Frost stood right in front of Rain, smiling sweetly, not knowing that it wasn't her emotions making her act like this.She then turn around and went over to S.M. and kissed him on the lips, closing her eyes.

Rain slightly parted her lips in a smile before stabbing at Frost with the icy sword. She only grazed her side badly, but it was an attack, and S.M was behind her, so it might have hit him, too.

"AHH!" S.M. screamed at the blade almost hitting him, but seeing Frost get hit, made him mad. He walked over to Rain and yelled. "RAIN, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? SNAP OUT OF IT! YOUR HURTING YOUR FRIENDS!"

Frost gasped, not only at the wound, but at S.M. being so snappy and defensive.

Erin noticed what was going on and she walked over to see what was happening "What's goin on here?"

Rain growled, a strange, horrifying sound, and screamed," YOU'RE NO FRIEND OF MINE!!!" She spun around in quick circles, swinging the blade out so she could slice them. The fury, the pain, the fury....as little as she noticed it, fury was slowly becoming pain. But not enough to stop her.
Arin woke up in the forest, serene, alert, and totally under control. She stood up, and walked out of the forest, aware of everything. She felt no reason to rush, but at this rate, she wouldn't reach the others for a while.

A long scrach went down Erin's arm, her eyes were full of fear. Then she growled "Don't hurt my friends.....ever." a dark arua surounded Erin

Rain laughed at the girls attempt. Rain was pretty strong when she was angry. Now, there was nothing that could stop her!

"Rain, I'm don't want to hurt you. I'm your friend, please, snap out of it!" S.M. demanded.

Arin heard yelling, and ran to see Rain fighting them. She sighed, knowing what was happening. She thought, trying to think of how to stop her. It was her soul, so she just had to help it. "Rain. You're being so selfish. You're blaming them, when it was not their fault, or yours, or mine," Arin said in the tone of voice that was meant to hurt.
Rain felt anger, but more hurt. Wasn't this girl there for her? But she didn't recognize care. Only hurt, and her anger went down. She growled menacingly.
"It's not your fault. Who's to blame for all the pain? Ask yourself, who was messing around with dangerous spells? Your mother. If you'll be angry at any one, be angry at the one you trusted most, the one you thought cared. It's all her fault," Arin scolded, meaning to sound hurtful and angry, meaning to cut her deep.
A slight moan escaped Rain's lips, and she screamed, whether in anger or pain she didn't know. "LIES!! IT CAN'T BE!!! SHE WOULDN'T!!" Rain screamed, lashing out again. She went at Arin's throat this time.
Arin stood bravely in front of Rain's blades. If killing her, and seeing her sister like friend dead at her own hand, it would save the others. It would hurt Rain deeply enough to stop her. She stood, waiting for the blades to pierce through her. A tear fell down her cheek.

Sonic ran quickly and pulled Arin out of the way.
"RAIN STOP IT!" S.M. yelled.

Rain lunged at Arin, only to have her pulled away. She screamed again, still not sure whether it was pain or anger causing this.
Arin was almost grateful. But, no. "It'll stop her from killing you! I have to. Besides, I have a chance of surviving," Arin argued, not mentioning that Rain would probably stab her even after she was dead.
Rain listened to Arin's words. They were strange. What was it? The girl who was always there... Trying to give her own life for those strangers, the enemy. She felt more pain, and collapsed. She fell, crying, so much pain.

Rain blocked out all their voices, the pain so great. She screamed again, only this time it was blood curdling. She was a monster...
Arin saw that Rain had gotten the point, and went over to her. She couldn't tell Rain that she hadn't meant that. A misinterpretation thinking she had lied could set her off. She went to Rain, and hugged her. The only thing to help her right then. She felt terrible. They never knew what part of their soul would be pulled away, or how much. This was the worst one yet.
