Well, I might get the computer back as a soulless zombie anyway:
Apparantly, they might lose my data. That's three years worth of data. Important data. All my artwork.. my papers....
All my files... they said they'll try to save it, but... crying

oh man, thats not funny.. when my old harddrive crashed before, i had it replaced and they were able to copy my files (asked me which folders/files were most important) and copied em into the new brain. it cost me a little extra, but mebbe they can do the same for u?

Well, I've had problems with my computer before and they didn't lose my data then, so I'm a bit worried when they say they might lose my data now.
