Why do you want it: I created this clan, and have always wondered what it would be like to control such a character.

What will you do with it: This bloodline will allow me to attack opponents from a distance, and set up high powered jutsu. It will also allow me to pull many surprise attacks on my opponents. I plan to join a friend of mine in Cloud and RP with him, because he is the reason I started RPing in the first place.

What you know about it: I created it, for beginners. The users of this bloodline have a highly advance neural network and brain, which allows them to use telekinesis and telepathy. This clan cannot talk with the mouth, and is weak to electrical attacks. This clan can use mental stamina, chakra, or both to use techniques. The user also has varying levels of resistance to genjutsu, and cannot be any class except medical or ninjutsu. It also has many required strengths and weaknesses.
RP Sample:
Daichi walked through the cloud village shortly after receiving notice that he had just been promoted to a jonin. Pride swelled in Daichi's chest, and he felt on top of the world. He walked toward the training grounds to get some training in on more of his clan techniques, eager to learn the higher forms.
As he entered the arena, he noticed that nobody was in the building except for himself. Or at least, that's what it would seem to most people, but someone was definitely inside the domed building. He could not see the other person nor sense chakra from the person, but Daichi could feel the malice from the person's thought through telepathy. Daichi walked in as if he didn't notice, and grabbed two kuni out of his pouch. He turned as if to throw kuni at a target at the wall as basic training, when the ominous presence made it's move.

The person was a jonin Byakugan assassin, which knew the juken fighting style and part of the 8 gates style. The assassin moved with blinding speed, and sprinted silently through the arena. Just when the opponent was about to stab Daichi in the back with a sword, he felt the sudden spike in the opponent's malice and threw up an Average Telekinetic shield, using only chakra for the move. The assassin bashed with a flury of blows using Kisame's shark skin blade against the shield, but was unable to break through. The opponent focused chakra into his arm, and shattered the shield with the Great Kai Punch of the 8 gates style. With Daichi left exposed, the opponent dropped his sword and performed the juken technique, "8 trigrams, 64 palms." Daichi was dealt 64 blows to the major chakra points throughout his body, and left in incredible pain. He dropped the two kuni, and fell to his knees on the ground.

The whole ordeal had been mostly silent, and Daichi had no way of accessing his chakra network. "You're finished," said a smooth feminine voice that came from the mask that guarded the opponent's identity. The opponent went to finish Daichi off, but Daichi was not defenseless. As the opponent picked up the fallen sword to finish him off, Daichi thrust his hand up at the girl. An invisible blast of telekinetic energy from the Average Telekinetic Manipulation technique erupted from his hand, and threw the girl against the wall. The girl dropped her sword on impact, and stood shaken. "There's no way you should be using jutsu!" She exclaimed, but what she didn't know was that he could use his bloodline techniques just by paying with Mental Stamina. Daich stood on shaky feet, and reached for three kuni. He threw them at the girl, and used the same technique to accelerate their movement.

The assassin used the 8 trigrams rotation to deflect the kuni, and stood at the ready position. Hmm, this is going to be bothersome. Daichi opened up a telepathic connection to his opponent, and "screeched" inside her head. She clasped her head, unable to escape the sudden harsh noise. While she was distracted, Daichi grabbed Shark Skin with that same manipulation technique, and threw it at her. The girl reacted on instinct, and used rotation again. Instead of deflecting the blade, the blade absorbed all the chakra of the move, and sliced huge ribbons of her flesh off her bones. The girl lay on the ground, lamenting and screaming in her agony. Daichi waited for her to bleed out, and then let himself fall to the ground. His chakra network was only now letting a trickle of chakra through his body, and Daichi waited for his body to recover before going to find a way take the body to the hospital for examination.

@ Leo: You're missing the question, 'What will you do with it' but since you kinda combined it with the 'Why do you want it quesiton', I guess I'll let it slip this one time. Anyways, you're approved for this bloodline.}

Bloodline Applying for: Rinnegan
Why do you want it: It is a powerful kekkai genkai...and with the right applications I think I can make good use of it.
What will you do with it: Screw my village I'm gonna get strong betray it then go rogue and become a mercenary.
What you know about it: A lot...don't wanna write it all out but it allows for multiple bodies or (Realms) each with unique and powerful abilities. Or rather thats the basics.
RP Sample:

The wind gusted across the sands of the moonlit desert. The arid land was becoming increasingly cold as the caravan slowly trekked its vast landscape, stopping amid the sand dunes for a break. Off into the distance four cloaked figures stood eyeing the shinobi who exited the caravan, they instantly recognized them as the trackers from their former village. The sand scattered as the fifth realm appeared before his followers. "Move out." he stated, his voice was extremely calm, and laid back. The figures vanished behind him, he yawned then sighed as he followed. The sand trailed behind them as they moved with incredible speed in zigzag patterns across the dunes. The animal realm clasped her hands together calling forth a large bird like creature, which tore into the caravan scattering the shinobi.


