(you're right, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be so pig-headed. Forgwive mwee *chibi irrisistable eyes and big pouty face.*) Akivir looked back at the demons, obviously working for another. “Leave us! Go!” he yelled at the shimmering black forms. Had they been tracking them this whole time? More than likely, he’d been so intent on getting there he didn’t take care of the tracks they made. Akivir stood and unsheathed a blade hidden in his staff. “Leave, or die!” Akivir pointed the blade at them. (One thing led to another.) Wounded Akivir pulled himself through the second portal a vial clutched in his hands. “I am here my lord,” he coughed up a mixture of spit and blood, “Her body has been lost, but her spirit is here.” He held up the glowing blue vial, a strange liquid/solid/gas floating within it.* * * * * Lamkit looked around the main hall and saw a door off to the left and he heard noise from behind it, he tried to oppen it opened it, locked. "Damn, Helow?!"

(Alright, all is well. And I'll let you in. Wait for it.) Teka nodded, "Yeah, I suppose..." The sound of someone attempting to open the ruby door stopped Teka. He was about to get up to open the door, when he saw a familiar sight outside; a wisp of black/purple smoke rose from outside the gates. The sight of this angered Teka in a way he had never felt before. He fell to the floor on his knees, grimacing as his headache turned into a nightmarish migraine. Teka could almost hear someone laughing. He quickly undid the cap to the vial and downed it. Almost instantly, his head was clear. Gasping, he returned to the bed. Suddenly remembering what he saw, he rushed towards the door, "Uh, sorry, it seems I've forgotten something, I won't be long." He unlocked the door, opened it, and practically ran, not even noticing the man who was standing outside the door. When Teka reached the gates, he was stopped by the group of guards in charge of the gate. When Teka asked them to let him out, the guards explained that the gates were closed until morning. Angered, Teka turned back, but then heard a familiar high-pitched whining. Wide eyed, Teka yelled, "Get back!" The guards payed no attention to Teka, and laughed when the noise stopped. A moment later, a small portion of the gate was blown open by a force that shook the ground beneath Teka. The guard who was standing in front of the gate where the blast hit was nowhere to be seen. As the air cleared of debris, Teka spoke through the wreckage, "Why did you disappear back then? More importantly, why come to me?" "I was curious about your condition. After all, you are the host for Engrath now." Nethrin didn't enter through the hole he had made, but it was clear that he had no intentions for causing violence. "I do not know of when you'll lose yourself, but soon. Soon Engrath will overpower you, and you'll be no more. This may be only temporary, but it can quickly become permanent. I suggest you take care of this before it becomes irreversible, for I won't hesitate to kill Engrath once he gains control. If you were to have given me the amulet sooner, this could have been avoided. Your ignorance will be the death of you Teka, this much is certain. I would kill you now, before this gets out of hand, but I made a promise to keep you alive for the time being." As the guards came back to their senses, they began calling for help. "I believe my presence has created quite a scene. I will take my leave Teka, but I will only give you three days. After that, you're a dead man. Be sure to rid yourself of Engrath before then.""Wait!" Teka ran through the opening, but as he neared Nethrin, a cloud of smoke appeared, and when it cleared, he was alone. Teka cursed, and sat down where he was. "Engrath? What the hell is that?(You've read my post! You've earned yourself 5000 gold! Congratulations!)

Lamkit stepped aside as a form rushed out of the room. He poked his head into the room, “Um, is anyone in here? Hello, um I’m looking for someone. Hello,” he called out not looking specifically at anything. He stepped in, seeing a form, “Hi, um are you-” suddenly he noticed who it really was, “Sortai!” Lamkit walked over to him, “Remember me?” he said telepathically.* * * * * Meesha felt a floating feeling as she woke up, but she wasn’t were she was to begin with. She was floating in an ever-changing realm. She looked around her, Andrec, her mother and Linden, her father. “Brother, Mommy, Linden!” She floated over to them. “Where am I? Am I dead?” “No sister, you are alive.” Andrec said embracing her.“My daughter, you’ve grown since the day I last saw you.” Meesha’s mother’s old voice, her eyes dull and old, crow’s feet at the sides. Wrinkles around her face, but it still radiated beauty. She hugged after Andrec let go.“Meesha, you have been torn apart, you are not dead but not alive either. Your soul and body have been torn apart. Your body lives, as does your soul. But your consciousness is here, now child, tell me what you have done.” Linden put a hand on Meesha’s shoulder.“I opened the spring, to get the powers of our family, I’m full elf now!” Meesha looked at the worried faces of her deceased family. “I did something wrong, didn’t I? I’m so sorry; I don’t have anyone of our family to guide me. Forgive me mother, father, brother.” Ghostly tears appeared at the corners of her eyes. “My daughter I know you never knew me, but at this point whilst you are like this I will teach you all about your powers and our family. Okay Meesha?” For the first time Meesha heard her name said by her father. Linden embraced her with both arms.

Coming through a portal, the deamons put down the body of the elf queen infront of the now fully fledge blood deamon, Regius. Scowling, he looked at his minions. "What is this?! Her soul is gone! Idiots!" He scowled as he reaved the two deamons in half wiht his giant blade. "Now i have no time to waste. I must act now," He said to himself with a dark undertone. Tobias, does Sortai and Teka reside in your hall? He said through his mind, hoping Tobias would get his message. He opened a portal that shown to the destroyed gates of the recent explosion, he stepped through into chaos as guards looked at him in surprise and awe. "Mortals, you need rest..." He said as he waved his hand and the guards fell down asleep, their faces pale with loss of blood. "Shame it is temporary." He said as his huge form walked over to the sitting form of Teka. "Now Teka, tell me what transpired here." He said as he shoved the giant sword into the ground.

