Strangely Emperor Berg maintains his seemingly gentlemanly personality even to his enemies like his Cousin Freeza though very much more patient then his fool hearty, and very dead Cousins and Uncle. However this only serves to hide the cold interior of this dark being. He is just as ruthless if he needs to be and will stop at nothing to get what he needs. AT NOTHING.

Bio: When his Uncle King Cold parished on earth the Icejin empire fell into disarray after the Prince of Saiyajins Vegeta wiped out the last of the Worlds Trade Organization was destroyed. The Icejin turned to Berg's Father, Blizzard, who was the brother of King Cold and next in line for the throne.

This however did not fix the problems. Blizzard's rule was filled with problems, Recession, Inflation and old enemies of the empire who wanted back at the Icejins for how many lives of their people they have lost. The Icejin Empire was crumbling from outside... and within.

Many saw the problems caused because of Blizzard's Weakness and lack of resolve, one of theses many was his own son, Berg who then was Prince and head of the Emperor's Honor Guard. Berg was strong and his head level. And his heart dark.

When the Empire was at its Collapsing point Berg, Himself along with most of his Honor Guard, hatched a plan... an Assassination plan... Berg and his Loyal Honor Guard found Blizzard at his weakest point and then killed him, ruthlessly for all to see.

It was then Berg announced him self Third Emperor of the Icejin empire and Vowed to destroy his enemies and return the Empire to its former glory. Since then he has gained power and restarted the Worlds Trade Organization to fund his empire which durring the Cell Games and Buu Incident grew stronger and stronger by the Month. Berg now sets his sights on the ones responsible for his Cousin's and Uncle's Empire, He has set his sights on... Earth.

Yeah it was tough. I was going to make him have a different horn style but that was more trouble then it was worth.
