Hmm, very interesting. "Well, technically, we are 'tainted' but I think the old fashion name Demon, just works for me. And by the looks of it, it's very poss you could be one too. Usually, other species are allowed in here, so I'd guess you are." He took a slice of cheese he'd been cutting and popped it in his mouth. "Well, if you're really this fresh, how about I show ya around. I'd could teach you a thing or two about the people in this great city."

They probably know I'm back now and now I'm afraid they might try to talk to me, yecch!" He chuckled and looked at her. "Sooo, anywhere in particular you wanna know about us, about this place?"

Bill seems to positivly glow as he keeps about his work. he smiles widely at raven "well ma truck a'course! i keep a grill and a few coolers in tha back all th time. This bears always ready for a party. here, set yer'self down, have summa my fine homemade sangria and git ready fer some good down home southern cooking...too bad i didnt know there was so many folk round here. i already et me the last a ma cole slaw. but ah do have some great Carolina style tater salad!!" he grins and hands you a glass that he pored while he was talking. "dont worry none, look at that'ere funny fella what came out the closet...he's happy're pigs in mud right now" He looks round and sees the other two enter "Hey ya'll there's plenty ta go round if'n yer hungry. I make the meanest bbq you ever done had. Bills the name and have'n a good time's tha game!!" tips his hat with a grin and opens the lid, letting the smell of the various meats and cooked sauces waft throughout the room. ((shoot, ah'm a better cook in here than i am in real life!!! and i do it fer a livin too!!))

Evas took a barbeque chicken wing and tasted it. A warm smile spread on her face as she finished the rest of it.
"This is delicious. Thanks!"
Evas then turned to Aislann.
"Uhh, I'm just sort of lost about this whole "Tainted" thing. I ran into wolves at the main park earlier, too! There are obviously things going on around in this city that most people don't know about. I guess I'd like to know what places are safe and what places and people I should stay away from. I don't know much about what's going on right now, either."

"Do you not like the wolves? I happen to have two werewolf brothers, who if you needed them to, could maybe tell you that better than I could. I've been gone for a really long time so things might have changed. Though staying here, is probably the safest option, since you're new." He scratched his chin and thought aloud. "Though I figure being a 'tainted' you can fly/hover, so the air could be the best route most of all the time but then there are the vampires and though I think they are all rich snooty bastards, they can pack a punch once in a while." He unconsciously rubbed his temple where he'd been punched before.

"I've never really met the wolves; I've only bumped into a few, and they seemed engaged in something... They scare me with their claws! Uh... can tainted really levitate? Can you? I don't know if I can, but I do know that I can lift things just by thinking at them..."
Evas looked at a fresh plate of potato salad and willed for it to raise up and hover in front of Aislann, offering some to him.
"... And sometimes I get mixed up in other people's thoughts... I don't know what else I can do; I'm sort of discovering things as I go along. So, how long have you been living here?"

"Yeah, the thing about that is, this is like the main hub for the 'tainted' but I don't live here. I live on the streets. But I've been in New York for about a year and yes, I can fly. Best feeling in the world, I can tell you that." He took the plate and flew a fork over and began to chow down on it.

Sniffing at the drink Raven 'looked' over the new girl and guy. The girl was fresh meat a blind man could see that. "Demons don't fly." Raven muttered and took a sip of the drink.
Wrinkling her nose Rav's mind went out and touched the girl's mind.

He could feel the difference in the air and looked for the source. He got up immediately and marched over to her. At first, he'd been alittle peeved she was in on the conversation. But when he got there, a smile was plastered across his face. "You know, if you wanted to talk to me, all you had to do was ask. Believe me, I would not have hesistated."

No better than a mortal... Raven thought as she studied her nails.
'Animalians, well the bird ones do and everyonce in a while Vamps do... and Werewolfs do if they run fast enough first. But you... no.' Looking up Rav took another sip of her drink then grinned at Bills smiling face.