(( Dead for a few days, now finally some action! HERE WE GO! ))
Sortai glanced up from his bed as the figure entered the room. Momentarily he didn't recognise him, but shortly he saw a vague familiarity. The young mans vaguely animal like features, and his face... "Klaw? You're the one my father met so long ago... Er, my foster father." A moment later a huge explosion rocked the foundations of the castle, and Sortai looed up in shock as plaster began to fall from the cieling. "No time for talk, come on!" he said as he watched the rising plume of smoke from the gates. He grabbed one of the decorative swords on the wall, muttering about it not being sharp, then threw the other to 'Klaw'. "Come!"
A calm mind intruded into the chaos that was Regius'. "Indeed they are, Master Regius, but in you haste you arrive to conclusions long forgotten. I have forseen these events, including those taking place at my castle gates. The visions won't allow me in any way to tell what will occur, but sit back and helplessly watch them unfold. As I have predicted your currect arrival, I also predict something of great consequence to me transpired in the room to which I assigned Teka and Sortai. Something which will soon result in a horrific event, which I must accept as destiny I will arrive at the gates shortly. Await me."
Cthulhu struck Akivir as he presented the vial, catching the small glass vessel as it flew from his hands. "You failed me... But this failure may come to my assistance. I am forgiving Akivir. Ten slaves will be given to K'eychei in your stead, as I forgive your blunders." he strolled to the castle window, overlooking most of eastern Jiyea. "The fools. They know not what transpires. Soon, with what I have achieved-" (( And the MASSIVE, HUGELY INCREDIBLE PLOT TWIST.... ))
A voice, sharp and clear rang out. "You will not do anything further to the rebels, Cthulhu." From behind a pillar stepped Arcturus. Cthulhu turned. "Master Arcturus? Your allegience was always in question, but today I have had enough issues. K'eychei, kindly devour him, if you would." The dragon roared and jumped forth, snapping wide his jaws. Arcturus raised a hand and a blue shield of light raised between he and K'eychei, sending the dragon reeling to the floor. Cthulhu's mouth opened for a moment, his eyes growing dark. "That power... You... The books..." Arcturus' arms began eminating a dark aura, the red fire from the ground swirling up and around them. "Oh yes, 'King Cthulhu'. The books you had me retrieve from Sunahr's tower? The ones that resided in your own collection? All belong to me. I have unlocked al their secrets. The Rulers of Old had locked away all their secrets to where a demon could never hear them spoken. And while you cleverly had a human slave pen them into ink and paper, you didn't think through what would happen if one besides yourself united the thirteen books..." he raised a hand and Cthulhu slammed backward through three pillars, caving in the cieling on him. "You won't be dead yet. Only now I shall run this operation, but from the shadows. The rebels will be allowed to fight, as your armies will fake defeats. My ultimate plan will be enacted after the army is at our gates. And about the unfolding events in my homeland, a deal I have arranged with an aquaintence of mine will rid us of Teka Runite." Cthulhu rose from the ashes, shaken but unharmed. He walked to stand beside K'eychei while Arcturus bowed low, smiling in a gentlemanly manner. "I am for myself, 'Demon King'. None shall rule me. The rebels and your pathetic army will soon know the extent of wrath." And he was gone. (( Sooo, besides my hands being diagnosed with carpal-tunnel after this (4chan not involved) I think this was a great post. Agree/Disagree? ))

(I applaud you. It'll make the assault on Cthulhu so much more interesting if there's a bit more to the enemy, than is known to the characters.)

Akivir brushed off the blow his master gave him and watched the current events unfold. He kept an eye on Meesha’s vial. “My… lords, um, might I ask what you will do of the elf queen?” he nodded to the vial.
Lamkit followed Sortai, “My name isn’t nor was it ever ‘Klaw’ My name is Lamkit. Something has happened to Meesha, that’s all I can say now.” He explained whilst running beside Sortai.

(Nice to see that this place is dead, as usual.)
Teka was startled that this hulking figure knew him. He had seen this man only once, when they met with the elf queen, and even then, he was a stranger. But then again, he was becoming well known. Teka tried to speak, but could only muster up one, short sentence. "Apparently I'm a monster."
Mathias brought his horse to a stop at the mouth of a cave and dismounted. He sighed as he noticed a circle drawn in the dirt. A sign that his meeting had been postponed for the time being. "I suppose I'll hang around here until he returns."
Leonardo smiled as Nethrin entered the room, "Ah, there you are! Where have you been? I never expected you to have trouble with a simple task as that. Please. Explain."
Nethrin bowed, "I apologize, but it seems that I was unable to retrieve Teka. It would seem that Engrath has taken refuge in Teka's body, and is gaining control. I know your orders are final, but I could not find a way. If I were to take Teka, it risks bringing Engrath to the Zilophos."
Frowning, Leonardo stepped forward to Nethrin. He reached up and placed a hand on Nethrin's shoulder, "Rest easy. I know you have your reasons, as you would not betray me. After all, we have a contract. Anyway, I have a job for you, and I'll be accompanying you this time. I've left Lord Cthulhu with nothing more than my word. I'm going to give him something of value to him as a placeholder for Teka. And before you ask, I'll tell you what it is." Leonardo made a gesture towards a limp figure lying in the corner of the room. "Her."
