Hikari finished her homework with a light sigh. At last it was done and ready to turn in. Just as she was putting it away, she could feel someone staring at the back of her head. After quickly sensing the darkness, she knew it could only be one person: Riku. Quietly exhaling, she let go of her bag and put her hands calmly in her lap, this time unwilling to run. "You don't like to give up easily, do you?" she asked quietly, keeping her head forward. She didn't need to face him to know who he was.

Hikari's eyes blinked under her dark sunglasses. She knew exactly what he was going to ask. "Not until you're ready," she answered simply. She then shouldered her bag and stood up, walking a few steps from him. She then paused, tilting her head slightly towards him. "Be at the Secret Place after school. You know what I'm talking about," she instructed. She planned to explain everything there, and it wouldn't be likely that they would be interrupted. Besides, if there was anywhere where she could be safe to take off her sunglasses, it was in the Secret Place on the next island over.

Lakayna hadn't been paying attention to what any of her friends had been saying the entire time. She was too lost in her own thoughts. She jumped when the first period bell sounded, jolting her mind back into reality. Without a word, she walk to her first period class. lakayna's thoughts wandered back to the dream she had almost every night. How much longer would she be able to resist against the darkness within her that threatened to overwhelm and consume her? How could she fight against a dragon so powerful; a side of herself she could barely already control? She needed to get help somehow, for someone. A good choice for help would probably be someone who'd been in he darkness before, like Namine or Axel or even Riku.

When Axel was finally all prepared and stuff, he noticed the time. He said, "Well I always wanted to try this out. Besides, I don't think I can make a Dark Portal anymore." and then summoned fire in his hands. It traveled up his arms and all across his body, before fizzing out to show that Axel had disappeared. He reappeared in his first hour Social Studies class, yelling "Haha! It worked!" Looking around, he was met with the stern glare of the teacher, confused/shocked/awed/amazed looks of the students, and burn marks on his seat. He said, "Well at least the desk looks cooler now, and the burning smell flushes out the smell of cheap cologne" before shuddering as the air suddenly became colder and the atmosphere thickened.

Namine had sat quietly, never looking at everyone else. She didn't want to snap at them, too. But she didn't want them to think something was wrong. So the girl appeared as though she were deep in thought. Then, the bell rang. The petite blonde got to her feet, forgetting that Kairi and Lakayna had first period with her. The Nobody left the lunchroom and made her way to English.

Of course then she remembered Lakyna and Kairi were in this class, because she saw Lakayna sitting there and knew Kairi would be in soon. Walking over to the girl, Namine slid into the seat beside her. Her friend's face was calm but the look in her eyes appeared as though she were troubled over something. "Hey, Lakayna." Namine greeted her, giving a small, sincere smile. "Are you alright?"

Bowing to the class, he said, more specifically to Lux, "Thank you, thank you! You're all so kind!" As the kids laughed at him, Axel became momentarily stunned as an eraser was flung at his head, which only served to make the children laugh harder. Sitting down, he looked at Sora through half-lidded eyes and said, "So much Sora, so much." Then, looking around, he leaned his head in closer and said in a whisper, "I actually have a date with Lakayna tonight, for starters!"

Just as Kairi had sat down at the table with Naminé and Lakayna, the bell rang for first period. The two girls got up and walked off to their class. Remembering that she had English with them now Kairi ran after them.

When Kairi got to the classroom both Lakayna and Naminé were already there in their seats. The crimsonette walked over and sat down beside them. "Hey guys," she smiled, "Is everything okay?"
