[Learning Transfigure Mundane Object--Day Eight]

Evelyn watched her shoe get knocked out of the way then felt a rush of wind blow against her and knock her back into her chair. It took her a moment to understand what had happened, but when she did, she was back up on her feet.

Distantly she realized that Xeiashi was speaking to Panda, but she could see red.

"HEY! 'Professor' Panda! What the hell is your problem?!" Evelyn yanked off her other shoe and chucked it, aiming again for his head. She then grabbed her bag and began throwing random objects from it at him--a brush, a bottle of pills, hand sanitizer, among other things--while shouting her tirade. "We're in here every friggin' day working our asses off for the day when the Overseer decides we should try and slay the evil again, and instead of HELPING us, you stay locked in your office, never even acknowledging us! I know Lorika trusts you, but I can't for the life of me understand WHY! Since you don't bother helping us, maybe you're working for S.I.N.! Why not? What's better than a teacher WHO-WON'T-TEACH!" Evelyn emphasized the last the words while throwing three books of her own collection from her bag: her diary, Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister by Gregory McGuire--a book that she held close to her heart--, and Twilight, which she was planning on burning later.

((The last skill I learned was a 16 day one so I figured I didn't have to worry about looking in here for a while...Just checked when I started that skill and it was over a month and a half ago when I started it.... I lost a month of training time because of my laziness!!!!!!! gonk sweatdrop ))

"I was out of my office ALL DAY yesterday. Did it not occur to you to ask me then? Hell, I even went to breakfast today. It's not just a normal door that can be fixed. There are many dark spells and potions in my study that can cause harm if they were interacted with. THAT door, happened to be enchanted white oak. just mending the splinters will not fix the enchantments. It will take a month or more to have a new one made up." he said seething with anger toward Xeiashi. "tried a few things with magic? I've tried things you wouldn't even imagine."

Panda caught the other shoe with ease, as the other objects flew past him. "My problem? I have no problem. As for why i'm in my study. That business is my own, but it's all for better preparing the order as a whole to survive then for some silly little fight. Yes, I worked for S.I.N. in the war, and I don't necessarily work for B.O.O. now. I never claimed to. I work because Lorika asked me to. It's as simple as that. Now tell me, would you honestly be happy sitting in a classroom learning the exact same thing as everyone else at the exact same pace? I believe in learning at one's own pace. It may take one student a week to learn a skill, and it make take the student next to her a month. would you be happy sitting around doing NOTHING but that one spell for those 3 weeks, or would you want to move on? Individuality is as important to me as the spells themselves. So DON'T tell me how to do my job, you would not comprehend what I do for another 50 years girl." he said catching her diary with a grin.
