Seika nodded to Tatsuya's last statement. "Yeah, He technically made it to the third round, but...ya know." She trailed off, not really sure if it was alright to finish her sentence. Though it was doubtful that she'd be able to just "change" the subject on something like this. "So, you're going to finish the exams in honor of him?" She asked, Then proceeded pinching and tugging at his cheek. "You better, because there's no way I'm going to let somebody who's taller than me be of a lower rank!" It was fairly easy to tell she was just teasing, but it would have been more convincing if her tone wasn't so dark and angry. Only seconds after, she released his captive cheek and heaved a sigh of inspiration. "Alright, So four villages left. Let's head to Konaha then." Seika knew that there was no way she could actually HELP him with the exams, but she could still keep him company. Safety in numbers! Though she doubted Tatsuya needed any sort of protection. Especially from somebody like her. So far everybody Seika has touched either died or got their faces ripped off. Maybe it's a good thing Seika didn't dwell over that fact. Shun's excluded because the kissing never happened. DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU CAN'T REMEMBER!

Kyou hiked for a while definently feelng uncomfortable... she wasn't used to traveling alone without her team... what if something happened, what if she was attacked?! The nervous gennin took a quick glance around just to be sure then sighed to herself as she saw it was clear. Of cource it was clear, why wouldn't it be...? She was letting her immagination get the best of her... but she can't let that happen, she needs to focus on what she was doing. She looked up and stopped as she saw somethng in the distance, then gate that lead to Konoha. She took a moment to gather er courage before moveing on to the village gate...

 TATSUYA MIYAKI See the lightning in your eyes...
Tatsuya and Seika were coming up on the village gate that lead into the Leaf Village when a thought struck through the cloud ninja's head. "Seika... I don't think it would be wise if you came all the way into the village, I don't think they will be as understanding as Falls was. If you can wait here while I go ask for information I'll be as fast as I can. Okay?" Tatsuya still spoke with his nice, gentle tone, driving in further that the yelling and anger earlier was just an act. After he spoke he continued walking, Aoiro still on his head, leaving Seika in her small clearing to wait, hopefully she wouldn't raise much suspicion.
See them running for their lives...

"Take your time, Kiddo." She answered back, giving Tatsuya the "shoo" gesture. Even though he was practically out of sight. It just made her feel cool. Seika completely understood why it wasn't a great idea to follow Tatsuya around too much. Besides! It gave her some time to change into something more...less obvious? After all she was trying to change her appearance completely. 'That kid better not raise hell in there.' Seika rested high above the forest floor on a sturdy tree limb. She'd train, but this wasn't the right place to do it. It would raise suspicion...so on and so forth. Going against what Tatsuya said. So she decided to just change and bide her time.

 The smells were wonderful-odd, but wonderful. Tsukiko wondered if she could come back to the Hidden Falls village-it was pretty there, and the tree was great. High places were always great for her....away from crowds...San was attempting to mark a trail, and Kiko had to laugh. "Not yet San, we'll mark in a few minutes," she said softly, moving along the trees. She sat the pup down, and motioned for her to follow. "Remember, if you're going to mark, do it on a higher up part of the branch."Tsukiko Theme

“Higher…part..of..branch?” the dog inquired, looking at her master. “Yes, higher up.” Kiko pointed to a branch as they moved along the trees, a quick leap earlier had secured their place among the birds. “Mark along the notch of the branch so it doesn’t wash off, and only use a certain amount to mark with, k?” San scrunched her face up lightly, a strong scented stream of urine landing on the branches towards their middle. “Good effort San, but we really need it to be a strong stream. Quick and strong San, quick and strong!” The little dog howled in agreement, moving towards the next set of branches. Man, the forest was really flying by….San barely had time to mark a branch before the next one came up. A smile formed on Kiko’s lips-the little dog was trying her best to mark their path. It would be so much easier to find their way whenever they could locate the tracking marks that San left behind for the entire team from Cloud.

“Keep trying San,” Kiko murmured to her dog, confidence never waning. A quick map check to make sure they were going in the right direction, and it was back to marking their trail. Just in case. She smiled-San was doing really well for finding her Inuzuka abilities so late in her life. She was five years old after all…A grin enveloped Kiko’s face as San spun, marking several newer points towards the starting part of the branches they were on. “Good girl! Now, try to get them all like that ok?” she said, scratching San behind the ears for a moment as they stopped to breathe for a moment. Kiko gave San some water as well-she was thirsty from traveling, and besides, to mark one has to have a full bladder so one can have something to mark with. Kiko slugged some water down as well-the heat was really picking up, despite them moving north. Perhaps it was because the land of Wind was nearby? Didn’t it have a desert? They’d have to try marking cacti next…She grinned lightly at the realization that a task like marking in the desert would prove to be a good challenge, but first things first. Trees first, then prickly cacti and small lizards that didn’t resemble Aoiro. Tsukiko twisted the cap back onto her water, and San marked the tree for a later reference.

