The sword is made out a metal that is almost impossible to break, and it's worth an incredible amount of money. It was a family heirloom, and supposedly has the souls and strength of all the people in her family ever to use it, including her soul as well, You have to go though an immense amount of training before you could ever wield it.
Strength: Pure strength, although she may not look it, she is incredibly strong (she carries that sword around all day!) Channeling her chakra, mind tricks, intellect, and speed.
Weakness: Her jutsus could use some more work, and her stamina doesn't keep up for long.

Bio:
Harmony was born in the Hidden Valley to the weakened Ukraine Clan. Her father devoted his life to the rebuilding of the clan, and her mother suffered from a mental disease. At a young age Harmony's father attempted to kill her, to better activate the clans hidden bloodline within her, and he suceeded, Harmony's bloodline opened up and she revealed her born apathy for her clans jutsu. She defeated her father, and soon her clansmen saw her as their prayers being answered. She quickly became a chunin, one of the first Hidden Valley shinobi and one of the first of her clan to do so in awhile..
(Of course this all relies on the Ukraine Clan being accepted.)