The soudns of metal clashing amongst the darkness echoed across the sand as the Human realm struck the byakugan member of the hunters. The night was illuminated by the massive fireball from the Uchiha, an attack proving worthless against the The Hungry Ghost Realm, who extended his hands absorbing the flames as the Deva realm assumed his possition at the base of the combat. Claspign his hands together he drew them combatants towards him utilizing crushing force as the Asura realm took aim. He shifted his seal, replacing himself with one of the poeces of the shattered caravan as the missiles were shot forth. The body of the Uhciha fell before the group, severly injured and shaking with pain he glanced upward, the Human realm burst into black flames, the movement was swift. The Hell Realm CLosed in on the injured target activating his technique. The cries of the Uchiha were drowned by the laughter of the Deva realm as the soul was ripped from the shinobi's body. The nonchalant leader turned to the group scratching his head then staring up at the stars. "Well then...looks like we took out the decoys. They'll be here soon."

(Kinda just wanted to express that I knew what the realms did...if need be I'll make a much better sample.)

Senlite: You're the last person I'm allowing to have this. Rinnegan is closed after you. I doubt anyone is actively using them anyways. aside from all of that, just make sure you follow the Rinnegan realms rules we have here, and remember that you don't get the Realms automatically. They need to be obtained by killing RPCs... and not when someone just wants to let their character die either... that's cheap.

Other then all that...

Your sample needs lots of work in terms of length, spelling and grammar. You also forget to actually write a few words; this coupled with only the barest of information presented in your knowledge of the Bloodline and your intentions AND the striking lack of coherence in the sample has forced me to deny this application.

Resubmissions are welcome, or you can try for another Bloodline or you just play as a normal ninja.

Why do you want it: I've never used something of the sort, and since I was planning to make a medi ninja anyway, this would fit with me nicely. I think it's well though out ontop of it all
What will you do with it: rape the minds of others! I'd use this to give my medical ninja one hell of an edge
What you know about it: The user...uses Mental stamina as well as chakra. The user must be of the medical or ninjutsu class, and they cannot talk. There is also rules on the consecutive use of telekinesis. You would also need to have certain strengths, such as intelligence and what not. Your weak to lightning, because it disrupts brain waves.
RP Sample:

Jade sat cross-legged on a mat, hands folded before her. Her eyebrows were furrowed in concentration as she carefully watched the maneuver of her brother. This was a life or death situation, she could win everything, or lose it all. It felt like forever had passed before his king had finally moved over a square. Jade smiled deeply as she noticed his mistake. She pushed her hand forward, using her telekinetic power to move her knight forward three squares, and twice to the left. Her brother frowned, already knowing he had lossed the game. "Checkmate...* Jade told her brother through their telepathic link. It was a hereditary trait, the Mayu clan not being able to speak. In its stead, they possessed incredible mind power. Her brother smiled at her, moving his hand forward as if moving through water. His king fell to the side, admitting defeat. *You've gotten better, maybe next time I'll actually try!* His smile quickly faded, and his eyebrows slanted downward. He thrusted his other hand out, not being able to use one consecutively. Jade had been expecting this, and immediately threw up her Light Telekinetic Shield. As soon as the light push made contacted with her shield, it shimmered a beautiful golden color, the same as her chakra.

Jade threw herself backwards, rolling in the process to get herself upright. By the time she had done this maneuver, her brother had launched a kunai at her head. "s**t!" Jade thought aloud as she thrust her hand out, slightly altering the direction of the kunai so it simply missed her. "Language, Jade. AHHHHH!" Her brother had begun to mentally scream, causing one hell of a distraction. He ran towards Jade, lifting his arm, which held a kunai. He made a slashing downward motion at Jade, who was standing in a balance form. Her brother's eyes reeled as Jade let out a piercing mental shriek, all the while thrusting her hand out, and pushing his kunai away. Her other hand shot forth, and rammed into his chest, augmented by her powers.

Jade awoke with a start, and blinked a few times before she remembered who she was. It had been years since she had that dream of her younger days, and the mere thought of her brother being alive brought tears to the corner of her eyes. Jade shook her head, smiling as she gestured a hand towards her face, the tears wiping from them. Jade rose to her feet, sending out a telepathic net of some sorts. She was able to locate her student this way, who happened to be her young nephew. In so many ways, he reminded Jade of her brother. She went through her house, entering her yard and looked outside. To no surprise, a game of chess was set up for her, and her young nephew waiting. Jade smiled and shook her had, sending her words, and images while she spoke. "Not today, you've grown strong, now I must show you new techniques." Her nephews face lit of as he jumped to his feet, running off into the field. "Pay attention, for I may only do these techniques once in a while." Her nephew's eyebrows furrowed as he concentrated, once more looking like her father. Jade rolled back her sleeves, and concentrated a deep amount of chakra and stamina. She thrust both of her arms forward, aiming towards their little house. For a moment nothing happened, and then every single door and window in the house snapped shut. Jade heard a mental gasp from her nephew, and alot of little claps. She sighed a bit, rubbing her temples from the strain. "That was AMAZING! What else can you do?' Her nephew asked, using basic telepathic speech. Jade didn't bother to answer as she concentrated deeply, not even moving. After a good while, she opened her eyes, mentally telling her nephew to step back. He did so, and Jade unleashed a wave of massive destruction. A beam shot into the air, glittering gold. Her nephew gasped once more, shouting incoherencies through their link. Everything infront of Jade for 100 ft, was literally destroyed. The trees were bent back, bases broken, and stripped of leaves. The grass was even flattened, and blown away in the closets parts. After the wave of destruction past, Jade shuddered for a moment, and collapsed to the floor "Holy hell! That has got to be the most kick a** thing I've ever seen!" The boy shouted as he ran to Jade, bending over to aid her. Jade laughed aloud, her voice ringing like bells. "Language, little one."
