Arashe Nyilas

PostPosted: Tue Apr 14, 2009 8:02 pm

Following the woman to the rooms, Arashe gradually removed all of his equipment, carrying the three bows in one hand, the quiver in the other, leaving the small dagger bound to his torso. Entering the opened door, Arashe found himself in a small room with a window, moonlight faintly illuminating it.

"Thank you, Ninian, I can handle it from here." Giving the girl a sweet smile, Arashe closed the door, and proceeded to become comfortable. He laid his bows up against the wall, within easy reach of the bed, and placed his dagger on the desk by the door. The quiver was gently lobbed next to the bows as the man gently sat on the bed.

People here seem nice so far, I guess. That girl seemed kind enough, so maybe there'd be less barbarians in this society... Scoffing at the optimistic thought, Arashe laid down in the bed, attempting to fall asleep.

Looking up at the manor, Bartre did notice someone in a room now. Heh I could probably take out whoever that is with my bow...stop it I don't want to do that.

Continuing on his way, soon Bartre opened the door and moved on into the main area.

Siegell had settled back in bed, but it was rare for him to sleep soundly, and tonight was no exception. The day's events weighed much too heavily on his mind, and he sat up in the dark, consumed in his thoughts. The Wyvern Lord sighed, swinging his feet off the bed, and looked up at the dark ceiling before getting to his feet. Slowly, he raised his arm, angled his hand and wrapped it around an imaginary pole, then slowly weaved it through the air. It was a technique to calm himself, though he would have preferred to do it actually holding his glaive. I'll have to go back for it tomorrow... if that b***h touched it, she's dead.

He took a step and muffled a curse as he looked down at a metal locket on the floor. He reached down slowly and picked it up, reading the note and letting it turn circles in the dim moonlight through his window.

He picked up his pants and stuffed it into the pocket after a moment, then sighed and sat back on the bed, rubbing his sore foot.

Twenty second later, his fatigue caught up with him and he was asleep on top of the covers.

Ninian smiled at Arashe before leaving, returning to her original task of heading downstairs. This time, instead of heading for the basement, she went straight to the kitchen, getting herself a glass of water. Thinking about the events of the day, she absently stared out the window.

She caught the glass before she dropped it, water spilling onto the floor.

I forgot the locket, she thought. I left it in Siegell's. . . . But he's probably asleep by now. I'll get it tomorrow.

She cleaned up the water, laid the towel she'd used out to dry, and headed back upstairs, falling into a fitful, restless sleep.

{Ephriam, I don't wanna log into my other account right now. Too lazy...}

Victoria listened to Ephriam's story, about how his best friend had fallen to the corruption of magic, and how his sister married and moved on with her life.

Still another mention of how the users of Ancient Magic did nothing but corrupt themselves and those around them. She wasn't the least bit surprised. "Ephriam, I didn't mean for you to bring those things up. That sounds personal."

All the while, she heard an unfamiliar voice in the background, that of the new sniper. She wondered who he was...

(That's ok xP, I still know its you lol )

The noble shook his head. "Not at all actually, everyone from my original land knew, including Amelia so its not much of a personal information." after his sentence was finished, he noticed Victoria turn her head toward the manor door..or rather the lobby and he too followed, hearing a new voice he hadn't heard or maybe just someone he hasn't met yet. But from the looks of the Bishop's face, she didn't know who he was either.

"I'm assuming someone you don't know either?" he questioned and picked his spear off from the ground before he stood up as well, dusting grains of dirt off his tunic.

"My, My... let's do a little greeting then." Victoria cheerfully put her lightning tome under her left arm, putting on a happy face when she knew she'd probably have to do some dirty work.

After all, new faces always meant trouble nowadays.

When she walked inside, noticing Arashe talking to the others, she kept her false grin and waved. Hopefully this was giving her Lord companion the right signals to do the same. "Greetings, newcomer. What brings you here to Fefga's?" Again, went her habit of not introducing herself first.

(( Lol wow, I just realized we both missed Arashe, Sue XD!! He's in his own room XP! Oh well, I'll continue from Batre XD! ))

Ephraim followed the bishop through the doors and when they got there the room seemed empty, all except one person whom seemed to be wielding an axe, a bit confused on where he was and where to go. "Lost?" he questioned.

Looking over at the person talking to him, Bartre replied, "No I am not. I am just surprised that there are more people here than the last time I was here. The name is Bartre. By the way you look, I would guess you are a lord?"

"Eh..somewhat" Ephraim replied, squinting his eye as he said it. He wouldn't exactly call himself a Prince in this land anyways. "I'm Ephraim, I actually didn't realize how late it was. That explains why a majority of the people went back to their room..or a room"

"Never mind that. I am just looking for some good fights. I get bored, and I will be the greatest warrior of the lands."

"I see.." Ephraim inched over toward the stairs, hoping to make a run upstairs before this axe user decided to pick a fight with him. His senses were already telling him 'this is not a battle you can win' and Ephraim NEVER picks a fight he cannot win and this..was definetnly one of the ones he can't win. His speed may help him but with this iron spear, it'd snap like a twig against a heavy axe such as Batre's.

"Running away are ye? Well that is ok. I am not here to fight in here. I would be killed by everyone else, and you do not look like an enemy."

"Of course not, because now is not the time for us to be fighting one another anyways"

"phew" was what his mind whispered. The noble turned toward the stairs and walked past Batre. "I'd be careful if I were you though, the enemy we're dealing with is quite dangerous, not to mention some of our own allies. Just..be aware" was all Ephraim said before he made his way upstairs. He took a left down toward where Mel's room was and walked a couple rooms past it to an empty one. No one was using this room and the noble decided to claim it as his own.

It was late, Ephraim was tired and venturing off further into that woods this late isn't a smart idea. Even he knew that. He set his spear against the wall just behind the door and removed his armor, setting it on a couch that laid across from the bed before he crashed down on the mattress.
