 ╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge...."You take things way too seriously Tyler." Schuyler felt bad for teasing him...she didn't really think he'd think of her as being serious. She gave him the warmest smile she could put on and stepped forward so there was no gap in between them. Her arms wrapped around his neck and she stood up taller so that they fit together better. Her head rested against his chest and she closed her eyes. She realized how much just then she missed him....she knew she had but she wasn't aware of how much he affected her. Schuyler gave him a quick peck on the lips and smiled at him.
"You look godly in that costume by the way. I feel unworthy of someone like you." Schuyler looked at him in the face with her big blue eyes, wanting to keep the image of him in her mind for as long as she could.
"Are you mad at me?"
She thought of them dancing together on the dark dance floor and smiled, what she would give to experience that.

He breathed a soft sigh of relief realizing she was teasing him. "Sorry Sky, I've just felt bad about it all week so I got a little paranoid by the thought of you being upset with me." He aid softly as he felt her hug him and kiss his lips. He missed her warmth and love and feeling it in the cool autumn night made him feel a lot better.
"Heh, you stop that you look like I should be unworthy of touching you, as though Zeus would strike me with lightning for holding you in my arms Sky." He smiled a bit as he took her in as she did the same to him.
"No, of course I'm not mad, how could I be mad at you?" He smiled brightly as he kissed her swiftly on the lips. "When you are ready we should head inside, it will be a lot warmer with all the people in the building." He teased a bit as he held her in his arms.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler's fingers lightly traced along the back of Tyler's neck as she stood there in his arms. Another breeze blew by them and picked up her dress again, she giggled as her hair tickled her and took him by the hand.
"Okay...let's go, I'm freezing." Schuyler smiled at him and walked up the hill with him in tow. They'd made it up the hill and there was already a little line at the door. They were behind a few people waiting to get in. Schuyler stood in line with Tyler and hugged herself.
"Why is it so cold!?" Schuyler squealed, hopping up and down to keep herself warm. She felt silly acting out this way but it made her smile.

Tyler laughed as they started up the hill and waited in line at the door. They were checking people in, though sadly not inside to prevent crashers. "Sorry, Canterbury gets colder earlier, that and your in a thin dress." He laughed slightly while the cold bothered him he was more used to it than she was. His arms went around her as he tried to help her keep warm and give a buffer to the cold winds that went through her dress.
It was finally their turn in line as they handed off their tickets and Tyler pulled Schuyler inside quickly. The place was dark, lite by some strobes and some weak light, but a group of people were already inside dancing away. "Heh, welcome to our dances." He smiled to his friend and love as he pulled her gently onto the dance floor.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler looked around at the area designated to the dance. There was already a bunch of people dancing on the floor...well "dancing" anyway, it looked exceedingly dirty to her to be considered dance. She walked along with Tyler, and he seemed to be heading that way, to the dance floor. Schuyler knew that Tyler was already aware of how "innocent" she was so she hoped he knew what he was doing.
"Now what could you POSSIBLY have in mind?" Schuyler played. "I hope you know how to dance....because I'll laugh if you don't." She warned him with a wink of her eye.
She was used to dancing...more formal dances, this wasn't her first high school dance but it was definitely one of the more "fun" ones she supposed.

Tyler saw it too, it was the thing he hated a lot about teen dances, all it really turned into was grinding with one another on the dance floor. He knew she was 'innocent' and he was half-'innocent'. "I know I know its not your usual style of dancing, but I figured you wanted to get right out there, I mean if you want to wait a bit we can get off of the dance floor." He offered a bit but he grinned softly. "Oh I know how to dance, I may be a jock but momma didn't raise a two left footed mule." He winked as he looked at her, they seemed to be lost in the crowd.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge...."So you're confident in your dancing skills then hm?" Schuyler prodded, seeing the mass of bodies move about them. It was getting warmer as they delved deeper and deeper into the massive throng of students. They moved around the two as if they didn't exist at all. The music pulsated throughout the dance floor, you could feel it in your chest.
"Well, I believe we'll have to just see how good you really are." Schuyler looked at Tyler through her long dark eyelashes and guided his hand to her waist. They were somewhere in the middle of all the people dancing, Schuyler picked up the beat of the addicting music and moved her hips in time to it.

