Lyra...maybe I'll include a form in my post so they can post in the thread their age or if they wish to change it, then other mods can update it too and I wont get flooded by PMs. I'll have to get to work on that post I guess.
I like the Shrieking Shack idea. But I think we should wait until we're done with everything else first.

Graveyard: The Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff founders too. Maybe the graveyard should have a memorial of sorts for all those who died in battle against Voldemort and his followers (or at least, the ones that are more well-known). That way we can list them, even though their graves might be elsewhere and they may not be associated with a particular house.
Angil: That makes sense, but do we want to use the Town Hall thread for everyone to post their ages in? Or should it be left for things like important messages and any other sorts of rules we come up with (and the map)? Should the form go in your post? I think it should probably go in the aging post, as that is what it's related to.
Are we going to put the map in the Town Hall thread? I think we should (after the other posts).
Shrieking shack: Same here.

The Town Hall is the announcement sticky for important rules and messages. You guys don't want to have that thread spammed....or filled with a bunch of posts. If you're looking for somewhere for them to post their ages I'd suggest doing it in their RAs

I agree. I like that idea better. Everyone can just post that information in their RA at the end/beginning of each term, even if they're not actually living in the RA yet. It'll be much easier.
Should we still come up with a form for posting the information?

Angilwingz People you should add to the Graveyard
Charity Burbage (Muggle Studies teacher at Hogwarts. Killed by Voldemort for her positive views on Muggles.) Severus Snape Thomas Riddle Sr. Mary Riddle Salazar Slytherin Regulus Black Merope Gaunt I've already got all of those people, that's why I haven't been on much today, I've been pouring over my books and Lexicon for dates of births and deaths and Houses.
Lyra Elizabeth Graveyard: The Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff founders too. Maybe the graveyard should have a memorial of sorts for all those who died in battle against Voldemort and his followers (or at least, the ones that are more well-known). That way we can list them, even though their graves might be elsewhere and they may not be associated with a particular house.

Shrieking shack: Same here. Graveyard: I've got them down too (they just aren't in the actual post yet, I have them on my Microsoft Works program because, it kept kicking me off so much. I already plan to have graves like James and Lily's have what he book says but, they weren't so specific with alot of the other character so, alot will be blank or just have R.I.P. on them with their name and possibly the dates if I can find them. I'm really looking for everyone that's been killed in any part of the war so, that's covering alot of people. The only thing I want to ask you gals about is, should we have death eaters in the same graveyard as the people they killed? I know most of them were in Slytherin and Slytherin may not have as much as everyone else if we don't put them in the graveyard but, if we do, it may kind of sound like an insult to their memories. So which do you think is best? I personally don't mind either way but, other might and I want your two cents. If we don't know what house they were in or even if they went to school (which you would think they would but, it's just not listed) then, I was going to write their names in default(black). As for certain ones having a memorial, we could always make an imaginary obelisk (kind of like the one muggles see as a war memorial in Godric's Hollow) and put there names on that but, it kind of would just repeat thing since I've already decided to put everyone in the graveyard that we know died (with the possible exception of the Death Eaters and his followers, that's up to you gals, like I said). We can always say the certain graves like James and Lily's have a wreath or roses or something else on the tombstone.
Shrieking Shack: Gotcha.

I personally think most of the death eaters don't deserve to be in the graveyard.
The only reason I suggested a memorial thing was that many people probably have their actual graves elsewhere. I suppose it doesn't really matter though.

Memorial stone is a Good idea. I tihnk you shoud have 3 separate posts in the graveyard. One fore dead guild members. One for graves. And one for the memorial of listed names.
DDA: Looks good.

If the ages are going to be in the RAs then I'm not putting them in the town hall. That can be a record for when they graduated.

List of Graduates. When we are ready, I think all of these people should receive a PM about the new forum inviting them to come and move into their RAs. I also need to figure out when they all graduated.

Selene_Death_Dealer wants to graduate this term. The three post idea for the graveyard sounds fine to me.

I already talked to Celestial and she said she would try and visit but, she didn't promise anything because, she rarely uses Gaia anymore. Debbiediva doesn't you Gaia anymore either, unless she changed her name and I'm unaware of it.
Yay. I'm not the only Gryffindor Grad, lol.
I'll post about the graveyard and everything else later. I had computer problem today and I've been working to save everything I had saved since 4 am this morning.

{{Okay, so I lost a couple of Documents, including some of the things for the Graveyard so, I have to start over on that but, it will get done.}}
Okay, from the top.
Lyra: You think that Death Eaters shouldn't be in the Graveyard but, should they be in the memorial? I'm a little confused because, to me it just seems a little bit repetitive.
DDA: I will read it when I'm done posting this but, I'm sure it's fine like Lyra and Angil have said.
Angil: What do you mean "one post for dead guild members"? Do you just mean a post for when our original r-p characters die?
As for the graves and the memorial, like I said, I think it's a little repetitive.
The ages could go in the same post as "Residents" or we could just make a new post altogether.
Like I said in another post, I already talked to Celest and tried to talk to debbie. I don't think we will see either of them soon but, I did pm them a long time ago.
For the List of Grads, I think we should put our r-p names next to it. For example, mine would be: Avatar34 (Tina Aurora).
I think I got everything else so, now I'm off to read DDA's post and work on the Gryffindor RA and the Graveyard.
Edit: DDA: I think the only thing that you should change is that the RAs are North of Hogsmeade, not East.
