was more out of fear for what was going to happen to her for attacking her so called master. She glanced up at him only to hear Shayla speak. She wanted to say something to tell her to just run but she was afraid to even do that.

Fierce orange eyes glared at the girl as she ranted, glancing down only at Mayla and the bite on his wrist that was quickly healing up. He growled at her words.
I really don't care what the little runt means to you she has been mine for 5,000 year and I plan to bring her back where she belongs and as for what gives me a right to keep her. I'm a god I have every right to have something of your world to keep as my own. Get over your little motherly obsession and let her go.
This time when her reached up Mayla was not there to save Shayla from the wicked smack that fell across her face but there was a low growl behind him.

Amber eyes watched as Shayla was attacked, those same eyes starting to glow brightly, her whole body begging to follow and glow in a bright amber light. Slowly her body began to buckled, her bones snapping and reforming as she took on the form of the coyote she was. But it did not stop there, the amber light still glowing her frame grew from the tiny coyote to a massive ten foot being, roar erupting from her chest, words leaving her lips in an undistinguishable language as she took a step towards the fire god before glancing up at the sky and speaking yet again, more of chant before out of the clear blue sky rain began to fall, first slowly then in a down pour only causing the fire god to screaming in anger and pain.

"It's no-" Shayla started, but she was cut off when a slap to her face knocked her to the ground. "You sexist pig!" she growled to Ryku. Then she noticed Mayla. She was turning into her demon form. Shayla crawled away, even though she knew Mayla couldn't hurt her. "Go MayMay!" she cheered as she raced over and dragged Leon out of the way too. "You can run, you b*****d, but you can't hide. Not now." Shayla laughed as his face took on an angry expression. She couldn't wait till Leon woke up and saw a 10-foot Mayla towering above them.

Leon slowly woke up to the feeling of being moved. His eyes slowly opening he gasped at the scene before him. There was a 10 foot tall demon thing and the strange man. Leon jumped up painfully and looked around. HE saw Shayla next to him and immeadiately pushed her to the ground gently. Morphing into a wolf he stood infront of her preparing to defend her from the two monsters infront of him.
What the hell is going on? Someone please explain! Where's Mayla?
((ps. leon doesnt know about Maylas past so hes clueless))

The fire demon roared in rage and anger, staring up at the massive form the coyote. The rain burned his skin, leaving it red and raw as he stepped back and tried to get under the safety of a large tree, hoping the braches might protect him from the rain. He launched a ball of fire at the coyote but it only managed to absorb into her fur. He had forgotten not only did he pet have power of weather but over fire as well. He barely managed to dodge a swipe of the huge paw as he backed up against the tree.

A loud growl sounded as the god dodged the first attack but that was hardly of real concern for as he backed up against the tree she swiped her paw and it crashed to the ground taking his shelter away from him. Of course that left him howling in pain as the rain began to fall in sheets now soaking everything in it's path. Fire would be useless now as it would only be put out the second it reached the air. The giant creature that once had resembled a human tilted it's head spoke once more in that language no one understood. The huge being still continued to glow in the darkness as it swept out yet around paw this time slamming into the fire god who howled in pain. Another growl as she put pressure on the male's body with that huge paw.

Ami watched quietly from a tree, the wind and rain rustling the leaves in a restless way. "I can't go back." she muttered, trying to convince herself. But she had to admit, she still felt some ties to Shayla, and she certainly couldn't leave Leon. Sighing she leaped from her place on the tree, landing on her feet and beginning a sprint towards the scene. When she arrived, she was immediately confused. She took a place next to Leon, phasing into her wolf form mid-stride. "What's going on?" she asked him, watching the ten-foot demon attack the strange man. THere was a giant coyote, a strange man, and unfortunately, the scent of wet dog lingering in the air. Her pelt flashed a brilliant silver as the moon was momentarily revealed, but then it was gone and she was just a gray patch in the dark and storm.

Leon's worse nightmare had happened. He saw Ami run up to this horrible and confusing scene. As she transformed into the most beuatiful wolf ever in his opinion he panicked. HE let out a quiet growl and pushed her gently behind him. He was not about to let her be in any danger again.
I don't know what happening. Stay back please! I wont let that man hurt you again.
Leon stood on three paws. His right paw was held off the air due to the fact it seared in pain when pressure was applied to it.

Shayla laughed. "It's okay. It's Mayla. She's a coyote DEMON, remember? I swear I went over this..." Shayla laughed, standing up. She raced over to Ryku, and smashed her fist into his nose, hearing the sickening crack as it broke. She ran out of the way as Mayla swung her paw down, and stayed out of the way. "Motherly obsession my a**!" she cried to Ryku as Mayla slammed the paw down again.

The fire demon cursed as his body was crushed beneath the huge paw, barely able to breath. He struggled to escape thinking quickly he caused his body once more to heat up a surge of heat pressing against the paw pad of the coyote. Unfortunately for him a coyote's paw pads are thick much like wolfs and did no good except to get her to push down harder. There was sick cracking as the beast put her weight on his chest and his ribs began to break beneath the pressure. It did not stop there however Mayla pushed harder on his chest, putting enough pressure to cause the broken ribs to cut into his heart and puncture it. Blood gushed through his body and coughed it up but she only pushed harder, rage in those glowing eyes. Slowly his body became nothing more then a flat carcass before she reached down and grabbed upo the body and shook it sending blood and flesh every which way. With the deed done however the rain stopped and glowed faded away and in an instant the coyote was gone and passed out Mayla lay amidst carnage, bruised, injured, broken and too tired to move.

Shayla ran over and held Mayla. "MayMay, you did it. You're free." she whispered, taking off the leash. She curled Mayla into her chest and rocked her gently.

Leon stood there as he saw the Coyote finish off the strange man. Leon was completely in shock as he watched her become her normal form. He was so thankful Ami had saved him. He suddenly remembered something, looking at Ami. She had said she was going to have a seizure and it appeard she hadn't had it yet. Limping over to Shayla he lowered his head.
Shayla, I'm so sorry. I know this is a bad time to be asking this but Ami needs to stay at the apartment tonight. She is expecting a seizure soon and i dont want to have her have one in the wild incase anything happend. Please let her stay.

Before Ami knew it, the man was dead. "Wow... Mayla." she said. "And I don't want to st-" Suddenly her body was racked with pain. The seizure was coming now, and she could not phase to human form as she should to avoid hurting herself. The beautiful silver pelted wolf crumpled to a heap on the ground, panting and yelping in pain. As a wolf, her limbs were less flexible, and therefor a lot easier to injure when she had a seizure. Her panicked eyes looked over everyone, before the jerking began to subside, and Ami's eyes closed slowly as she fell into a painful unconsciousness.

Shayla was busy cuddling Mayla, but she breifly awnsered, "Sure, whatever." to Leon. She picked up Mayla and began to lead the way back to the apartment.

Leon let out a sigh of relief as she said she could and his tail wagged. Suuddenly he knew she was having one as her sentecne was cut off. He knew it was worse to have a seizure as a wolf so he panicked. When she stopped moving he slowly slid her onto his back. As he sprinted off to the apartment he ignored all of the pain coming from his paw.
He reached the apartment and layd her on his bed waiting for her to wake up. He ently fell asleep leaning against the side of his bed next to her head.