"Care to test it? Or should I ask if you're confident in your dancing skills." Tyler prodded with a teasing tone and a wink as he followed her deeper into the group. It was something he enjoyed about the mass of people, you became nobody but everybody at the same time. No person, no individual, just dancing.
Tyler looked at her as he felt his hand on the side of her waist and brought the other hand to her waist. His body got a little closer as he started to move his hips in time with the beat, not wanting to be outdone by Schuyler and to prove he could dance.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge...."Oh, I think I can hold my own against your immense skills." Schuyler smiled, stroking his ego was somewhat amusing.
All the bodies swayed and gyrated to the same beat so it seemed choreographed but had a random look at the same time. Schuyler liked dancing with Tyler, it was fun and she felt close to him again like she had before. She twisted in his arms so that she wasn't facing him and moved her hips back and forth in time to the beat. She wondered if she was dancing correctly...well...in the typical high school fashion.

"Heh, I figured as much and thank you for stroking my ego, you're quite the dancer your self." Tyler smirked a bit with a smile as he went back to stroke her ego as well.
Their dancing was quite divine as he grinned a bit and looked at her happily. She was peppy and so was he, their outfits swayed with their bodies. He felt her press to his body, back to chest, his hands went to her just above her hips as he kept moving his in beat with her's. "Heh, you are doing fine Sky, don't worry, I'm not one to dance like them as often as you think." He whispered into her ear trying to encourage her a bit more.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler smiled at him and kept dancing to the beat. Her body was close against his as they both swayed and moved to the music. Out of impulse, Schuyler removed herself from up against him and danced a little circle around Tyler. She moved with the fluid grace that years of waltz and other forms of ballroom dance had given her. She could hear the outro of the music and found her way to be in front of him once more. Schuyler smiled and gave him a smokey-eyed wink.
"I don't know about you but, I think I did pretty well for a novice." Schuyler's hands rested on her hips and she smiled brightly at him.
The music switched suddenly from the fast-paced beats to a slower song. A light blush set across Schuyler's cheeks. Most of the previous dancers left the floor, only a few remained and they looked extremely close. The only ones left were the coupled up boys and girls. Schuyler felt a little initmidated at it. It was an intimate sort of dance that not many took part in. Schuyler let out a sigh, that was an abrupt end to her fun.
"Oh well, we snooze we lose."

Tyler smiled as he kept dancing with her. His hands on her hips and the way they swayed together in beat, pressed close. It was practically making the god of music sing, well maybe not but it was a great feeling for him. He watched her waltz around his frame.
"No you did quite well, I'm glad you didn't try to go farther than you felt comfortable." He smiled a bit as he put his hand on her shoulders. Hearing the change in music made him nod in agreement. "For now yes, its too early for everyone to dance to slow songs, give it a bit we can sneak out with them later." Tyler winked to her as he took her hand and walked with her off the dance floor.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler walked off the floor with Tyler and watched as the other couples danced together. The guys with their arms around their girls and the girls standing close to their boys. It looked romantic.
Schuyler's eyes wandered to the faces of those who weren't dancing. Most of the girls were looking dreamily onto the floor while their dates were completely clueless about their wishes. She had to stifle her laughter, some boys were really unobservant.
"It was quite early....that's too bad I think I was getting the hang of it." Schuyler frowned.

"They don't do slow ones that often we'll probably have a bunch of faster ones out soon enough." Tyler noted with a smile as he put his arm around her. He couldn't help but notice her frown and the look she had looking about the other dancers and girls. "You want to go out dancing slow with me don't you?" He asked suddenly as he looked over into her smoky eyes.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler sputtered when he'd asked her whether or not she wanted to slow dance with him. She shook her head and tried to form words but she panicked for a moment. She took in a breath and smiled sheepishly.
"It's okay, I'd rather not make you do something that would make you feel awkward or something." Schuyler smiled happily at him, meaning every word she said.
Tyler was looking into her eyes and she couldn't help but feel like she was falling. Schuyler tapped her foot lightly just to make sure she wasn't actually falling over.