They must be getting closer-Tsukiko could feel the air drying up around them. Everything was arid and hot…not quite a desert, but more….earthy. San was still marking up the trees, and doing a fairly good job at it too-she still missed sometimes, but other than the few missed target areas, she was doing fine. Tsukiko would have to treat her later-San was learning all of her Inuzuka abilities relatively quickly for her age. Tsukiko hadn’t been able to teach her at her father’s-most of the others had refused to help her. Thank God she had smuggled that book out about Inuzuka abilities..

Close they were, as the trees turned in color and stopped dead at the edge of Stone country. There were a few shrubs here and there, but the landscape was empty other than those few scrubbly bushes and bizarre pink trees that smelled faintly like berries.....Both leapt from the treeline onto the plateau of ground, which was flat for as far as the eye could see, save for that giant archway in the distance....Tsukiko Theme

Can become a great hurricane"  As Akira, Kiko, and San started to head towards Suna, Akira began to wonder if he would actually become a chunin. It wasn't as important to him as actually competing in the exams. He was just out to better himself, he didn't need a title. However, part of it was because of Akeru. The girl had come back basically in tears thinking she had failed and she ended up becoming a chunin. He just wondered how he would fare. "You know, Kiko, I watched the last exams. I wasn't able to enter myself, but I certainly saw a lot. I just wasn't used to seeing so many different ninja, all with different fighting styles and techniques. It definitely has to be tough to be picked out of that crowd to become a chunin..."As Akira looked around, he remembered where they were on their path. They were making good time, they just had to hope they didn't hit a sandstorm when crossing the desert. "Speaking of the exams, you haven't told me the clues you've gathered yet. Maybe we could rule out a few places. We already know it isn't stone, and if its south of cloud then it can't be cloud either..."

"The clues I gathered still left everything pretty vague-the exams are in one of the main Hidden Villages-for sure not Cloud or Stone. That rules out all of the smaller countries like Whirpool or Bird. The exams also aren't within 50 miles of a coastline-so it's a landlocked area. That rules out Mist as well-it's an island." Tsukiko nodded, noting off the areas she had said. "That doesn't leave a lot to explore-the exams may well be in Konoha...." Tsukiko watched as Akira lead her and San onwards towards Suna. "I wonder if I could stay the night anywhere? We might have time to get to another village later, but I don't know if my team will be there or not until I smell them." She turned quiet for a minute before speaking again, more curiosity than anything. "If the kages and jounins of all the villages have a clue....Damn! We missed one! I'll run back and get it-I'll smell you out." With that being said, Tsukiko inhaled Akira's scent, registering it before flying back through the forest towards Stone. Tsukiko Theme

Akira just hoped that all the information they got was right, then the whole cloud team and suna team could go on to the next round. "Once we hear everyone else's clues, hopefully we'll be able to say for certain Konoha is where it is... As for spending the night, if you don't find a place, there's space in my family's home."Akira knew it wouldn't be long until they came up to the desert. If they could get their clues and be the first ones there, it would make the exams that much easier. Then Kiko said they had forgotten a clue. It was true that the jonin had clues as well, he supposed he should have went looking for a jonin or something too, but Kiko had asked to be escorted to Suna and all. Before he could say anything, Kiko hurried back towards the stone village, leaving Akira there. He supposed that if she needed to sniff him out, as she put it, then he shouldn't move to far. "Umm...okay...I'l just...stay here, I guess..."

Akira wasn't hard to find-he hadn't moved too far away from the spot they were originally in. His smell had lingered too, so it was an easy tracking target to Kiko and San. "I've got three more clues, but let's keep moving and I'll tell you as we go. Maybe you'll have an inkling of what they mean...the last one's a doozy." Tsukiko panted lightly, the cool air of the forest feeling good on her skin. "Let's begin traveling again-the sooner we make it to Suna, the sooner we can rest."Tsukiko Theme

She grinned as they walked, and she fluffed San's fur. "The other jounin weren't much help to locating the exams. Their clues were kinda offbeat as far as anything's concerned...." She turned to Akira, walking at an accelerated post-she really wanted to see Suna. "One said that the Tsuchikage would be uncomfortable in the climate-it's much different than Stone; the other said that the exams would either be a really long traveling period or right next door, depending on where you were from." She shook her head, preparing to go into the desert that was coming up. The cloak hood went up, and San got tucked under her cloak to protect the little dog.

Night rushed himself to go back to his village.
geez... ive wasted too much time at the Mist. I hope my comrades wait for me.
he kept running and running and jumping onto branches to branches of the tall trees inside the forest.
