Strange's eyes narrowed very slightly. "No, I can't," he replied coolly. "That would take some time, which we've already agreed we don't have. I will give you some advice, however. As glad as I am that you are taking the charge I gave you seriously, Felicia is not the only person in danger right now, or even the person in gravest peril. She is, in fact, perfectly safe as long as she remains in my house. I'm not sure about Apocalypse, but Ghost Rider would be absolutely perfect for dealing with Victor vonDoom. I am decidedly NOT perfect for dealing with him, which you would remember if you just took a second to think about it. If you ignore the plight of all those who are currently in trouble to assist a young lady who is in no immediate danger-- and without waiting for my assistance-- you might very well end up costing both yourself and Felicia dearly." He did not sound angry; he just sounded like he was stating a simple fact. Turning back to Superman, he said, "Let's go."

Cat nodded. "I'm sure you will. I could use a nap, anyway."

Strange blinked at Rorschach, then answered, "Let's discuss it on the way. After--" A red blur shot past him. "...You." Shaking his head slightly, he stood aside to let the others leave ahead of him.

"Awwww! How cute is that? 'Danny and Cat, sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-'" He stopped abruptly as he noticed Cat's decidedly unamused expression. "Sheesh. Alternate Cat, you are officially even less fun than my version. And my version was a PAIN. At least she laughed at my jokes," he added under his breath as he walked after Flash. Probably good for the guy to have some supervision.

Cat turned her glare on the older Spider-man for a second, as though it was somehow his fault, and then looked back at Danny. "Mask's here for a reason," she told him lightly.

Feeling more than a little guilty, Cat got to her feet. It was for the best; she just had to keep telling herself that. "Doctor?" she said quietly, raising an eyebrow.

"Yes, yes. I will refrain from using your real name. My apologies."

Strange watched them all leave, then turned to Cat. "I'm sure I don't have to say this, but leaving the house for any reason would be a very, very bad idea." He and Wong exchanged significant looks, and then Strange left. As he walked away from the building, he muttered another spell; now whoever tried to enter the office complex would be able to open the door with no problems... but all they would fine was an empty office complex.

A shadow in an alley next to the building spun away from its spot, and two figures soon emerged from it. Rosie was the first to skip out of the alley, followed closely by Shadow Spider. Shadow paused a moment and glanced at the building beside them, then walked up to the door to stand in front of it.
Rosie followed her over to the door and stood beside her, looking up at the door. She waited a moment for Roxy to open the door, then glanced up at her when nothing happened. Roxy stood there, simply staring at the door. Rosie glanced back at the door as if she was missing something.

“I think my other copies are in there. Should we go in?” Rosie asked, glancing back up at Roxy.

“Yes…” Shadow replied, still staring at the door.

Rosie looked up at her a moment, then glanced over at the door, then back at her. “What’s wrong?”

“Just seems odd…” Shadow replied. “...that's all.” She just had this wierd feeling about this place for some reason. It looked normal enough.

Rosie glanced back at the door a moment, then smiled and looked back up at her. “Well...ok. Can we go in?”

Shadow glanced down at the girl a moment, then smiled slightly at her. ”Alrigh.” she replied. It was just a feeling, but it wasn't a 'this place is dangerous' feeling. So it should be alright to go inside. It looked like any ordinary building anyway. And after opening the door and stepping inside. That's exactly what it looked like.

Rosie glanced around a moment, a bit confused. Her copies were here...she just knew they were. But there was nothing here...





Rosie continued down the hall, peering into any room she could as she passed. Now this kind of exploring was fun. Much better than wandering around outside for….oh…pretty….
Rosie paused in the doorway of a room and stared inside at something glowing on a high shelf. She glanced back down the hallway, then back inside the room with the same little grin she had when she discovered the stairs. As long as she didn’t touch anything…it should be alright to look, right? Though…with it being so high, she’d have to find a way to get all the way up there to see what it was. Maybe she could drag something over to it to climb up onto.
She took another quick glance down the hall, then crept into the room, closing the door of it behind her a bit, just in case anyone did pass by.
